Cafra wakes up in a room, no windows, just one door made with steel. He looks around. The other visitors who joined the feast were there inside the room with him. He was confused and have no idea what's going on. From the corner of the room a man spoke to him.
Man: "So how was the food? You seemed like you enjoyed every bite of it."
Cafra: "I don't remember how much I ate. But I guess I ate too much to the point that I passed out."
Mysterious Man: "Hahaha. You really think so? Was the food that good?"
Cafra: "I.. I don't really know. I just passed out all of a sudden."
The other people in the room started talking to each other. All confused.
Visitor1: "Hey guys, I need to go home. Where is that lady?"
Visitor2: "Yeah. Does anyone remember how we all got here?"
Visitor 3: "I'm going to look for the Lady"
The man went towards the steel door and tried to open it, but he failed. He tried to use force to open it but still he couldn't open the door.
Visitor3: "What the heck is with this door. It wont open."
He kept pulling it as hard as he can but still it stayed locked.
Visitor4: "Let me try."
He tried to kick the door but it didn't budge.
Visitor4: "This is one tough door."
He backed up. braced himself. He ran towards the door and hit it as hard as he can. Still, the door remained locked.
Visitor4: "Man! It didn't even budge"
Mysterious Man: "It's not going to open unless she opens it. We are all stuck here."
Visitor1: "What are you talking about?"
Mysterious Man: "Like I said. We are all stuck here. There's no use of trying to open that door."
Visitor2: "Why don't you help us instead of just sitting there?"
Visitor2: "Guys! help me force this door to open."
They all started banging on the door. Shouting for help. The mysterious man remained silent in the corner.
Cafra: "Hey. I'm Cafra. What's your name?"
Mysterious man: "I'm Efrain."
Cafra: "So... Efrain, do you know what's going on here?"
Efrain: "No. Not yet. I'm still observing."
Cafra: "Don't you think it's a good idea to help them?"
Efrain: "It's no use. I'm pretty sure that door will not open unless that Lady opens it."
Cafra: "How do you know that? I mean.. we should at least try, right?"
Efrain: "Trust me. no matter how hard they try, they wont succeed in opening that door."
Cafra: "I just feel bad just sitting here..."
Efrain: "Then why don't you join them and exhaust yourself?"
Cafra sat down and waited. While the others starts panicking, A voice was heard from the whole room.
Broadcast: "Good morning everyone! I hope you all enjoyed the feast last night. We have a few more surprises for our visitors as thanks for joining us for our village's festival. Please proceed to the next room."
A hidden door appeared out of nowhere. It was open but the people couldn't see what's inside because the room is very dark. Next to the door a small storage box opened. It's filled with small flashlights.
Broadcast: "Please take one flashlight as you proceed inside. Behind that door is a hallway connecting this room to another. We apologize for not having any light because they broke a few days ago."
Everyone picked up their own flashlight and turned them on. As they enter, their flashlights barely lit up the room.
Visitor1: "These flashlights are useless. It's still dark in here."
Visitor2: "It's better than nothing. Lets just try to point our flashlights in one direction."
They kept on walking. Not knowing when they will reach the other door.
Visitor3: "Hey, guys, do you guys know how long we've been walking? I still don't see the end of this hallway."
Visitor 4: "Let's just keep walking. There's no use going back. Unless you guys want to stay stuck in that room."
Cafra: "Hold on guys. Let me try something."
Everyone stopped and watched what Cafra was about to do. Cafra aimed straight ahead. Then, he hurled the flashlight he was holding. They all watched as the flashlight flew across the hallway until it vanished in the shadows.
Visitor1: "Where did it go? I didn't even hear it landing on the floor or hitting a wall."
Cafra: "It seems like this hallway has no end."
Visitor2: "How can you sure about that? Are you trying to say that we are stuck here?"
Visitor3: "This is worse that being stuck in the room earlier. We can't see much in here."
Cafra: "How about we split up? Maybe that way we can find a way out of here faster."
Efrain: "I wouldn't suggest that.."
Visitor1: "Well, do you have a better idea?"
Efrain: "What will you do if we split up and our flashlights run out of battery? It will be more difficult for us to regroup."
Visitor1: "...I guess you are right."
Efrain: "Let's just stay together and continue moving forward until we reach the end of this room."
Cafra: "I agree with him. It's safer that way. Also, some of us should turn off their flashlights so we have a backup in case one dies out."
Visitor2: "Good idea."
They continued to walk inside the dark room. They kept walking. Not knowing how long they have been walking.
Visitor4: "Hey guys. Anyone got anything to drink? I'm getting thirsty."
Visitor1: "None of us got anything. Didn't you see we all woke up in that empty room?"
Visitor2: "Can we take a break? We've been walking for awhile now. My legs are getting tired."Cafra: "Yeah. Let's take a short break."
Visitor3: "Alright. I'm gonna go take a leak."
A couple of minutes have passed and Cafra noticed something.
Cafra: "Guys, how long has it been? That guy hasn't come back yet."
Visitor1: "He probably wandered off on his own. Who knows. Shall we continue?"
Cafra: "Shouldn't we wait until he comes back?"
Visitor2: "He got his flashlight with him. And if anything he can yell and call for us. This room shouldn't be that big for us to not hear him."
Cafra: "You're right. Let's get going."
They continued to walk and look for an exit.
Cafra: "Somethings been bothering me. I want to try something out."
Efrain: "What is it?"
Cafra: "I'm gonna place a mark on every wall we pass by."
Efrain: "What are you thinking about?"
Cafra: "Just wait. Lets keep on moving."
And so they kept walking. Cafra, having an uneasy feeling, realized something.
Cafra: "I knew it! All this time we are just going in circles."
Visitor1: "What do you mean? We've been walking for awhile now."
Cafra: "See that mark? I will put another one right next to it. Lets walk for a bit."
They walked and on their surprise, they saw the same mark Cafra made.
Efrain: "You are right. This room seems to be endless. That lady lied to us saying that this is a hallway."
Visitor2: "But what about the other guy? Where did he go? We should be able to find him if we were just been going in circles."
Efrain: "What if he is not in this room anymore?"
Cafra: "What do you mean? Did he find the exit or something?"
Efrain: "I don't know. But I'm sure he is not here anymore."
In a room, the lady is watching them from a mirror. She's communicating with someone reporting what's been happening.
Lady: "They seem to have noticed that they are trapped in the room. What do you want me to do?"
Mysterious man: "Proceed to the next step. Let's have a little fun and give them fear."
