Kitarion Lee's female analysis should was there Late at night in the police station working on the evidence of the cold case and something immediately stood out to her on digital traces in the party because when they asked they Said 36 but halfway into the party there was for one brief minute 37 phones in that party "i gotta sho captain this right away" She calls his phone.
After the case went cold kitarion Lee continued his rigorous investigation with his team
He was at home it was 2:23 Am when his phone rang it was his team's analysis officer Leachilun her words came in a rush she sounded exited the only thing kitarion Lee heard properly was..
her saying "Wegot them captain"
He immediately says "what explain"
He them tells her to meet up with him at a bar next to the station so they can talk alone without unwanted people listening in on their cellphones
And so later that morning at 3:11 am their at the meet up spot and as kitarion Lee sits at the table with Leachilun she starts talking extremely fast where he can't understand her and he asks her to calm down "calm down Lea what did you find"
She says "well sir i checked the phone signals at the party last night and there was somethingthst stood out to me because there was 36 guests at that party each invited so there should be 36 phone signals right well no there wasnt because in reality halw way into the party a new one appears on the radar"
Kitarion Lee is baffled and shocked they missed this the first time "so your saying we have the killers phone signal entering the party halfway through.... can we track it"
Lea chilun says "no because we might be too late and the killer already left town but in theory yes we could track its signal but it'd take 3 days so by the 6th of july we'll have it but let's just hope the killer Is still unaware we have him cornered"
3 days later in the station she calls him over its a Monday morning and she says "we got the signal but we need a plan of action to catch the killer so whats the plan captain"
"Kitarion Lee the weekend making the plan and it still needs few more adjustments but it's mostly complete an ready to share with his team
"Well the plan is since we've confirmed they live in a apartment building on the 8th floor we'll sweep the whole floor room and the room of each tenant until we find the traces of the phone stronger In a apartment and then we've found the killer but if its the last apartment we haven't checked well burst in guns drawn because they could fire at us first if he does we shoot first and if he tries to escape on foot all exits will be blocked by Swat the elevator power shut off and of course we'll be chasing after them too"
His whole team listens to the plan and in unison say "what's the issue with the plan then"
Kitarion Lee hadn't told the plan to the chief or got permission from the chief of police to actually get everything needed like Swat and the power shut off so none of that would happen because he hadn't signed off on the plan "just minor things don't worry"
"What is it" lea chilun says
He nervously says "well the chief hasn't exactly given us the Swat yet or the power being cut off hasn't been confirmed because umm I haven't told him anything yet so.. nothing is really uhh actually confirmed to be happening right now"
"WHAT Why haven't you told chief yet this whole thing could fall to pieces If you don't get him to agree" she says bewildered at his ignorance
He says sheepishly "I know that obviously but I just haven't gotten around to telling chief yet"
"Well you better hurry we've only got a few hours to set up and if there's no swat it could all fall apart" She says annoyance clear in her voice as she walks away to start setting up the plan
Kitarion Lee cautiously enters The chiefs office "chief are you here"
The chief turns around and says "what do you need officer"
kitarion Lee quickly blurts out "Sir we found the murderers phone's traces in a apartment building and we uh need Swat when we get there to block the exits and cut the electricity to the elevator so the suspect can't escape the building"
The chief says "and how long have I been kept in the dark about this"
"Only 3 days sir"
The chief says "Only 3 days thats a long time because in that time I Could've prepared the sway gpt plans of the apartment building and informed the higher ups but now I have to make a split second decision on if I should give you the Swat team and grant the power cut off request"

kitarion Lee proceeds with the plan and hours later they are ready all exits blocked stairwell blocked and elevator powers been cut off and they check every apartment on the 8th floor until finally after checking every apartment finding no trace they reach the last apartment on the 8th floor that has to contain the killer the raised their weapons
As they whisper to each other "we got them the door says apartment 163 they're inside we can hear movement about to breach the room in 5.. 4... 3.. 2.. 1..."
