Chapter 22: Time for Unification
The scene shifts to the Vijayanagara Empire, inside Nikhil's room.
Nikhil says in a frustrated tone:
Nikhil:Aditya…... there is Someone awakened Magic Ability before us.… It seems they found a better method than I did.
Aditya looks thoughtful.
Aditya (normal tone):
Aditya:Well… so what do you think? Where are they from?
Nikhil says:
Nikhil:I don't know… the system didn't show the name or the location… and I'm worried about something.
Aditya asks:
Aditya:And what's that?

Scene shifts to Damini and Janvi's room.
Janvi enters Damni's room.
Janvi says in a playful tone while sitting on Damni's bed:
Janvi:Hey… what are you doing, Damni? Did you get your Magic Ability? What kind of Magic Ability did you get?
Damni:I was just thinking about something.
Janvi nods and responds in a normal tone:
Janvi:How did Nikhil even think of using bombs to kill 500 Zombies?...He made it look so easy..In the real world, he only got average marks in school....Sometimes it feels like he's always one step ahead.…. ummm… anyway, I got Magic ability...The System says its name is "Unspoken Pact.".
Damini moves closer, cheerful tone :
Damini:Come on, he helped us a lot. That's why we got Magic abilities fast. Okay, leave that topic! Your power sounds interesting… and you know what ?! interestingly, I got the same ability as you... Unspoken Pact.
Janvi's eyes widened, her eyebrows lifted, and her lips parted slightly. . She looks still for few seconds and then says in a frustrated tone:
Janvi: But..but... it says that I can't use magic ability yet... cause my body condition is not at that level.... Does that mean I don't have a good-looking body?
Damini laughs at Janvi, holds Janvi's cheeks, and squeezes them playfully.
Damini: Yeah, it said that to me too. But it doesn't mean you don't have a good-looking body… it means we don't have a strong enough body to handle these Magic abilities.
Janvi pouted but leaned into Damini's touch, secretly enjoying it.
Janvi (playful):
Janvi:Can I sleep here tonight?
Damini: Fine… but don't cuddle me while I'm sleeping.
Janvi laughs:
Janvi: Fine, fine… let me bring Pallavi too.

Scene shifts to Janit and Hemant's room.
Janit enters Hemant's room.
Janit says in a frustrated tone:
Janit: Aaahh… why can't I use my Magic ability? Why does it show that my body condition is not enough? We trained so much but still can't use it… we waited a lot!!!
Hemant replies in a normal tone:
Hemant: Yeah, you're right… I think we will have to work even harder. But I'm thinking about something…
Hemant tightened his jaw and clenched his fists.
Janit paused and then look at Hement 's body language. He asks curiously and hesitantly:
Janit: umm...What is it?
Hemant: How the hell did Nikhil get the idea to use bombs? .
Hemant's voice was rough and slightly strained. .
Janit answers calmly:
Janit:Come on, he's our friend. He always tells us everything. I don't think he's hiding anything. And we should be grateful that his idea helped us reach 500 Zombie points.
Hemant fell silent.
Flashback — Real World.
Hemant was sitting relaxed on bench and Nikhil was sitting beside him and writing in Hemant's notebook to help him finish it.
Hemant said in friendly and calm satisftied tone : well after completing this do you want anything?
Nikhil stopped writing...A smirk appeared on his lips.
NIKHIL: Nothing dude...we are friends right!...so just a friend helping out his friend.
Hemant's eyes widened slightly with suprise and then a calm smile apppers but after a moment it turned into a smirk.
Hemant: Then complete my other notebook also .
Nikhil sharply turned towards Hemant.
Nikhil shouted in low tone : Naahh..
They both chuckled, and Nikhil continued writing
The flashback ended.
Hemant thought.
(Yeah, he's right… Nikhil helped us get our abilities. But... why was he surprised when he was giving Janit magic ability??)
Janit, exhausted and sleepy:
Janit: Well then, good night. I'm going back to my room.

Scene shifts to Harsh's room.
He is already sleeping.

Scene shifts back to Nikhil's room.
Nikhil is lying on his bed, thinking:
Nikhil (thought):
(Tomorrow I have to talk to King Krishn Dev Rai ji about Unification… this is the best opportunity. With Magic abilities, other kingdoms will form alliances with Vijayanagara.)
---Next Day —
Nikhil was in an ancient bath pool.
His lower body was underwater while his upper body was visible. His body had become leaner more muscular and more defined than before, though his physique was not fully developed yet—many muscles still needed training.
Nikhil leaned his head back.
Nikhil (thought):
(After a few hours there will be a Royal meeting... we have to propose our idea... I hope the King will accept it... we have to work really hard from now.)
--- Scene shifts a few hours later.
Royal Meeting Room
King Krishn Dev Rai is sitting on his throne.He neither moved nor spoke. He silently watched Nikhil and Aditya.
Aditya steps forward and respectfully bowed before stepping back. .
Aditya (respectful tone):
Aditya:
We are here to discuss that this is the right time to make alliances with other kingdoms. We have the advantage—our Candidates got Magic abilities first. Other kingdoms will surely agree.
Krishn Dev Rai thinks:
(They're right… we have the advantage. Our candidates unlocked Magic abilities early. Other kingdoms got benefit from us. We can even tell them how we reached 500 Zombie points so fast… I should agree. I just hope nothing goes wrong... I know it will attract enemies, but right now they can't do anything...what if someone unlocked there magic ability before them? )
Nikhil and Aditya look at him, waiting.
Krishn Dev Rai speaks:
Krishn Dev Rai:
Fine. I agree. You may go… but Pemmasani Ramalinga Nayudu will accompany you wherever you travel...but...First, answer my questions.
Krishnadevaraya looked down at them with intense gaze of seriousness.
" Firstly...tell me What if.. first ,the kings of those kingdoms refuse??...What if they attack our envoys...and are you sure about that there is no one that got magic ability before you ? "
NIKHIL paused with suprise but get in composed again and then stepped forward and then said in a composed tone.
" King... don't worry about that I'll take care of it."
Krishndevaraya leaned forward on his throne.
" You should...How will you convince kingdoms stronger than us ? "
Nikhil spent several minutes explaining his strategy. As he spoke, even the ministers in the room gradually fell silent.
King Krishndev rai expression remained unchanged.He leaned back on his throne.
" Umm...fine now you may go "
Nikhil says happily:
Nikhil: Fine!
Nikhil and Aditya turn left the throne room.
A calm smile appeared on King Krishndevaraya's face.
Everyone gets excited — they are finally going to explore other kingdoms.
They leave the throne room, return to their rooms, and get ready. They change into new clothes. leaving their modern clothes behind.
Aditya at his room wore
Navy blue silk
angarakha
White dhoti
Silver-bordered shawl over one shoulder
Dark leather belt
Steel wrist guards
Simple silver ring
Harsh was also there with Aditya helping wearing his clothes while Harsh wear
Forest green tunic
Beige dhoti
Brown shoulder scarf
Small travel pouch
Light sandals
Back in his room, Nikhil stretched his arms. He wore
Ivory-white long silk angarakha (knee length)
Dark emerald green sleeveless overcoat , with gold embroidery
Broad crimson silk waist sash
Cream dhoti with gold border
Brown leather sandals
Gold armlets
Small emerald pendant.
His thoughts ( umm...This Feeling... muscle pain after unlocking magic..I hope they recover quickly....I am wondering...Will I become stronger after this?...Let's test it! )
After packing their belongings, they gather on the ground where the chariots are ready.
