Leon didn't care enough about the time overseer or how he was doing emotionally to ask any questions, so all he wanted was for him to do what he said he would do.
"No one has ever managed to resist my time stop before, not a single person," the time overseer mumbled to himself, "Just how is that even possible..."
"Hatch the egg, now," Leon repeated, his voice growing impatient.
"Was it the scrolls you used? Or the sudden boost in speed? But agility shouldn't be relevant to resisting time, even the fastest being in the world wouldn't be able to resist my powers..."
"...The egg," Leon said through gritted teeth.
At this point, the time overseer had gone into a full monologue where he simply kept wondering how Leon did it, completely lost in his own thoughts.
He didn't even seem to care about the player before him or anything else happening around them.
But after around five minutes of this rambling, the time overseer finally snapped out of it.
