Scene 5: The Secret Whisper
EXT. ILIUM ALLEY - NIGHT
A dark corner in one of Ilium's narrow alleys. The HOODED FIGURE approaches GAVRILO PRINCIP, who stands alone in the shadows. No audible words are spoken; only the movement of the hooded man's lips as he whispers into Princip's ear.
Princip's eyes suddenly widen, then narrow sharply as his fingers tighten around the handle of a hidden knife in his pocket. The hooded figure slowly retreats, vanishing into the darkness, while Princip turns his head toward the city square. From a distance, the sounds of anger begin to rise after the council's secrets were leaked to the public.
Scene 6: The Spark of Rebellion
EXT. CITY SQUARE - CONTINUOUS
In the city square, PRINCIP stands atop a worn-out wooden crate before a growing crowd. His face shows a faked sense of shock. Holding a flaming torch in his hand, he begins to speak:
PRINCIP
"I am a nationalist! My goal is to unite everyone and achieve peace... I do not care about the form of the state, but we must be free from its corrupt rule! I have seen how they crush our people... I had no choice but to be a flame for freedom! Our ghosts will wander Ilium... and the masters will tremble in their palaces!"
The crowd transforms into a sea of tension, noise, and violent rage, marching toward the castle in a massive protest.
In the background, from a high balcony, CESARE BORGIA watches the scene while drinking from his glass. His eyes reflect the flames that have begun to spread across the square.
