"Pa… Paradis Island?" Magath's pupils shrank slightly, and the Marleyan soldiers under his command all froze in shock.
"Paradis Island? Eldians? How could they be here? What are the Marleyans doing?" Many of the surviving representatives from various nations were equally stunned.
As Yago's words, "Paradis Island, has arrived!" fell, countless bursts of gas propulsion echoed through the night sky, and under the starlight, innumerable figures descended one after another.
"What are those things!?" Porco, inside the nape of the Claw Titan, stared in astonishment at the figures landing atop the surrounding buildings of the venue.
Inside the nape of the Cart Titan, Pieck's expression turned serious. Having clashed with the soldiers of Paradis Island many times, there was no way she could fail to recognize the Vertical Maneuvering Equipment they used. She spoke,
"Those are all soldiers from Paradis Island."
The Claw Titan raised its head. Soldiers from Paradis Island? The same ones who caused Reiner and Warrior Captain Zeke to fail?
"Hahahahaha! He really came! I knew it! What luck! That idiot Willy Tybur guessed right after all! Hahahaha! Norman! We meet again!" Behind the ruins, Ebson widened his eyes, staring at the familiar yet unfamiliar figure on the distant rooftop, his expression twisted with uncontrollable, morbid excitement.
The reason Ebson knew about Paradis Island's interference in this summit, as well as Newt, the Crimson Flame Titan's betrayal, was all thanks to the informant he had personally cultivated within the Tybur family.
To plant that spy into the Tybur family's personal guard, Ebson had paid a considerable price, but every bit of it was worth it. Willy would never have imagined that among the Tybur family's most trusted personal guards, there would be a traitor.
Originally, Ebson had no interest whatsoever in attending this World Assembly. Even knowing that the Tybur family intended to target him, and that even the Crimson Flame Titan had betrayed him, meant nothing to him.
Whether it was the Crimson Flame Titan or any of the other Titans he had created, to him, they were nothing more than tools—stepping stones on his path.
However, another piece of information from the informant caught Ebson's attention—Willy Tybur had speculated that Paradis Island's forces would intervene and disrupt this summit. That alone forced Ebson to take it seriously, because on Paradis Island, there was still one "creation" that intrigued him the most—and satisfied him the most.
Though they were all tools, that child, Norman, was like the core—the most important tool of all. So, in order to see Norman again, Ebson abandoned his original plan to flee far away and instead walked straight into the trap Marley had set for him. Now, everything was worth it!
Inside the nape of the Armored Titan, Reiner also saw Yago, but his emotions were complicated. After all, the only reason he was here was because Yago had let him go. Otherwise, he would never have been able to escape that building completely sealed off by the Survey Corps.
Reiner clearly remembered the mocking smile Yago had revealed when he released him.
"Reiner, go and see properly what it is you, the Shield of Marley, have been protecting."
As everyone's attention was drawn in, Yago suddenly grabbed the microphone and shouted loudly,
"Go! Eren!!"
"ROAR!!!" Almost at the same moment Yago shouted, a powerful, earth-shaking roar erupted from the building where he stood.
Golden lightning crackled like serpents, and a massive, terrifying Titan burst through the structure, sending up clouds of dust and debris. Messy black hair, eyes glowing with green light, muscles bulging across its entire body with explosive power—and that mouth stretched wide to the ears.
For the first time, under the gaze of representatives from across the world, the Attack Titan made its appearance.
"Eren? Eren Yeager?!" Willy struggled to his feet and rushed to the very front of Magath's command post, his eyes locked onto the Attack Titan standing between Marley and Ebson's artificial Titans.
The power of the Founder was right before him. In his urgency, Willy disregarded all decorum, throwing himself at the edge of the position and shouting at the top of his lungs toward the War Hammer Titan.
"Lara! The Founder! At all costs—the Founder!!"
The War Hammer Titan was far from Willy, and Lara Tybur's true body was buried deep underground. The Titan couldn't hear Willy's desperate cries—but that didn't stop Lara from targeting the newly appeared Attack Titan.
Because before the summit, Willy had repeatedly instructed Lara: no matter the circumstances, once the power of the Founder appeared, it must be obtained—or destroyed—at any cost.
"Usurper, Eren Yeager!" The War Hammer Titan suddenly raised its long-handled war hammer, pointing it directly at the Attack Titan.
The Attack Titan responded with a gesture of pure disdain—opening its mouth as steam poured out, it clenched one hand into a fist, extended its thumb, and then turned it downward in a bold, mocking display.
"Arrogant!" The War Hammer Titan was instantly enraged.
Yago silently gave Eren a thumbs-up. He had told him earlier to act a bit more arrogant upon making his entrance, and it seemed Eren had performed perfectly.
"Mikasa, Historia, Eren's safety is in your hands. Captain, and all Ackermans, the Marleyan Titan warriors are yours. As for the others… leave them to me." Yago looked toward the Titans confronting the Marleyan warriors.
Ebson was definitely hiding somewhere nearby.
Mikasa's gaze sharpened. While ordinary soldiers could carry at most two Thunder Spears, she held four in one hand, with eight more strapped across both arms. With that level of firepower, even the Shield of Marley, the Armored Titan, would be blasted apart.
"With me here, Eren won't be in any danger!"
Historia felt a surge of excitement. As the queen of Paradis Island, she had to show the world in this battle that she wasn't just a decorative queen—she was a brave and powerful ruler!!
Levi glanced at Yago assigning tasks and shook his head lightly.
"Brat… you sure know how to order people around." Though his tone was cold, his hand had already moved to grip his blade.
"Levi Squad, prepare for battle!"
"Yes!" Petra, Jurgen, Oluo, and Eld responded in unison. They were ready to fight alongside their captain. As for the other new recruits of Levi Squad—Connie and Jean Kirstein—they should already be carrying out their missions.
A-One and her brothers said nothing, but their cold gazes and slightly tensed bodies made it clear—the Ackermans were ready for battle.
A new battle was about to erupt!
