Chapter 205 - Chapter 205 Aoki VS Marine Admiral

Chapter 205 Aoki VS Marine Admiral

Sabaody Archipelago, Area 23, a small boat was moored in a secluded bay.

Rayleigh, Hancock, and the other four waited silently.

"I didn't expect the Marines to actually use the Buster Call on Sabaody Archipelago,"

  Shakky remarked.

Rayleigh crossed his arms, resting his chin on his hand, his expression grave.

"Aoki has crossed the Celestial Dragons' line of fire."

Even the so-called Pirate Emperor wasn't necessarily taken seriously by the Celestial Dragons and the World Government.

Powerful pirates appeared in every generation, but the Celestial Dragons remained at the pinnacle of the world, and no one had ever threatened their rule.

To some extent, pirates were merely pawns in their hands, used to force allied nations to obediently accept their rule.

However, Aoki's actions had truly torn off their mask and threatened their lives.

Shakky glanced at Hancock, then looked away, lighting a cigarette. "I wonder what Aoki's signal is?"

Rayleigh said, "Regardless of whether he sends a signal or not, we'll leave immediately once the Buster Call begins!"

He had barely finished speaking when his eyes flickered, looking in the opposite direction.

  ...

A ferocious and imposing black dragonman hovered in the air.

  "Is it him?" Akainu asked.

"Yes." Kizaru nodded, giving a definite answer; of the three, only he had personally seen Aoki.

"Not on the island, or did he escape?"

Akainu's gaze was cold, his tone barely concealing his anger.

Kizaru said, "I'm more curious about why he showed himself."

Aokiji remained silent, observing the figure in the air.

"Akainu, the target has appeared. What are you waiting for?"

A cold voice came from inside the cabin.

"Alicia, is she currently within your control?" Akainu asked.

The voice in the cabin paused: "At the edge."

Akainu and the other two looked grim.

How could they fight an enemy who could escape at any moment? They

had no choice but to fight; failure would only invite the Celestial Dragons' accusations.

  In the sky.

  "Found me? Then let's begin!"

  Aoki slightly opened his mouth.

A spark of fire condensed, rapidly expanding into a massive fireball nearly a meter in diameter, radiating terrifying energy fluctuations.

  Bang!

The fireball hurtled towards the warship where the three Marine Admirals were located.

Aokiji leaped into the air, his chilling aura condensing into a massive ice shield.

  Boom!

The fireball struck above, solidifying into a giant fireball, but all the impact and heat were blocked by the ice shield.

Simultaneously, Kizaru transformed into a golden streak, shooting towards the sky.

  Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

Golden beams pierced through, leaving holes in Aoki's body, but he paid no attention, staring down, a dark light suddenly flashing in his eyes.

  "Soul Impact!"

He condensed his spirit into a spear, thrusting it downwards.

The golden light shattered, revealing Kizaru's figure, his lewd face showing a hint of confusion.

Aoki didn't hesitate, throwing a punch.

Although Kizaru was momentarily dazed, his body continued its upward thrust, seemingly offering his face to Aoki's fist.

  Thud!

Kizaru plummeted like a meteor, his body transforming back into golden light just before hitting the sea, flying back to the warship, hands in his pockets.

  "How terrifying!"

  "Completely useless."

  Aoki shook his head inwardly.

To him, the three Marine Admirals were more troublesome than Whitebeard.

Fortunately, he wasn't planning on doing anything to Kizaru and the others today.

  "Shouldn't we begin?"

Aoki looked towards the Sabaody Archipelago.

From his height, the people on the Sabaody Archipelago looked like ants.

Previously, these "ants" were scattered haphazardly across the island, but now, as if receiving a signal, they swarmed outwards.

Numerous ships began to set sail.

The sound of cannon fire suddenly intensified.

  "Their timing was impeccable,"

  Aoki thought to himself.

He hadn't made any agreement with these people.

But it was good; they had provided cover for Hancock and her group.

At that moment, waves of heat swept in from below.

Crimson light dyed the sea red, and a plume of lava shot into the sky, as if a volcano had erupted.

  Aoki's eyes widened in astonishment.

The visual impact of light alone wasn't enough; now, with Akainu's intervention, he truly witnessed the terror of a top-tier Logia-type Devil Fruit user.

This was a genuine natural disaster.

No wonder the battle between Akainu and Aokiji could permanently alter the climate of an island.

Aoki opened his mouth, and a massive fireball shot out.

With a deafening roar, the fireball collided with the lava, endless flames churning and forming a sea of fire in the sky.

The lava exploded like fireworks, transforming into a gigantic flower, both terrifying and beautiful.

Aoki had no time to appreciate the scenery.

Below him lay a sea of fire and lava, while a chill ran down his spine.

Without thinking, he flicked his tail.

A sharp pain shot through him, and his tail was gone, only half remaining, a faint frost clinging to the severed end.

Aoki didn't turn back, flapping his wings to escape.

Just then, a dazzling golden light exploded, filling his vision. He

could vaguely make out a figure shimmering with golden light.

  "Soul Impact!"

Aoki thought, and an invisible wave spread outwards.

Almost simultaneously, two ice spikes formed from condensed ice and a longsword shimmering with golden light pierced his body.

The golden sword pierced his chest, penetrating his heart, while the ice spikes pierced his neck and the back of his head.

With a flap of his bat wings, Kizaru and Aokiji were knocked back, and Aoki flew backward.

  Aokiji and Kizaru regained consciousness.

Endless chill spread, and specks of golden light condensed.

An invisible spiritual spear swept past, causing the two to freeze, the chill solidifying, and the golden light dissipating.

Aoki flew a hundred meters in one breath, then turned to look at the two.

"Two old comrades in their fifties ambushed a young upstart like me, Aokiji, Kizaru, aren't you embarrassed?"

  Their actions answered his question.

A chilling aura and a blazing golden light simultaneously struck Aoki.

Aoki's figure vanished silently, reappearing hundreds of meters away.

Boom! Kizaru and Aokiji landed in the sea, freezing the surrounding water and creating a piece of land.

Aokiji exhaled a breath of cold air: "Ara ara, he's still not dead? What kind of ability is he?" He

's clearly not a Logia-type user, yet he survived being pierced in the head.

Kizaru, one hand in his pocket, looked at the sky, lost in thought: "Looks like this operation has failed again!"

"That's enough for today, but we'll definitely meet again!"

Aoki waved to the two, glanced at the warship, and then vanished abruptly.

He had used up his Soul Impact attempts for the day; this was the only ability that could affect Aokiji and the other two.

The "Ultimate Form" cooldown wasn't over yet, so they couldn't afford to be reckless.

Anyway, the mission was complete, it was time to leave.

Aokiji and Kizaru returned to the warship and entered the cabin with Akainu.

A beautiful woman in a magnificent palace dress turned to look at the three.

  "Useless!"

She flicked her sleeve and turned to leave.

The three of them looked rather grim.
