"Tomorrow I'll give Raptorex an advanced enhancement too. That should do it. Then I'll summon a Wind God Pterosaur. Robin's still too young—her strength's far from enough."
For Robin to grow stronger, she'd probably need years of training to reach Raptorex's current level. The same went for Camon and the others.
Now that they had fighters for land and sea, it was only natural to establish a real air force.
As for the Wukong Pterosaur, it could only count as a scout.

He rolled out of bed, swore, and yanked the door open.
Standing there was Crocodile, wearing a black vest and scarf, a coat draped over his shoulders, and a cigar between his lips as he looked at him coolly.
"Are you insane? What are you doing here so early?" Jiang Qize said helplessly.
"Going to Yuba," Crocodile replied flatly, taking a drag from his cigar and exhaling a puff of smoke.
He hadn't slept all night, his mind entirely preoccupied with the Pluton buried beneath Yuba. He'd come early for that reason.
If not for his sense of honor, he would've gone to Yuba by himself last night.
Jiang Qize took a deep breath and flipped him the middle finger.
Crocodile didn't quite understand what that gesture meant, but it was clearly nothing pleasant. Still, he didn't care.
So long as he could obtain Pluton, nothing else mattered.
