Where do I start?
It has been a hell of a year…or 2…or 5. That is how TFP has been in production.
A lot of ups and downs, twists and turns. Moving out, then a bad breakup… mountains of debt. It seemed life did not wish to throw lemons at me, and so I found myself in a state of unfulfillment. What did I ever accomplish to say I did that? I could not say that I have. I have always been the black sheep, always the last to succeed, always the one being looked down on. However, I found peace in drawing close to my dreams of being an author and artist. The island I come from has never heard of an author publishing or an artist making it. Coming to the end of my last draft, I was rethinking life as a whole and where it will take me. And one thing that was for certain was this Fictional family, the one I alone brought to life through many lonely sleepless nights, was my haven on earth. I craved to write it, I would rot in bed just to reread it, and now…I hand it to you. Thank you to all my readers who have seen this book series come to life from my high-school pencil drawings to an official animated short. A special thank you to Cinnamon Touch Crunch for watching me write instead of going on a walk. And lastly, thank you to myself for seeing hope in the past, for seeing what I could still accomplish in the present, and what I could become in the future. I only have one last thing to say, for it is as simple as this. Never let another tell you anything is just a dream; whoever does such has never seen how powerful a dream can be. It gives you strength when you are weakened, confidence when you fear the what-ifs, and comfort when you have none, most of all drive when you run, eventually run out of gas. Because it will happen, and keep happening. The world will suck the life out of any soul. I know
Finishing this manuscript took mine…at least it reached my end goal for 2024 in 2025. Better late than never, am I right? I really wanted The Fate of Wrath of Fire to be set in the Middle Mesopotamian Period with a hint of Arthurian influence.It had always been a what-if moment for me, based on an alternate universe of Fate Grand Order, and do not get me started on ReyxKylo. Now, this is the enemies-to-lovers we could have had.
However, please be aware that it is still an original retelling.
