Slowly, Alrain released his embrace with a very gentle movement, as if reluctant to end the soothing physical contact. He took one step back, then raised his face, looking straight at Arvin's face.
The handsome face with a pair of blue eyes that he had always adored in his two lifetimes never failed to mesmerize the green-haired youth. Especially when he looked at it from such a close distance like right now.
For him, there was no sight more beautiful in this world than the figure of the man now standing tall before him.
"My Love..." Alrain called out in a very gentle tone, his eyes remaining fixed and locked on the pair of blue eyes returning his gaze.
"Yes, Alrain?" Arvin replied calmly, waiting for what his second spouse wanted to say.
A faint smile containing a hint of teasing began to form on Alrain's lips. His gaze dropped briefly to trace his husband's shaft before looking back up at the pair of blue eyes before him.
"How long do you intend to stay naked like that?" Alrain asked teasingly but in a casual tone. "Are you trying to arouse my sexual desire by being naked in front of me like that?"
Hearing the unexpected question, Arvin immediately lowered his head and looked at his own body.
And it was precisely at that second that he just realized he was indeed still completely naked.
Ever since he ran out of the bathroom while carrying the unconscious Calverd, to being busy restoring the mansion's interior condition with his magic, his focus had purely been solely on his spouse and the house repairs. He had completely forgotten the fact that he was not wearing a single piece of clothing yet.
However, instead of feeling embarrassed or becoming flustered, Arvin actually responded very casually. He did not care at all about the gazes of his eleven spouses who were now paying attention to his naked body.
"Sit back down in your seat, Alrain." Arvin replied in a flat yet authoritative tone, brushing off the teasing calmly. "I'm going to finish what I must convey to all of you tonight before I resume my journey to the Flamort Kingdom."
Hearing his husband's command, who was completely unaffected by his teasing, the green-haired youth could only smile faintly. He nodded obediently, turned his body, and walked back to his chair with calm steps.
Once Alrain had sat back down comfortably in his chair, Arvin raised his right hand forward and then brought out several thick leather-bound books that looked ancient yet highly maintained from his dimensional storage space.
Those magic books regarding alchemy were a precious treasure trove of knowledge that he had taken from the secret underground room of the Astoria academy library.
With his highly precise telekinesis magic control, Arvin made the thick books float slowly across the dining table. The magical sight was followed by the amazed gazes of several of his spouses.
The books then descended and were placed very carefully on the table, stacked neatly right in front of Arion.
"Study all the alchemy knowledge contained in all those books!" Arvin commanded in a tone laden with encouragement to the reddish-yellow-haired youth. "I'm very certain you will be able to master all the materials and techniques written in there!"
Arion froze in silence. He looked at the stack of ancient books now in front of him with brightly sparkling eyes. His hands trembled slightly due to enthusiasm as he reached out his fingers.
The reddish-yellow-haired youth began to take the thick book on the very top of the stack, stroking its cover with full respect, opening it slowly, and then beginning to skim the string of complex alchemy formulas on the first page very carefully.
Arion's heart beat fast. He looked up, gazing at his husband with mixed feelings of awe, disbelief, and emotion.
"My Star, am I really as great as you say?" Arion asked in a low voice, as if he still doubted his own capacity to shoulder such a great expectation.
"Yes, you are the best alchemist in the future!" Arvin answered without the slightest doubt in his eyes. His tone of voice echoed with full conviction in the dining room. "Believe in your own abilities, Arion. I know very well how great your maximum potential is, and I'm certain you can achieve it!"
Hearing his husband's answer that so highly valued his capability in alchemy magic, a statement full of high hopes for his success, Arion's chest felt full. The inferiority complex that had often haunted him slowly eroded away, replaced by a blazing flame of determination that burned so strongly.
He became very excited and impatient to be able to study and master all the knowledge written in those academy heirloom books.
For the first time, someone highly praises my greatness and believes in my talent. Moreover, that praise comes from my own husband! Arion thought with an extremely happy feeling. I definitely don't want to disappoint his expectations of me. I must prove that his words are true!
"I will do my best to meet your expectations, My Star!" Arion promised earnestly, looking at Arvin with eyes full of burning determination. His hands tightly gripped the edge of the book he was holding. "I will prove to you that I will be the spouse who can support you from the backlines with my alchemy power!"
Arvin smiled, satisfied and proud to hear the firm answer given by his ninth spouse. The vow of loyalty sounded very sincere.
The same pride was also felt by the others. Allen, Alrain, Ordion, Alvein, Alrian, Kylen, Dylan, Davin, Kaydan, and Victor. The ten youths looked at each other with blooming smiles. They all felt relieved as well as proud of Arion's decision, which was full of absolute loyalty.
After the matter of the alchemy books was finished, Arvin moved his hand again. This time, he brought out three medium-sized crystal glass bottles from within his dimensional storage space.
"These are Elixir of Archmage." Arvin said as he stepped forward and placed the three precious elixir bottles on the table so everyone could see them. "The liquid inside has the ability to multiply your magic power capacity and physical strength in a short amount of time!"
Kylen, Dylan, Davin, Arion, Kaydan, and Victor, the six of them who had never seen such a potion directly before, looked at the three medium-sized bottles contained a dark purple liquid swirled slowly inside the glass, adorned with bright gold specks of light that shone brilliantly, making it look exactly like a beautiful mini-galaxy trapped inside a glass bottle.
"My Beloved, did you bring those elixirs here for us to drink?" Dylan asked to confirm, his eyes unable to look away from the magical glow of the bottles.
"Yes, you're right!" Arvin answered firmly, looking at Dylan and the others. "All of you in this room will drink one elixir each to make all of you become incredibly strong people!"
Hearing that very promising answer, their enthusiasm surged even more. They grew increasingly impatient to drink the elixir immediately.
However, amidst that euphoria, Victor counted the number of bottles on the table, then recounted the number of people in the room.
"But why are there only three bottles that you brought out, while there are twelve of us in this mansion?" Victor asked in confusion, breaking their joy for a moment. "Is all of this not significantly lacking for all of us?"
Before Arvin could answer the confusion of his eleventh spouse, a soft laugh was heard from the other side of the table.
"Just relax, Victor." Alrain answered casually, cutting off the question in a highly confident tone. "The rest are already inside my magic bag after Davin mentioned that our husband placed those elixirs in the bedroom."
The enthusiasm that had been held back due to the issue of the total number of elixirs now exploded and became even more intense after hearing what Alrain had just said.
They all could breathe a sigh of relief freely after knowing that each of them would get one bottle, filling the dining room with an aura full of spirit.
Seeing his spouses' fiery spirit surging so uncontrollably high, Arvin immediately raised his hand, changing his facial expression to one that was highly serious and full of warning.
"But remember, there's a very strong effect when your bodies receive that much energy." Arvin warned with a heavy voice that instantly silenced their chatter. "After drinking the elixir, your bodies will undergo a forced mana restructuring process, and you will instantly fall unconscious."
Arvin swept his gaze over the faces of the eleven youths one by one, looking right into their eyes so this warning would not be taken lightly.
"Therefore, I ask you to arrange a schedule and drink it in turns!" the head of the household continued, giving an absolute instruction. "Don't act recklessly and drink it at the same time. There must always be several people on standby and standing guard while the others are unconscious in the bedroom. Do you understand?"
Hearing the strategic explanation from their husband, not a single one voiced an objection. The eleven youths sitting around the dining table nodded in understanding in unison and would flawlessly follow their husband's absolute instruction.
