Hearing the commotion and Allen's raised voice, Alrain, who happened to be right outside the bathroom door, came rushing in. He wanted to know what on earth was happening inside.
However, once he crossed the threshold, Alrain also froze in his tracks. He was just as shocked as Allen. He had never imagined, not even in his worst nightmares, that Arvin and his own biological sister would be soaking together in a state of undress.
"My Love?! Sister?!" Alrain shouted loudly, his voice high-pitched. Panic and jealousy surged through his chest. "Why are the two of you naked together in there like that?! And you, My Love, you are my husband! Yonna is indeed my sister! But it is not appropriate for you to be naked like that in front of her!"
Alrain stared at his husband with a demanding gaze. "Answer Allen's question! If I or Allen were naked in front of others like this, what would you feel?!"
Both Arvin and Yonna fell silent, rendered speechless by the onslaught of the two teenagers. They had never expected Allen and Alrain to become so protective and blindly jealous just from seeing them share a bathtub, especially when nothing romantic was happening.
After silence reigned for a few moments, Arvin finally let out a long sigh and opened his mouth.
"I apologize if you both feel angry and jealous because of my actions." Arvin said, his apology sounding deeply sincere as he looked at both of his spouses. "But I made the decision to stay like this purely so she and I wouldn't have to waste time waiting for one another. Besides, you both know very well that I have absolutely no interest in women!"
"You might not be interested in women!" Alrain responded quickly, his chest heaving with emotion. "But that doesn't mean you are free to flaunt your naked body in front of my older sister, who is not your wife!"
Alrain clenched his fists, glaring at Arvin. "I specifically asked you to protect and look after my sister so she wouldn't suffer a tragic fate like in the past era!" he continued, his voice trembling as he held back his emotions. "But... do you actually intend to make her one of your wives in the future too?!"
At such a wild accusation, Arvin's brow furrowed deeply. "What are you talking about, Alrain?" Arvin countered, unable to believe his second spouse's line of reasoning. "I told you, I'm not interested in women! Haven't I made my orientation clear to both of you for a long time now?"
Arvin then raised his wet hand, pointing directly at Yonna beside him. "Look at her closely. She is your sister, Alrain! To me, I consider her my own sibling, exactly like my own sister! I would never be naked like this if she weren't your biological sister!"
Arvin lowered his hand, his gaze softening but remaining firm as he looked at Allen and Alrain. "Do you know why I chose to act naturally and get into this tub with her? It's because I don't want there to be even the slightest wall of awkwardness between us! Especially since we are now family, living and sheltering under the same roof!"
"I don't want awkwardness over a trivial matter like this to ruin the close family bond we've formed!" Arvin stated with authority, his aura dominating the room. "I also know exactly where my boundaries are as a man and as a husband!"
Seeing Allen and Alrain's expressions begin to soften, Arvin's tone became gentle once more. "I apologize for acting so impulsively and causing this misunderstanding." Arvin said sincerely. "I simply didn't want the atmosphere in this house to become awkward and stiff over an unexpected bathroom mishap."
"If you still want to be angry, be angry with me!" Arvin added, tapping his own chest. "Yonna is not at fault here. It is entirely mine! Because I was the one who blatantly walked into this bathroom while she was soaking!"
Hearing the long, rational, and sincere explanation from their husband, Allen and Alrain could only look at each other and then back at Arvin in silence. Arvin's argument was too logical to refute, and they knew he was telling the truth. The two teenagers let out a near-simultaneous sigh, letting the remaining jealousy drain from their hearts.
"If that's your reason, then I won't make an issue of it anymore." Allen finally said, his voice full of understanding as he crossed his arms over his chest.
Alrain turned toward his sister, who had been frozen in the water the entire time. "Sister, I'm sorry..." Alrain apologized softly and sincerely. "I didn't mean to accuse you. I just... got caught up in my emotions and felt incredibly jealous seeing my husband naked with someone else, even if it was you."
Yonna offered a thin smile, feeling immensely relieved that the misunderstanding hadn't escalated further. "I truly understand how you both feel." Yonna replied, her voice soft and calm. "As spouses, it's only natural for you to feel jealous. I also apologize for being in a situation that looked inappropriate to you both."
Seeing the peace return, a familiar mischievous grin suddenly appeared on Alrain's lips.
"Well, if the problem is solved, then I'm joining the two of you in there!" Alrain exclaimed cheerfully, completely shedding any hesitation or shame about being naked in front of his biological sister!
"Me too!" Allen chimed in suddenly, not wanting to be outdone by the second spouse. However, he remembered something. "But I'm going to the dining room for a moment to put all the breakfast dishes into the magic bag so the food doesn't get cold while we bathe."
Without waiting for Arvin or Yonna's consent, Alrain immediately stripped off all his clothes on the spot and headed to the washing area to clean himself.
Meanwhile, Allen quickly turned and ran back to the dining room to save the meal by storing it in his magic bag.
However, the madness didn't end there. When Allen returned from the dining room a few minutes later, he strolled back into the bathroom without a single stitch of clothing on his body and joined Alrain, who was busy lathering up with soap.
Once they finished cleaning themselves, the two of them rushed to the tub and joined their husband and Yonna in the large bathtub.
Seeing the absurd sight of four naked people crammed into a single tub, Arvin could only lean his head back, staring at the bathroom ceiling with a blank expression.
"Good grief..." Arvin muttered in resignation, lamenting his fate with a tone of exhaustion mixed with amusement. "This house has turned out to be far more crowded and wild than I ever imagined..."
Hearing the resigned complaint from the head of the household, Yonna, who was sandwiched between them, understood exactly what Arvin meant. The green-haired woman could only offer a wry smile, biting her lower lip with all her might to keep a loud laugh from bursting out of her mouth.
