[Republic City Gym, Early in the morning] Korra: *tosses a ball towards Bolin* Why do we have to trian so early? Bolin: *catches the ball before he tosses it towards Marko* We could only reserve this time since we're the newbies of this competition, and the main tournament is coming up. Mako: *catches the ball* And Korra is the greenest of us all. We won by pure luck yesterday, so we have to be prepped as much as we can. *tosses the ball towards Korra* Korra: *catches the ball and faces Alee* Alee: *sleeping on a training mat* Korra: *tosses the ball towards his gut* Alee: *abruptly wakes up and holds his stomach* Avatar! *gets quickly up and chases Korra* Korra: *runs away as she giggles* Mako: *looks at the two with a small amount of jealousy* We also gotta think about a way of making some money so we can enter the Probending Tournament. Bolin: I already have a full-on plan, so don't worry. *he runs out of the building* Mako: Don't do anything illegal. [Later that day, Air Temple Island, Training grounds] Korra: *attempting to meditate* Alee: *meditating alongside her* Korra: *sighs out loud* I hate trying to grasp the concept of air. *she turns to face Alee* Wanna go out to town and get something to eat? Alee: *shakes his head* I prefer spending my time here with you. Korra: *smiles* Aww, Mr Softy over here. [Later that day, Republic City Stadium, Attic] Mako: *comes into the Attic* Yo Bolin. I got a job. It pays a decent amount, but I'm not sure if it will pay for all the expenses. *he twists and trusts around trying to look for him* Where are you, man? Is Pabu here? *he looks outside with a frustrated expression* Okay, this is suspicious. [Later that day, Republic City streets] Mako: *looks at Korra and Alee* Thank you two for coming in such short notice. I haven't seen Bolin since the morning, and I'm starting to get concerned. Alee: *sitting on the back of Naga* We fully understand. Korra: *looking at him with a worried expression* I hope you're doing okay, Mako. Mako: Just a bit worried. We should get some information from some of the people of the city. Alee: Who do you know to ask first? [A couple of hours later, Republic City park] Korra: *faces Mako* So what do you know? Mako: From the Intel of the kids, Bolin was trying to make some quick cash, but unfortunately, he got abducted by the Equalists. Korra: I guess we have to go find him immediately. Alee: Even so. We have no intel of where he could or might be. Mako: Do you guys know any ways to get to the Equalists? Korra: *shakes her head* Alee: *shakes his head too* I guess we just have to wait until sunrise. [The 3 of them huddle against Naga. During the course of the night, Korra inadvertently places her head on the shoulder of Mako whilst Alee inadvertently places his head on the lap of Korra] [The following morning] Korra and Mako: *both of them simultaneously wake up and awkwardly move away from one another* Sorry… Korra: *looks down at Alee* Look at him still sleeping. So adorable… *She looks at Mako with a worrying face.* Not dating adorable. Just friendly adorable. Mako: *nods as he sees an Equalist* Protester: *Speaking into a loudspeaker* For all of my fellow Equalists! We should learn that the pain we have endured for all these years is soon gonna come it a hault! Mako: *walks up to the protester* Protester: Ah, a wise man! *he gives him a pamphlet* This should be what you need. See you tonight. *gives him a knowing wink* Mako: *nods as he heads back to Korra and Alee* I think I know where we might be able to find Bolin. [Later that day, inside the Equalists rally building, Korra, Mako, and Alee all wear clothing so that they can not be recognised.] Amon: *standing on stage* Greetings to you all my fellow non benders. *He spreads both of his arms* I'm quite excited to see that our movement has finally gotten a great audience. Tonight, I'm here to showcase to you the ability given to me by the great spirits. The ability to take away an individuals bending. Korra: *her eyes open widely* [Amon's supporters bring out 5 individuals, each possessing different types of bending and amongst them was Bolin] Alee: *whispers to Korra* We've found our guy. Korra: *whispers to Alee* Cause a minor distraction. *she runs towards the backstage area along with Mako* Alee: *rubs his hands and makes a small amount of lightning in his hands* Hope this works. *he holds the shoulder of the man in front of him and knocks him out before screaming loudly* This man fainted! [A crowd begins to surround the man in worry and desperation] Amon: *faces Alee* Alee: *faces Amon with a stoic expression on his face* Get him. (Meanwhile backstage) Mako: *strikes a metal pipe with lightning allowing all the steam to exit* Korra: *water bends the steams outward into the audience to cause a misty atmosphere* Amon: *walks over to one of his captured victim, places both his thumb and index finger in his forehead to take away his bending* [In a chaotic outcome, all the people within the building exit in a flurry] Alee: *Dashes over to Bolin* Amon: *faces Alee* You're friends with the Avatar, aren't you. We'll meet again but under my own terms. *he disappears in he mist* Korra and Mako: *run towards Bolin and Alee* Bolin: Am I glad to see you guys! [Later that day, Air Temple Island] Alee: *sitting on the balcony* Amon can take bending away. Tenzin: *ponders in his thoughts for a few seconds* I can see. I'll do my best to get the prodigy of Karu to help you and Korra. Alee: Wait like an airbender? Tenzin: Indeed. You guys need as much help as possible.
