Chapter 463 - Chapter 463 Going to the Moon

Kingo heard this, and his heart trembled.

He took it seriously.

"Exiled to the Universe?! How can that be!" Kingo was anxious, "Wait a moment, I'll go plead with him."

"At worst... at worst, I'll accept his invitation and join that so-called The Seven!"

"I'm his soulmate in the film industry; he'll surely give me this favor."

Seeing Kingo's anxious appearance, Ajak smiled slightly, walked forward, and patted his arm.

"Relax, Kingo. Gilgamesh is joking."

"After talking with Homelander, we decided to voluntarily head into the Universe."

"To search for more Eternal companions scattered throughout the sea of stars. We will gather them together and join the ranks to resist the Celestials."

"That's it?" Kingo looked puzzled, "No need to go to prison? No need to accept Vought's supervision?"

"That's it." Ajak nodded affirmatively.

Looking at the oblivious Kingo before her, she chose not to tell him the whole truth.

That memory was too heavy, too painful.

Kingo had already found his own joy in life; he loved movies, and he loved this Planet.

Let him live here with this happiness, without any burden.

"Then when are you leaving?" Kingo asked.

"Today," Ajak answered crisply. "We will pilot the Domo spaceship and leave Earth today."

"Today? So soon?!"

Kingo scratched his head, a troubled look appearing on his face.

"But... my upcoming schedule is very full. I still have three Bollywood blockbusters to film, and I'm the lead actor in all of them. If I leave now..."

Looking at Kingo's conflicted appearance, Ajak couldn't help but laugh out loud.

"Don't worry, Kingo. There's no spot reserved for you on the Domo."

"You stay here, protect Earth well, and be your big star."

Ajak was silent for a second, then continued.

"And Sprite..."

"She is a poor child who went astray simply because she was in pain from being unable to grow up. Correct her well, and help her."

"What about Ikaris?" Kingo asked, frowning.

"Ikaris..." Ajak hugged Sersi's shoulder, "Leave him to Homelander to deal with. From the moment he killed Druig, there has been no place for him among us."

Sersi's expression dimmed; although painful, she had to accept this result.

"Alright." Kingo nodded solemnly and gave his promise to everyone.

"Leave it to me! I will definitely keep an eye on Sprite and never let her cause trouble again. You all must also stay safe in the Universe; remember to send me interstellar emails!"

Everyone stepped forward to hug Kingo and say goodbye one by one.

Makkari gestured rapidly to everyone.

[You go to the Domo first to start the engines and prepare. I have some personal business to handle. I will be back before departure.]

[By the way, don't touch those precious collectibles in the cabin!]

After giving instructions, Makkari's figure flashed and disappeared.

"What is this guy up to?" Gilgamesh scratched his head in confusion.

Only Sersi helplessly held her forehead; she probably guessed what Makkari went to do.

...

V.G.D. Headquarters.

Inside Pietro's personal lounge, explosive rock music was echoing.

Pietro was drinking Vought energy drink while playing a game in one-handed mode.

Makkari appeared out of thin air in front of the screen, blocking Pietro's view.

She extended her right hand, palm up, in front of Pietro.

"Hey! I almost cleared the level without taking damage!"

Makkari was unmoved; she lifted her chin slightly and hooked her fingers, signaling him to bring the item out.

"I've had it ready for you for a long time."

Pietro smiled smugly, turned around, pulled open a side drawer, and took out a beautifully crafted card album.

"Original limited edition, with a lip print. Satisfied?"

Makkari's eyes lit up, and she snatched the card album into her arms.

She patted the cover in satisfaction, made a "you're smart" gesture to Pietro, and then turned to leave.

Pietro slid over and blocked the door.

"Is that it? You promised me!" Pietro raised an eyebrow and questioned.

Makkari rolled her eyes and gestured rapidly.

[Three minutes.]

[You chase me; if you catch me, I will...]

Makkari chuckled, and her gestures stopped abruptly.

The next second.

"Whoosh!"

A golden light flashed, Pietro was shoved aside, and Makkari's figure vanished without a trace.

"Three minutes? That's enough."

Pietro whistled, excitedly transformed into a silver lightning bolt, and sped off in pursuit.

...

V.G.D. Headquarters, Homelander's Office.

Homelander, having returned from the Earth's core, pulled the curtains shut.

He sank comfortably into the boss chair and woke up the system.

"System, open the superhero blind box!"

After a dazzling flash of special effects, the first blind box opened.

[Congratulations host, you have obtained the "Moon God Titanium Alloy Mining Group" asset package!]

[Contains assets: A complete high-purity Moon God Titanium Alloy mineral vein, a large-scale mechanized mining field, and a cutting-edge ore smelting center.]

[Moon God Titanium Alloy mineral vein description: An alloy vein possessing ultra-high rigidity and ultra-light mass. After extraction, the host can place the vein in any area of the Moon, and the vein will automatically integrate into the lunar geological layer, ready for mining.]

[Note: Once successfully placed, it cannot be moved.]

"Moon God Titanium Alloy? The name sounds a bit familiar."

Homelander searched his memory for a long time, and his eyes suddenly lit up.

Moon God Titanium Alloy! Also known as Gundarium Alloy, the raw material for Gundams!

This stuff is not only ridiculously light, but its hardness can also withstand the bombardment of battleship main guns.

He immediately pressed the communicator on the desk.

"Skynet."

"I am here, sir."

"I've obtained a set of mining equipment and a whole mineral vein; the coordinates are on the Moon," Homelander instructed.

"Go to the Moon and establish several space jump points. Take over the mining Base and get it running."

"Understood, sir."

"Also, recall all the previous batch of old model T850s," Homelander added. "Send them to the Moon to be full-time miners."

"Very well, sir."

"Then, go to the suite in Vought Tower and wait for me, wear that black lace set."

"Coming, sir!" Miss Skynet chuckled.

Homelander rubbed his hands, in a great mood.

"Continue, let's go for another one."

The system special effects exploded again!

[Congratulations host, you have obtained the epic skill: Rain of Serenity.]

[Skill description: Consumes mana to summon a rain of spiritual power in a designated area. The duration and coverage range can be freely controlled based on the size of one's own mana.]

[Feature 1—Divine Healing: Creatures within the rain can continuously heal wounds and recover vitality.]

[Feature 2—Natural Purification: The rainwater carries a high-tier dispel check, forcibly removing 1 negative status effect every 3 seconds.]

[Feature 3—Reverse Judgment: For creatures with "Undead," "Demon," or "Abyss" tags, Rain of Serenity will undergo an attribute reversal. Life recovery is converted into Holy attribute true damage.]
