As Charles finished the grave for Jackal. "How is this Jackal?" Nile asked.
"He was basically my son. I was forced to kill him." Charles said with some sadness in his voice. As they patted the ground with the shovels.
"Okay that's dark." Nikki said as they started to walk back to the camp.
"Yeah but it's been a short while so the wounds are fresh." Charles said with his head bowed.
"So you're the one my son talks about." A voice came from the darkness, golden eyes glittered from the darkness. Her voice was sultry and clearly feminine. The person walked out. Charles tensed.
"We meet again Hunter Hunter." Charles said his smile tense.
"Yes we do Walking Corpse." She said this with a smile on her face. It was creepy like a doll. Charles looked to shrink back away from her.
"Mom!" Ash yelled, launching into her snuggling into her. Charles seemed to not be as tense.
"Okay odd." Charles said.
"Dad, have you met mom?" Ash said as the legendary Rein Yaga.
"Dad? I never knew I had a husband well after I ripped my last one to shreds." Rein let out a small psychotic giggle. Charles once again body went stiff. A boiling blood, it was pure rage.
"What don't get off on the wrong foot." Charles said with worry.
"Ash. Why don't you tell me about your father." Rein said her voice held a motherly warmth. I landed on Charles' shoulder and I could feel him shivering.
"He is a really kind person who has almost died multiple times." Ash said pointing at Charles.
"Really." Rein said, patting Ash's head. As her golden eyes looked up and down like a piece of meat.
"I feel like I was in more danger when I was talking with Niuhi." Charles said, pulling at his collar, sweating. As the collar snaps back.
"Because you are." I said in his ear. This made Charles shiver again.
"Dad! Dad! Dad!" Ash yelled as he climbed on Charles' back resting on the other shoulder.
"Looks like he has taken a liking to you." Rein said a kind smile that did nothing to make her eyes less like a predator.
"Thank you." Charles said with a small bow.
"I will stay but don't make the mistake of thinking I am an ally." Rein said, taking a few steps closer.
"Okay." Charles said as she walked off to camp. Charles started to head back. As they see the line of thirty corpses. Wait you see that. Droplets of blood line a path. Charles' malice filled the air.
"What are you thinking?" Nikki questioned looking at Charles' smile knowing it meant nothing good.
"Going on a walk." Charles said his eyes spoke of nothing but violence.
"Yeah I would not believe that." Nikki said his eyes held some worry about him.
"Dad, you think mom is scary?" Ash asked, still on his shoulder.
"Ash, go play with Rein for a bit, okay." Charles said with a long sigh.
"Okay!" Ash said happily, jumping off Charles' back. As he runs to a cave.
"Just a walk." Charles repeated his tone seriously cold. As he slowly strolls into the forest following the splatters of blood.
"We both know that is a lie." I hissed in his ear as he had a small smile. A cruel smile, his hollow blue eyes promised pain.
"What about the others?" I asked with a small frown. As a low growl came out of his mouth.
"This is for the others Lobo is a threat and a pain so I am going to kill him." Charles' voice had a rage. As he walks faster than before.
"That is far but why are you so angry?" I asked him, looking at the side of his head.
"Revenge? Because he killed my men. Or maybe it's because I didn't kill him. Maybe it's because he attacked me but I know he was created by the House of Evolution so I will kill him." Charles spoke, questioning himself. Slowly walking through the forest as a loud howl spilt in the air.
"Look at a pack of wolves." I said a glare in the direction of the sound. Charles was baring his fangs at the noise. Slowly stalking forward.
"Looks like a slaughter." Charles' cold voice spoke. His eyes gleamed with a faint yellow glow. As they grow closer.
"Yeah, it looks like the old personality is coming back." I said with a small happy smile. It was a joy that the old personality acted like Hellsing.
"Good. It felt like I was stronger but the Starlight seems to be harder and harder to use." Charles said with a frown. That howl once again ripped through the air. Charles' teeth gritted.
"Looks like it's getting louder." I said looking at the direction the sound was getting nearer.
"It's going to be a slaughter when I get there." Charles snarled his voice was a blizzard of hate. As he once again started stalking towards the sound. Charles was losing his patience.
"How are you doing?" I asked him with some level of worry for Charles.
"I feel rage and only rage." Charles' voice was a hiss. As he continued to stalk towards. Charles' muscles were tense.
"Okay." I said softly once again that howling was getting closer to the source of the noise. As clearly covered in snow dyed crimson by blood there were quite a few wolf pups. Mixed of black and white. Countless gray adults watching over them. As one black giant wolf at the entrance of the cave.
"Gear Shift: Rage." Charles said as the tips of the guns glowed crimson. As I jumped into the air flying around. Charles walked out of the low brush.
"Who are you?" The midnight black wolf asks. Both of its fangs and teeth bared.
"Charles Von Pendragon, your executioner." Charles said, taking a bow. His smile was cruelty incarnate. All the wolves howled in pure rage. Barks of rage. The gray wolves charged. As the Balas hit them melting through his skin.
"Damn human!" A gray wolf howled as one of its front legs melted from the Bala. He had killed all of the wolves in an instant.
"You know it is not a wise move Lobo our leader shall kill you." The midnight black wolf spoke.
"And who are you?" Charles questioned looking at the Midnight black wolves.
"I am Loba, wife of Lobo and these are my children." Loba introduced as he made Charles gripped the gun tighter. Both of them were barring fangs at each other. As Loba charged at Charles. As he barely dodged the midnight paw pounding on the ground.
"I will have the joy of killing you and his wretched children." Charles snarled, looking at the wolf's eyes filled with yellow rage.
"Wretched? The only thing that is wretched is you!" Loba howled out. Swiping and missing again. Charles launches a Bala and it hits but it seems to do no damage. Charles snarled.
"Damn it like Lobo." Charles said, rolling to the side. Dodging the bite form Loba.
"I am E074. My abilities are similar to Lobo but instead of absorbing the power. My fur mimics the forces nullifying all your range attacks." Loba bragged that her voice was full of pride.
"You're really dumb telling me your power, are you dumb?" Charles sneered as this time he was hit by the slicing marks left on his skin.
"You fool, you're just a mere human. I was meant to kill something akin to a god." Loba was bragging. Letting a bark of laughter.
"I am no fool." Charles said his eyes transformed, his iris became yellow, his pupils became like a six pointed star. The white of his eyes turned pitch black.
"What?" Loba asked in shock. Seeing Charles was glowing with a faint white aura Starlight.
"You can't absorb my powers so I can use my full power." Charles said, putting his Jackal and Ivory away. His finger nails turned into claws.
"You can't damage me!" Loba howled. Charles laughed out loud. As he slowly walked to the Loba front leg. Stomping on it hearing a crunching and loud snap noise. He broke his leg.
"You said my ranged attacks are useless but physically is a different story." Charles smiled. As his yellow looked at the wolf. Punching her away sends her skidding through the crimson snow. The pups looked scared, whimpering and looked worried.
"Bastard stay away from my kids!" Loba howled, getting back up blood leaving her mouth.
"Make me." Charles taunted as Loba charged her massive bleeding maw open. Charles jumped over her and she once again slammed into the earth.
"Stay away…" She said weakly as she slowly got back but at that moment I saw her leg was completely shot. It was twisted with some bone fragments sticking out of the leg.
"That funny you think you're in any condition to boss me around." Charles spoke. Slowly walking toward her a fang grin was still on his face. He slowly stalked like a predator staring down prey.
"I may not but I will kill you so my kids don't have to fear even if I die." Loba said her voice was almost a whisper. Charles stomped on her muzzle pinning into the ground. Rocking his ankle.
"Listen here you beast. I am Charles Von Pendragon, your killer. I will send you, Lobo and his children to hell. You will be the first." Charles said his glare was massively boring down at the defeat of the midnight fur wolf.
"But Why-" Loba tried to ask but was cut off by Charles putting his full strength on his foot. Hearing one crack sound. Her tongue was on the snowy ground bitten off. Crimson blood pooling around his foot.
"You don't have the right to ask questions." Charles said. The second crack was heard. I could hear the children of Lobo whimpering and whining. "He shall feel pain, he will die slowly and painfully this I promise." Charles spoke his beastal fury covering his face.
"Wwwhhhmmmy." The mutter came from Loba. She was trying to say something. As I heard another cracking sound.
"Blame the House of Evolution." Charles spat out the words like poison. Hearing another crack sound then a crunching sound her muzzle was completely crushed. Just a mess of fur, blood and teeth. Charles kicks her towards the den as the wolf pups walk up nuzzling their mother in worry. As we see Loba move it slightly Charles was shocked. Slowly she rose to all four of her feet. She was shaking like a leaf in a storm. She fell once more but tried to get back up.
"You stay away from them." Loba spoke. The words came out gurgling as if she was trying to speak underwater. Blood poured from her mouth like a waterfall. Charles walked forwards still not taking the warning with a smile still on his face.
"I wonder how Lobo will feel the pain on his face when his pup's heads are lined up in a row like he did with my allies." Charles said. As Loba fell once again.
"Rrrunn." Loba spoke as she still sounded like she was underwater and her eyes were half lit. She was clinging on to life.
"But Mom." The biggest one spoke with tears rolling down his cheek. Rubbing against the shattered muzzle of his mother. Blood drenching his muzzle. Charles shot two of the wolf pups in the stomach, the two that tried to run. As he put his feet on their back and ripped off both their heads placing them in the middle of the clearing.
"Rrrun." Loba said, trying to stand back up but rolled to her side. Her face was matted with her blood making her shine in the early morning sun.
"But Mom." The biggest was still crying at the belly of his mother. He was standing on his hind legs. Both of his front paws were on his mother's belly that was rising and falling very faintly. "Stay with me." He howled, licking his mother trying to get her up. Charles had ripped the puppy head and lined them up.
"Five down and one more to go. Don't worry I will send you to your mother." Charles said he stomps on the throat of the wolf pup. He slowly pulled, hearing popping and cracking.
"Get away." Loba muttered as she watched as her kid's head was slowly ripped off his head. Blood fell to the ground like a river from the head that Charles had ripped off.
"I guess it's your turn." Charles said as he finished putting the final head in the line.
"Demon." Loba muttered as her eyes closed for the final time.
"So what will you do with the corpse?" I said landing on Charles' shoulder.
"I will get someone to turn her into a cloak as she does have some interesting abilities." Charles said with a smile on his face. Like a child who had gotten a new toy. As he started to drag Loba's corpse away.
"Why did you have to kill the pups?" I asked, looking at Deus Stella, those eyes sent a shiver down my spine. As I looked at me.
"Because there is a threat for the future, one less thing I have to deal with." Charles explained as we got closer to the camp.
"Okay." I said softly.
"Look Dad back and he's dragging something back!" Ash shouted pointing at Charles.
"Is everyone still asleep?" Charles asked, looking at Ash with a small happy smile.
"Yeah! We are unsure when they will wake up. Enjoy your walk." Gabriel said looking at the dead Chaos Beast that he was dragging.
"Yeah it was a good walk." Charles said with a smile.
