"The hell?" Charles asked, looking at a giant gem. It glowed purple shroud in malicious dark souls taking the form of screaming faces.
"Is it some sort of gem?" Gabriel said, looking at it. Gem was giving a chorus of human screams.
"A Chaos Gem and what Chaos Orbs were based on." I told the two. They both nodded.
"What should we do?" Charles asked, looking at the huge gem.
"You could absorb it." I state looking as the huge purple gem started to glow just a bit brighter.
"Wait what?" Gabriel was confused. As I looked over at him.
"Since they were rare, about only 1% could even have a chance of forming it. You can just touch it. Surround it with your Chaos energy." I told him as he slowly walked up to the gem. Touching the gem with his hand. It glowed even brighter.
"Now what?" Gabriel questioned looking at me. As he grunted as it merged, his skin merged into them. It started to fade into him.
"You okay?" Charles asked. Gabriel smiled looking at Charles.
"I feel lighter." Gabriel said with a smile. Getting back up quickly. As Gabriel punched Charles. Charles had a shit eating grin.
"Okay then." Charles said with a smile still on his face. They both were laughing.
"Let's get back." Gabriel said with a small smile matching Charles.
"Okay." Charles said. "I wonder how Chip, Arthur, William are doing?" Charles said he was looking to the sky. Gabriel had a quiz look.
"Chip?" Gabriel said with a question clear in his voice. Looking over Charles.
"Bought him at Evolution Mart." Charles said with a long sigh.
"Slavery? Is it still a thing?" Gabriel questioned looking at Charles with shock.
"The House of Evolution sells their failed creations to create capital to fund the rest of their projects." Charles waves his hand.
"So they sell people." Gabriel said with a small frown. Charles let out a sigh.
"People, Chaos Beast, Tech, a lot of stuff. I got the invite and got to take home one of the VIP merchandise. I had the choice of Chip, Thousand Eyed Monster and a Chaos Bomb." Charles spoke with a frown covering his face. Letting out a big sigh.
"By failed creation what do you mean?" Gabriel asked, looking up at the sky. As they slowly started to walk back to the camp.
"Failed is the project that was taken to the finish line. Those who can't be worked on any more." Charles said with his head shaking.
"Okay so do not fail but complete projects." Gabriel spoke as they heard countless howls.
"They see it becoming complete as a road block; they want to be better than before. If they see perfection they would mourn because they no longer improve." Charles said his tone was dripping with so much venom you could feel it.
"Okay when we destroy the House of Evolution what will you do?" Gabriel asked.
"I have no clue to make sure not a single member is alive." Charles said with a harsh glare.
"Okay that would take a lot of work." Gabriel said look at him with shock.
"But they earn my hate no one attacks my family." Charles said his hate was palpable in his voice. Taking a long sigh.
"No one, what if a Greater Dragon attacked your family?" Gabriel questioned.
"Call me Hellsing. I would kill that dragon with my own hands." Charles snarled.
"Yeah but what was their biggest project?" Gabriel asked, looking at him with a hint of interest.
"E.N.D. They spent about 1,000 years on the project planning it out. It would be the strongest thing that walks this earth. It is only in its first stage of development." Charles spoke with a smile.
"E.N.D. What the hell is that you also mention at the first stage?" Gabriel asked in shock.
"Yeah it spans thousands of projects and about ten billion tokens." Charles said he was right it was by far their biggest project. Rivalling next gen Hellsing.
"Any other of their big projects?" Gabriel asked, looking at Charles with a small grin.
"Some smaller projects like." Charles took a deep breath. "Ghoul Evo, Gen Altering, Regenerators, N.G.H., Chaos Technique." Charles spoke very quickly. Taking a few deep breaths.
"Cool, that's a bunch of projects." Gabriel spoke with such shock.
"Those are the major projects, there are countless subprojects, side projects and much more. The House of Evolution is a huge organization." Charles said his venom seemed to be coming back in full force. Charles let out a small growl.
"Yeah that makes sense." Gabriel said. As they finally got back to camp. Another hymn of howls. It seemed to be getting louder.
"I swear those things are getting louder. As well farther apart." I spoke with a small bit of worry.
"Yeah but there is nothing we can do." Charles spoke looking around.
"For now at least." Gabriel added on. His eyes also flicked around the forest. Both of them fully walked into the clearing.
"Yeah but they seemed to be far off." Charles said with a long sigh.
"We have to worry about food for the others." Gabriel said as everyone was smiling there were a few who were gathering firewood. Creating small gaps of the walls to place for the firewood.
"This place is coming along quite nicely." Charles spoke with a soft smile. It was kinda strange to see it on his face.
"Yeah, it's starting to feel like home." Gabriel said with a happy laugh. Pride was gleaming in his eyes. Charles also had a smile on his face.
"Maybe we should add a wall." Charles said, looking at the small clearing.
"Maybe later we should figure out those wounded." Gabriel spoke.
"The wounded?" Charles asked, looking at the tunnel that smelled of blood.
"Yeah the reason why I forbid the hunting groups from hunting an Ice Tusk is because seven of them died and nineteen were heavily injured." Gabriel said as he started to lead the way.
"How many are dead from their wounds." Charles asked, looking at Gabriel having a sad tone on his voice. As they turned a harsh left going down. Seeing bloody clothes covering the bodies.
"It looks to be seven more great." Gabriel said with a somewhat sad look. Rubbing his temples. "You guys come in!" Gabriel called as seven people as they carried the lifeless bodies. Leaving only three barely alive people.
"Starlight: Mass Heal." Charles said as white light shot out and hit all three of them. Their faces regained some color.
"Thank you." Gabriel said with a small nod.
"Don't thank me, why did Niuhi not heal them?" Charles questioned and he was not happy.
"Niuhi was busy hunting down a large amount of prey. She brings about 7% of all the food." Gabriel answered looking at him with a somber look.
"Okay I will work to bring in that amount of food." Charles said with a small nod. As he pats Gabriel on the shoulder.
"But why?" Gabriel asked, looking at Charles with a small amount of shock.
"So Niuhi can teach Reverse Chaos Techniques." Charles said his voice said with little to no warmth. "I am no teacher, my abilities are unique to say the least." Charles said as he started to walk off. Gabriel was slowly following Charles.
"Where are we heading?" Gabriel asked. I could hear his voice behind me.
"To find Niuhi." Charles said with a serious I know someone is about to be chewed out. As they left the cave system and then started to climb the stairs made naturally.
"How made are you?" Gabriel asked as I heard a long sigh from Charles.
"I am not mad." Charles said in his monotone voice. Gabriel was not shocked.
"But you seem mad." Gabriel spoke with a small frown on his face. But it quickly disappeared. As they enter the higher cave system they then take another turn as they see a Niuhi changing.
"Nnnnnnnnnnn. Naaaa. Nakkk. Nake." Charles said his brain was short circuiting. Gabriel just seemed to faint. As Niuhi had a playful smile. As she fully got a shirt on leaving the completely blood soaked shirt.
"What do you want?" Niuhi asked, still being playful. Her toothy grin split her face.
"Well." Charles said, coughing into his hand. Trying to regain control over himself.
"Well what?" Niuhi asked playfully. "Does my brother need a good beating?" She questioned a blood lust having her eyes glowing with a beastal rage.
"I was hoping for you to train some of the others for Reverse Chaos Techniques." Charles said with a somewhat meek tone.
"But I need to hunt a large amount of prey." Niuhi said with a long sigh.
"I will be taking on that burden." Charles said with a single glare. Niuhi gulped and she seemed to nod at this as she rose to her full imposing height. With a single shared nod they both started to walk away. Gabriel slowly stood up.
"Okay it's about several Icicle Sloths, four Ice Elk and twenty Snow Elk." Niuhi called out. I could hear a smile on her voice.
