Chapter 387 - Üç Yüz Seksen Yedi

The voice was coming from the roof and seemed to crush the entire floor; when Nafız lifted her head, she saw a pair of eyes watching her from the railings of the third floor. The young man, who had fixed his eyes, the most prominent feature of his face framed by straight black hair extending from both sides of his face, on Nafız, let himself down with a slight movement.

A breath later he was on the ground; when his toe touched the hard stone, not even the slightest sound came out, not even an energy fluctuation occurred. It was just like the old man sliding down from the rock he sat on inside that cave, but Nafız didn't experience the feeling she had back then.

"Who gave you the audacity to speak the words Grand Council inside the External Council Library!"

When a full voice pounded the walls, half of the original crowd inside had already disappeared; those remaining were people minding their own business and were not affected by the young man's shouting. The young man, scanning his surroundings like an arrogant turkey, turned his route to Nafız after intimidating the others; they came nose to nose in two big steps.

"How are you, imitator?"

The man was really tall; although Nafız was tall enough not to be considered short, she barely reached this person's shoulders. The sleeves of his black robe had blood-red embroideries, and the number six was embroidered with the same color over his heart.

Nafız didn't answer; the blood daggers slowly emerging from her wristbands were speaking on her behalf. I guess this was the answer the other wanted too; blood-red energy wrapping around his arm like a snake starting from his fingertips began to grow on his two shoulders.

Those inside the library didn't remain indifferent to this situation either; all gazes turned to the duo about to clash a moment later.

"Columna de cobre, what a big surprise to see you here!"

The voice putting an end to the minutes where tension rose passed over the duo like a breeze, but the long-haired young man was not pleased with this at all. His face soured; the blood energy on his shoulders returned to his hands within a few breaths and disappeared as if it never existed.

"Espejo, I was going to say the same words for you; what wind blew you here!"

The young woman with red stripes passing through her coal-black curly hair came next to the duo in a breath; her eyes were on Columna de cobre.

"Stop acting like a child; this area is under my jurisdiction. Know your place; don't attempt to do more of your trick than necessary!"

The young woman who came later also had a black robe on her, but the only difference was that the number embroidered with blood-red color on her chest was four.

"This business is not over here, imitator; my eye will be on you!"

Columna de cobre turned his back and proceeded towards the opposite wall; when he waved his hand, a transparent door appeared among the stones, and the young man threw himself inside rapidly. After watching him, the two young girls remained silent for a while; then the curly-haired one broke this situation.

"A voice inside me says we will meet again; take care of yourself until then!"

The young girl with the number four shape embroidered on her chest waved her left hand, and a rift formed from the void; when she stepped inside and disappeared, the air of the library suddenly lightened.

"Columna de cobre, did he come for her!"

"I don't know at all, but a sane person stays away from the Outsider!"

"Oh don't mess with her; surely she will have to return!"

They stayed away from the young girl they didn't approach before because she didn't attract their interest, now because they were uneasy. Nafız was aware of what happened, but she remained nailed to where she was because she couldn't shake off the astonishment of her experiences.

"Where did these types come from now? Where is the Grand Council; what does External Council Library mean?"

Shaking her head, she let out a sharp breath; swinging her hand back openly, she started walking as if rebelling. The book lying on the ground was waiting for her; while its red bookmark called her to where she left off, Nafız sat cross-legged and started reading again.

"Divine Lineage Power"

Nafız's eyes shone! She survived a few dangers to come to where she wanted to read with pleasure, and it seems she was now at the peak in terms of enthusiasm.

"Bürküt granted the right to dominate others to only one person among the lineage powers he bestowed upon orcs. Among billions, only one person possessed the Lineage Power capable of leading his own kind, and his name would be the Orc Lord.

His power was unique; he was untouchable while on the piece of land called Orc Steppes. The lives of everyone on the land he ruled were between his two lips; he could take the lives of living beings just with his thought."

After reading the last line, Nafız took a break for a while to organize the thoughts coming to her mind; what was written explained Khan's power almost verbatim. Full dominance over the Orc Steppes and the ability to kill living beings in that area with his thought.

"So you learned all these things from these books huh Mora; having solid and deep roots is truly a great advantage!"

Her mind went back and forth to the two-year seclusion, and she lifted her head and scanned the surroundings. There was a mountain of difference between being raised in the tribe she was born in and being the child of parents with extraordinary abilities in a place with such resources.

Luck was certain for some things; was the number of people who could deny the fact that your floor determines your ceiling that small?

"I turned to arabesque again; I must disperse the dark clouds over my head and focus on finishing the book!"

Turning the page with her hand, Nafız couldn't prevent her eyes from widening after reading a few lines; the details she read were not in the previous book.

"Divine Lineage Power had the same mechanics as others regarding transfer. This situation caused the collapse of the empire founded together by Orcs and Druids."

"The Orc Lord hadn't transferred his powers to his son, the Orc Prince, although almost a millennium had passed; he was ruling the empire with an iron fist. One day when he was betrayed, the owner of the weapon piercing his heart was his son coming from his own blood; the Orc Prince killed his father to seize the Divine Lineage Power.

Although the event was something no one expected, the real unexpected thing was the Divine Lineage Power not passing to the murderer son. The Orc Prince, unable to get what he wanted, started a manhunt within his own people after becoming the Orc Lord using his influence.

According to his point of view, the Divine Lineage Power had passed to one among them, and to finish the job he started, he began killing everyone he suspected. This behavior continued as orcs with Normal Lineage Power killing those with Special Lineage Power. When no power was left to dominate everyone, the greedy and wild nature of orcs took them prisoner.

This was a destruction from within. Following Bürküt's transformation, the fall of the empire ruling for thousands of years began!"

Turning the last page, Nafız hurled the book aside furiously. The sound made by the thick book hitting the wall was also heard by those around. What they saw when they turned their heads to her was a pair of bloodshot eyes; one didn't need to be an expert to understand Nafız's nerves had jumped.

"You moron, you definitely did all this with the words of that guy next to you. Who are you? The person playing with all the balances of the world, who are you?"
