Chapter 315 - Üç Yüz On Beş

"Let me tell you, grandson; when I watched it last time, I wasn't much older than you either. My grandfather told me just like I am about to tell you now."

The old man's words created excitement around him; people immediately surrounded the duo and began to listen. The man stroking his beard was aware of what was happening; he took a breather and waited for everyone to be ready.

"My grandson, the fourth Sheikh of the Holy Blood Sect was above all people on the Hell Realm in terms of mental power. When he was in power, representatives of other powers were afraid to enter the sect's lands; it was said that someone caught in the sheikh's technique would remain a prisoner forever!"

The crowd let out a deep breath; the lands of the Holy Blood Sect were not such a small terrain, they couldn't even imagine someone ruling the entire area with just his mental power.

"That's the woman who created the formation called the Death Pit to increase the combat experience of the sect's students and ensure they are mentally ready for life-and-death situations!"

"Someone entering this formation consisting of six levels must either clear the floor they are in or be thrown out. If you clear it, you can proceed to the next level, but if you are thrown out, it won't be very good for you. Even if your body doesn't get injured directly, the destruction created by the experiences your mind goes through will undoubtedly ensure you get harmed!"

When the grandpa stopped to take a breather amidst his long speech, the grandson jumped forward to ask the question in his mind.

"Grandpa, will they open a pit in the square too?"

It wasn't strange for the child thinking with simple logic to say this; the name Death Pit made him say this.

"A pit won't be dug, grandson; six circles will be drawn around the formation disk placed in the middle. Everyone will enter the first circle first, and those who can pass will proceed to the next one!"

"So, what will happen if there is someone passing the last circle?"

The little boy was pressing on with all his innocence.

"You little brat, you insist on forcing your grandpa, but this time I am at ease because neither I, nor my grandfather, nor his grandfather has yet seen someone who came up to the last circle and cleared the entire floor!"

The old man completed his words by coughing drily a few times; he was proceeding towards the front following his grandson pulling him by the arm.

Meanwhile, preparations in the square were almost finished; just as the man said, six wide circles were drawn around the disk standing in the middle. Each section was separated from the other by blood stones.

"Participants can enter the area!"

The head supervisor shouted with his booming voice; then a hundred people entered inside the sixth circle with calm steps.

"I recommend you sit down; your consciousness won't be in place after the formation works!"

Half of the participants sat cross-legged after the warning, but others wanting to show their heroism stood up.

"Alis, what are you doing?"

Nafız looked to her left first; Jashua was standing upright like a mountain. When she turned to her right with a pleased expression, the only thing she saw was emptiness.

"He said sit, so I sat; why should I wait standing under the sun?"

The young man in white clothes had collapsed as soon as the supervisor finished his word.

"I will ask you later; just fall behind those losers once, see what happens!"

Nafız turned to her front making her warning; the man directing the test hadn't finished what he had to say.

"You have the right to rest for ten minutes after every level; if you fail, stay in your place without moving. Officials will take you and perform the necessary treatments."

"Those whose total score is below 10 won't be able to obtain the right to become a student of the Holy Blood Sect. Prepare yourselves accordingly!"

With these words, all of the hundred people calculated their scores; some among them had already earned the right to become students. Nafız smiled being aware of what was happening; the only worry of the clans was to take down their names from the top of the list.

"The first fifty in the ranking will win privileged residences, the first twenty entry permission to the special areas of the sect, the first ten the right to learn one of the secret techniques of the sect, the first three entry permission to the inner circle library along with all of these!"

A colossal exclamation of astonishment mixed into the air; the mouths of people just coming to their senses were wide open.

Atractivo, raising the level of the test, hadn't held back regarding the reward either. He was giving direct access permission to one of the most secret places to three new saplings who would join the sect.

"We must definitely win, I don't accept failure. You will do even better than your best!"

Bloody Star Antuan's eyes opened wide; his mouth followed immediately and didn't shut up for a second.

"Don't worry leader, we will burst the bubble of those fat cows!"

Scarface was adding fuel to the fire, pouring gallons of gasoline on the flame. Unlike them, calmness reigned in the other trio too.

"My lady, where should we stand?"

Jashua was aware of his own abilities and wondered what she would do to prevent others from discovering this.

"Jashua, Alis, since His Excellency Sheikh is coming so informally, then let's show whatever we have in hand. Let's make the traitor herd gathered there watch a good show, you can do whatever you want!"

Nora's long red hair had started waving in the windless air; the level of the test and the rewards were a challenge in themselves. As someone whose life turned into this, how could Nafız not call this bluff?

Her blood had started boiling, her hands itching already; she seemed to want the formation to start as soon as possible.

"Start the last of the Holy Blood Sect disciple acceptance tests!"

When the man with the booming voice shouted, the dark black crystal seated inside a giant blood stone rose emitting its lights. All blood stones on the ground were shining along with it too; the formation had taken a dazzling state.

"Wow, where was I just a moment ago, where am I now?"

Alis, sitting on the ground in his white clothes, had blinked his eye only once and now was in a completely different place. The entire area was covered with dense vegetation, vine shoots were as thick as an adult man's arms, and hundreds of chimpanzees on them were looking at him.

When he checked himself, he saw that his flashy clothes were gone and he was inside plain abayas made of linen; when he wanted to reach for his weapons, he would encounter the biggest surprise.

"My swords are not with me, what will we do now?"

Although Alis, walking back and forth thoughtfully scratching his head with his hand, was not aware, the number of creatures around him started to increase gradually. They were approaching towards him with small movements and tiny steps.

Alis's messy state had given them courage; one of them would make its move towards his head with the branch it grabbed from the ground. Seeing this, a few more creatures leaped forward; they wanted to strangle the young boy in a single breath.

Their plans were working, the stick was about to descend on his head, but suddenly the human in their target disappeared. Even the branch in the hand of the first one leaping wasn't in its place.

"This looks quite sturdy, let's see after breaking the heads of how many of you it will be shredded!"

Alis laughed showing his sharp teeth like pearls; this was an expression freezing the blood of even wild creatures.

The first circle of the Death Pit bore the name Planet of the Apes; all of the hundred participants were under the attack of chimpanzees surrounding them.

"Ha ha ha, you miserable creatures. Did you think you are stronger than me just because we are inside the forest?"

Antuan was fighting like everyone else too; his dress made of plain abaya was soaked with blood. He was killing the creatures coming onto him with his fists one by one; his one-hit kill streak hadn't been broken yet.

His teammate scarface was no different from him. With the help of his hand he used in the shape of a spear, he was disemboweling some, splitting some in two from the middle.

As for the technique of the only girl in their party, it was completely different; she was striking the finishing blow to the fatal points of the creatures with the help of her sharp-heeled shoe. She had a unique movement technique; her state was like a leaf falling from a branch drifting in the autumn wind.
