Chapter 192 - Yüz Doksan İki

After forming her team, Nafız asked the Council to create twelve tunnels opening to all directions; only they would exit from inside the shield, but the enemy didn't need to know this.

The moment the druids started advancing in teams as if scattering to all four sides, an air of panic started to blow in the siege armies as well. Such an event hadn't been seen before; Nafız and her team, advancing in the section where the Mercenaries were, could also observe this situation comfortably.

"I will surprise you even more; you found the garibs and are playing with them, but those days are left behind!"

When the female orc completely closed the hood of the robe she wore over her, her face wasn't visible; although the siege soldiers couldn't hear what she murmured, the druids advancing behind her had heard everything clearly.

In these moments when the fear in their hearts and the excitement wrapping their souls were struggling frantically, hearing these words would make them feel good.

"Don't do it, Nafız; the brats are getting pumped up! They will get themselves killed in the first clash!"

The two orcs were walking with the druids between them; seeing the children emboldened by his friend's grumbling, Alyon spoke jokingly while lightly patting the back of the man in front of him with his hand.

Unfortunately, the big orc didn't know his own strength; as soon as they received the blow, the young druids bumped into each other and collapsed to the ground.

"Look who's talking; you first learn not to make physical jokes on these, or they will just die without needing the enemy!"

Along with the chat continuing amidst laughter, Nafız and her team had started increasing their speed thoroughly; although they were advancing through a protected road as of the moment, this situation couldn't last forever.

"How many people are behind us?"

The female orc, advancing at a speed the druids could keep up with, had asked calmly to her friend following them from the back of the group.

"A team of ten people is following us!"

"Good, very good!"

When Nafız received the news, her eyes had lit up; while increasing her speed one level more, her impatience was evident from her every state.

She had asked the Council to extend the tunnel they were in specifically further than the others and to a desolate place; based on the information she obtained from the outpost, there would be only them and the ten people after them in the area they exited.

"Look how they are running!"

"Cowardly druids only know how to flee and beg!"

The only thing the team, remaining only in a tracking position with their hands tied, could do was to harass verbally; while continuing these old habits along the way, their eyes were searching for the exit of the tunnel separating them from their prey.

Just as they wouldn't know the saying "the hunter becomes the hunted," they also didn't know that there were two people within the team advancing through the protected road who had the same thoughts as them.

The relentless pursuit lasted half a day; after the journey ending in a small clearing remaining among dense trees, the two sides had come face to face.

When the soldiers holding the numerical advantage surrounded the group of five, the sweet dream of the massacre they would carry out had already settled before their eyes.

"Alyon, would you need help?"

Unlike them, the mood of the two orcs hadn't changed at all; while the hulking orc shook his head meaning no, he was taking out his large battle axe from his transport ring.

"I can't deal with you one by one; all of you come together!"

The gray-haired warrior, throwing his weapon that he slung over his shoulder between his two arms, mumbled the words in his mouth with a weary tone while stretching as if he just woke up from sleep.

The soldiers sharpened with the aim of shedding blood would go completely crazy after what they heard; when they started attacking in unison accompanied by curses, they were running onto Alyon as if crushing each other out of ambition.

"Warrior's Wrath!"

Alyon, using his inherited lineage power, had waited until all soldiers entered his sphere of influence; the only reason for his weary stance and insulting words was to pull them to this place in one go.

"Wow wow wow, would you do such cunning tricks?"

Nafız, looking at the soldiers turned into stone statues three steps away from the hulking orc, spoke by spreading her mouth in a tone slightly surprised but full of appreciation.

"I am too old to fight with such types; I thought our druid friends could do their business instead of me!"

Clean air, breathing plenty of oxygen amidst greenery had opened Alyon's mind; his speeches and the views he put forward were much more mature compared to before.

"If you want it, wouldn't it happen, Supreme Warrior of the Orcs!"

With the end of her words, the identity of the female orc throwing the robe she took off as if tearing it into a corner would cause the whites of the eyes of the petrified soldiers to appear; when they realized that they hit the jackpot among all those options, the last hope of salvation inside them had flown away like a bird.

"Yes, the handsomest men of the druid race to work!"

Three youths trying to digest the task dumped on them watched the weapons in the air fall in front of them now. Nafız had chosen equipment suitable for the druids' structures and characters for them to use while fighting; all they had to do would be to take and use them.

"Sir, what are these?"

Number One was left staring in astonishment; while words came out of his mouth involuntarily, his eyes were still on the two daggers standing in front of him.

"Will I tell that too?"

Receiving a question as an answer to his question, the frail-voiced druid couldn't find the courage in himself to open his mouth once more; when he bent down with difficulty and held the cold metals, he had already become a prisoner of the fear appearing inside him.

"Stop trembling; take your weapons immediately and start killing those filth!"

The hulking orc, to whose face his gray hair added a distinct maturity, had roared; one reason for this was the uneasiness of the druids, and the other was the energy he consumed every moment for the Warrior's Wrath.

"Okay, Alyon give me a period of a hundred breaths, will you?"

Seeing the direction things were going, Nafız understood she had to take charge of the situation; going next to the druids who had taken their weapons in fear, she brought them next to the people who were members of the Mercenaries.

"I will tell you a small event; I want to share what I saw just a few days ago, not much!"

"After entering the Wild Swamp continent, our path fell to an outpost; while Alyon was distracting the soldiers, I secretly infiltrated inside. Let what I cut and chopped be mine, a large windowless hut with four walls caught my eye; there was neither a sentry at its head nor a sign indicating there were important things inside!"

When Nafız started speaking, the druids began listening to her with all ears; what was told was as if a safe area for these youths who had to know the world only through stories for years.

"When I succumbed to my curiosity and entered inside, I would have to witness a savagery of a style I haven't seen in all my orc life; the outpost's soldiers were raping the druids they captured, trying torture methods beyond imagination!"

"No like that, lift your heads; I will tell you what I saw in all its details. I will tell about the soldiers raping a man laid on top of a dead woman, the poor man chained to the wall shouting 'my daughter, my daughter', the druids forced to eat their own filth!"

Nafız wasn't mincing her words; she was telling everything that happened while looking into the eyes of the young boys who had led a comfortable life inside the shield.

"Wait, these are nothing; the real savagery appeared when I took those who could breathe out of the hut. I am an orc, the number of people I killed with these hands you see exceeded hundreds of thousands, but I would see something there that would freeze even my blood!"

"Child, a tiny child incapable of defending himself had all four limbs cut off; so he wouldn't die immediately, so he would live with this pain, his wounds had been cauterized. Tell me now, while such torments are done to your race and all this suffering is seen as proper, what is this state of yours!"
