Chapter 31 - Chapter 31 The devil-like Qin Xiao

Anyone familiar with the Marvel movies knows that, compared to the comics, the Hulk's portrayal has been toned down countless times.

But one hidden aspect remains: the angrier you get, the stronger you become.

The gap between the minimum and maximum isn't huge, but it's significant enough.

In the system's improved Hulk serum, the maximum boost is capped at 30%—a truly terrifying figure.

Qin Xiao unleashed all his strength, smashing a terrorist's head into a makeshift explosive "watermelon."

His face was splattered with a gruesome mixture of blood and brains.

He casually wiped it off with his hand, as if wiping away sweat.

Then he grinned—a grotesque, almost demonic smile, revealing his stark white teeth.

"Prepare for hell, scum!"

The words foreshadowed the massacre that was about to unfold.

Most of the terrorists and townspeople had gathered in the town center.

Tony, in his armor, held the aerial advantage and saw the crowd below.

He flew straight into the thick of it.

Meanwhile, Qin Xiao began clearing the terrorists scattered through the streets and alleyways.

An SUV was parked in front of the town's only bar.

Three terrorists were unloading bottles of alcohol from inside.

The bar owner, a bearded middle-aged man, lay on the floor with a bullet hole in his forehead.

His wife clung desperately to one of the terrorists' legs, screaming in anger.

The terrorist hesitated, not immediately attacking her.

He shook his leg, but she didn't let go.

Then he raised the butt of his rifle and smashed it down on her head.

BANG!

Once.

BANG!

Twice.

Blood trickled from the corners of her mouth, yet she still gripped his leg, refusing to let go.

The terrorist grew impatient and aimed the gun, intending to shoot her.

"I'll f*** you, you bastard!"

The furious Chinese curse accompanied a sudden punch to his chest.

Qin Xiao didn't even draw his Tang Dao. His fist shattered the man's spine and crushed his chest in one blow.

SMACK!

Two more terrorists were carrying a barrel of liquor. One of them had a chunk of bloody entrails splattered across his face.

CRASH!

The barrel fell, spilling alcohol everywhere. The two hadn't yet reacted.

Qin Xiao crouched before them, watching as they struggled to maintain their grip.

He pushed with all his strength.

The two terrorists' heads collided violently, bones shattering, flesh and blood merging in a grotesque union.

Qin Xiao had smashed the two skulls together, leaving them a twisted, bloody mess.

They fell in an inverted "V" shape, like conjoined twins.

Amidst the carnage, the middle-aged woman on the floor remained motionless, blood at the corner of her mouth from the rifle blows.

She picked up a rifle, aimed at another terrorist, and Qin Xiao punched through his chest.

Rat-a-tat-tat!

Bullets filled with anger and hatred tore through the air. Most were deflected by recoil, but a few struck their targets squarely in the head.

The man's skull was obliterated.

Having vented his fury, the woman sat in stunned silence, staring at her husband's lifeless body.

Qin Xiao exhaled, saying nothing, then swept into the next street like a whirlwind.

From above, he looked like a greedy serpent, slashing through the entire town of Ukoda.

Every encounter with a terrorist was met with brutal physical force, leaving bodies shredded.

Though the town was small, Qin Xiao was terrifyingly efficient. In just ten to twenty minutes, he had cleared it entirely.

Meanwhile, in the town center, Tony had eliminated all the remaining terrorists and was trying to comfort the frightened townspeople.

At that moment, Qin Xiao slowly emerged from the corner of the street.

His clothing had transformed into a combat suit via the system, with not a drop of blood visible on it.

But his exposed face, head, neck, and hands were coated in a thick layer of blood, dirt, and flesh fragments—like a dark, viscous mud.

His hair dripped with sticky blood, and a broken bone dangled from a hapless victim.

He looked like a demon risen from hell.

Some frightened children and women screamed at the sight.

Qin Xiao stopped awkwardly, grinning—a smile more terrifying than a ghost's.

Showing his white teeth, he said to Tony:

"It's done. Their base should be nearby. Let's go again!"

Tony could see that Qin Xiao was even more unhinged than himself.

But now wasn't the time for psychological counseling. He nodded slightly and led the way out of the town, flying a few hundred meters ahead.

Boom!

The remaining terrorists somehow brought a tank onto the field.

Its fire hit Tony midair, but normal shells couldn't pierce his Iron Man armor.

Tony shook his head and prepared to fire an armor-piercing round from above.

Before he could, Qin Xiao leapt hundreds of meters and landed directly on the tank.

He bent down, thrusting his hand into the connection between the turret and the hull.

"AAAAAHHH!"

With a furious roar, Qin Xiao lifted the entire turret off the tank as if it weighed nothing.

The terrorists inside were stunned, and even Tony was briefly knocked off balance in midair.

Estimating the armor's thickness and strength, Qin Xiao opened the turret, tossing it aside, then grabbed the barrel with both hands and leapt off the tank again.

He swung the barrel like a massive, irregular hammer, aiming directly at the tank's hull.

BANG! BANG! BANG!
