Chapter 3 - Arrival at the Academy

Raziel lingered for a moment in the [Great Unknown], testing one last spell of fusion between space and time. Then, with a graceful chim, the Great system granted him the [Great Infinite Cloth].

[GREAT ONE, THIS CLOTH WILL ADAPT PERFECTLY TO YOUR FORM, AS YOU DESIRE. IT WILL PROTECT, ENHANCE, AND SHIELD YOUR BODY WHILE ALLOWING FULL FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT.]

The cloth shimmered into existence, flowing like liquid light. It wrapped around him perfectly, accentuating his immortal physique, and shifting subtly with his movements. Raziel flexed, testing it—it was perfect.

Satisfied, he activated the [World Map].

Instantly a holograph of the world appeared. Every detail shown and hidden in the world appeared in front of his eyes. He saw continents, buildings, people-he felt like a God observing his creation.

[GREAT ONE, THE ACADEMY IS LOCATED… HERE. TELEPORTATION WILL PLACE YOU AT THE CENTRAL ENTRANCE.]

A ripple of spatial distortion surrounded him. In the blink of an eye, Raziel exited the Great Unknown and materialized on a sun-drenched plateau, a magnificent vista stretching into the horizon.

The ACADEMY rose like a kingdom of legends. Towering spires of white stone and crystal stretched into the sky, their tips piercing clouds that glimmered with eternal sunlight. Palaces of gold and silver adorned the courtyards, interspersed with gardens that seemed drawn from paradise itself—waterfalls cascading into rivers that reflected the sky like molten mirrors.

Students of countless races mingled on the marble paths, their laughter and chatter weaving a tapestry of life. The architecture combined ancient and modern elements: sleek towers alongside vine-wrapped castles, cobblestone streets with motorcars gliding silently over them, and floating bridges connecting towers in impossible arcs.

[GREAT ONE, THE ACADEMY IS THE MOST prestigious institution in this world. Its foundation was laid centuries ago, following the Great Cataclysm, an event which reshaped the planet and fractured reality itself.]

[According to the Omni-Origin Codex, the Great Cataclysm had occurred roughly six centuries ago, when supreme families of humanity and extraordinary races clashed for control over the Tower and surrounding realms. The Tower rose from the shattered remnants of that conflict, a monument to infinite ambition and primal power.]

[THE TOWER EMERGED AS A CENTRAL HUB OF POWER. IT IS DIVIDED INTO LAYERS, EACH MORE DANGEROUS THAN THE LAST. THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 50 FLOORS. THE OUTER LAYER IS GUARDED BY TRIALS KNOWN AS THE OUTER GATES, MEANT TO TEST TRANSCENDERS BEFORE THEY ENTER THE INNER SANCTUMS.]

Rasiel's eyes scanned the crowd. Every student seemed radiant with potential, though all were fledglings—their power levels capped at Level 10, standard for first-year entrants. Around them, the weakest beings in the world existed at small-building levels, while legends of planetary rank occasionally passed through the skies, causing whispers among mortals below.

The system quietly whispered to Raziel.

[GREAT ONE, YOU HAVE ENTERED A WORLD OF DIVERSITY. COUNTLESS RACES WALK THIS LAND: ELVES, DRACONIC BEINGS, GIANTS, INFERNALS, AND VAMPIRES, TO NAME A FEW. EACH RACE HAS UNIQUE ABILITIES AND HERITAGE. YOU WILL SEE HOW THEY INTERACT AS STUDENTS IN THE ACADEMY.]

Raziel wandered the courtyards, observing the hustle and bustle. Merchants hawked artifacts from distant worlds, professors debated with apprentices, and students from various species practiced their powers casually.

It was then that [The Great Nature of the Unknown] stirred subtly within him.

[GREAT ONE, YOUR PRESENCE IS NOW INFLUENCING ALL NEARBY ENTITIES. YOUR BEAUTY, CHARISMA, AND AURA HAVE BECOME IRRESISTIBLE, DRAWING ATTENTION WITHOUT YOUR INTENTION.]Some stopped their conversations, their mouths wide open unable to speak. Heads turned, eyes wide with awe. Whispers filled the air:

"Who… is that?"

"Is he… even real?"

"His presence… it's overwhelming."

Raziel's black-red eyes surveyed the scene with detached amusement. He made no effort to approach anyone, yet every being felt the pull of his aura, charm, and absolute perfection.

From a high balcony, a figure emerged—the headmaster, draped in robes that shimmered with arcane symbols older than the city itself. His voice echoed, amplified magically to every student.

"Welcome, students. Here at the ACADEMY, you will learn to master your abilities, overcome challenges, and ascend through the Outer Gates. Your journey begins now, and your trials will define the future of this world."

The students murmured with excitement.

The system whispered softly in Raziel's mind:

[GREAT ONE, THIS INFORMATION IS FOR YOUR KNOWLEDGE. THE HEADMASTER AND PROFESSORS WILL DIRECT STUDENTS REGARDING TRIALS. YOU MAY OBSERVE WITHOUT ENGAGEMENT. THE OUTER GATE WILL REQUIRE COMBAT, STRATEGY, AND TESTING OF YOUR AFFINITIES.]

Raziel's attention wandered again to the city surrounding the Academy. The urban landscape was a blend of antiquity and modernity: sleek streets intersected with cobblestone avenues, vintage cars glided alongside magically hovering vehicles, and towers of crystalline light rose above centuries-old fortresses. Supreme families still held influence, but their power was checked by the ACADEMY and the Tower, which monitored the world from its central layers.

[THE OMNI-ORIGIN CODEX INDICATES THAT THE WORLD CONSISTS OF MULTIPLE POWER TIERS. THE LOWEST MORTALS MAY NOT SURPASS SMALL BUILDING LEVEL. FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS ARE LEVEL 10.]

Raziel walked slowly, taking in the architecture, the students, and the gardens, his senses expanded by the [Great Nature of the Unknown]. Even without speaking, every entity nearby registered his [absolute perfection and otherworldly presence], their gazes unconsciously following him as he wandered through the Academy.

He glanced down at the [World Map], plotting his route toward the outer gate. Soon, he would begin the first test of the Academy, but for now, he simply absorbed the world, the diverse races, the power hierarchies, and the immense history of the Tower.

[GREAT ONE, THE OUTER GATE IS THE FIRST TRIAL. YOU WILL BE TESTING YOUR COMBAT, MAGIC, AND AFFINITY MANAGEMENT AGAINST CHALLENGES THAT WILL SCALE WITH YOUR POTENTIAL. OBSERVE AND PREPARE.]

Raziel's lips curved into a small, confident smile. This world… its rules, its people, its trials… were nothing to him.

Everything here would be perfect for experimentation.

And he intended to experience it all.

Raziel activated the [World Map] one final time. The Outer Gate shimmered, a vortex of faint light and arcane energy. With a thought, he teleported forward, the fabric of space folding seamlessly around him.

He landed in a vast cavernous hall, illuminated by glowing crystals embedded in jagged walls. The air was thick with mist, the ground uneven and strewn with debris.

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION — DUNGEON DETECTED]

[Name: Outer Gate – Abyssal Hall]

[Rank: B+]

[Environment: Subterranean cavern, glowing crystals, mist-filled air, jagged stone platforms.]

[Monsters: Goblins, Dire Wolves, Orcs, Orc Warrior (Boss)]

[Estimated Threat Level: Moderate for first-year entrants, trivial for Great One

Raziel's black-red eyes scanned the hall, noting the monsters lurking in the shadows.]

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION — MONSTERS DETECTED: GOBLINS, DIRE WOLVES, ORCS]

The goblins leapt forward, shrieking, crude daggers in hand. Dire wolves snarled, their claws tearing the air. Orcs bellowed from the cavern entrance, brandishing massive axes.

Raziel's lips curved into a faint smile. [Infinite Mana], [Infinite Stamina], [No Cooldowns], [Infinite Battle Experience]… all perks activated automatically. His body radiated the aura of [GREAT INFINITE AEGIS: SINGULARITY OF ABSOLUTE EXISTENCE, DEFIANCE AND LONGEVITY], layers upon layers of defence making him untouchable.

[DEFENSE: ∞ DUE TO GREAT INFINITE AEGIS. NOTHING CAN HARM YOU, BUT YOU CAN HARM THEM.]

He moved fluidly, every motion perfected through centuries of battle experience. His sword shimmered in his hand.

[GREAT INFINITE PRIMORDIAL ADAPTATION ACTIVE — ADAPTATION TO ALL THREATS INSTANTANEOUS]

A goblin darted toward him with a crude blade. Raziel sidestepped effortlessly, absorbing the trajectory, weight, and style in an instant, his body already predicting its next move.

Raziel leapt into the center of the hall, summoning elements simultaneously:

Blood twisted in the air like threads of crimson steel, striking goblins before they could swing.

Time slowed locally, allowing him to evade wolf attacks with perfect precision.

Void fractures appeared beneath their feet, swallowing the claws of the wolves before they landed.

Pressure surged in a cone, crushing goblins' formations without breaking a sweat.

Space manipulated subtly, projecting multiple afterimages to confuse the remaining creatures.

Each strike was calculated, elegant, a dance of lethal precision.

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION — MONSTERS KILLED: GOBLINS x12, DIRE WOLVES x6]

Raziel activated [The Great True Primordial Eater:]

[ABSORB · SYNTHESIZE · ASSIMILATE · EXTRACT ANYTHING YOU KILL, SEE, KNOW, OR DO NOT KNOW]

The goblins' crude weapons dissolved into energy, their stats and memories flowing into him. Skills they had learned—rudimentary, but notable—were integrated seamlessly.[you have obtained a broken dagger], [item will be stored in the inventory], [you have obtained the memories of the goblins]

The Orcs charged, axes gleaming in the crystal light. Raziel drew the Divider for the first time. The blade split reality itself along its edges, creating planes that separated attacks from him.

Orcs' axes clashed against the Divider—slices vanished into nullified planes. He countered with fusion techniques, combining Swordsmanship, Blood, Void, and Pressure, cutting through multiple Orcs simultaneously.

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION — MONSTERS KILLED: ORCS x8]

The Orc Warrior Boss stepped forward, massive and imposing, adorned in jagged armor. His aura radiated raw power, enough to challenge multiple first-year entrants combined.

Raziel adjusted his stance, letting the [Fusion of the Infinite Squared Multiplier] activate.

[SKILL ACQUIRED: LETHAL STRIKE — INSTANTLY ELEVATED TO INFINITE ATTACK POWER. DAMAGE SQUARED TWICE EACH HIT, STACKING INFINITELY.]

The Orc Warrior swung his massive axe. Raziel's infinite defense layered across innumerable planes of protection, nullifying the impact entirely. Then, with a single fluid motion, he struck with the Divider:

The blade cut through armor, splitting the weapon in half across multiple planes. Blood, stats, memories, and skills from the Orc Warrior flowed into him. Raziel's body shimmered as infinite attack stacked exponentially, the strike multiplying its effect instantly across the dimensions of the hall.

The Orc Warrior staggered, stunned as his power flowed into every strike, then dissolved into nothingness, absorbed completely.

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION — MONSTER KILLED: ORC WARRIOR BOSS]

[+2 Strength], [+3 perception], [+2 Speed].

Observing from Afar

In the shadows, the Headmaster and Supreme Absolute Families watched, astonished. Students murmured, pointing at the figure moving through the dungeon.

"Who… is that?!"

"His presence… it's overwhelming!"

Even the Headmaster's aura flickered as he attempted to scan Raziel, but the [Great Nature of the Unknown] subtly blocked intrusion, keeping the watchers at bay. Raziel's charisma and perfection were irresistible, and every gaze seemed to linger longer than natural.

[Dungeon Environment]

[The Abyssal Hall]:

[Rank: B+]

[Layout: Expansive cavern with multiple levels of jagged platforms, stalactites hanging like daggers.]

[Hazards: Mist obscuring vision, crystal shards projecting light that distorted space.]

[Monster Variety: Goblins and Dire Wolves as minor threats, Orcs as mid-tier, Orc Warrior as boss.]

[Battle Dynamics: Verticality of the cavern allowed Raziel to manipulate gravity, space, and time, combining sword strikes with elemental attacks to perfection.]

After the battle, Raziel floated to the center of the hall, absorbing the last remnants of the monsters' essence. His aura pulsed, infinite attack, defense, and adaptation flowing seamlessly.

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION — DUNGEON CLEAR: OUTER GATE ACHIEVED]

Raziel's black-red eyes gleamed. "This… was far too easy."

He glanced at the system: [Omni-Origin Codex] had recorded every monster, every environment hazard, and even his combat improvisations. His mind processed the data instantly.

Around him, whispers and stunned stares filled the Abyssal Hall. Even the Supreme Families widened their eyes a little in disbelief, realizing that Raziel was unlike anything they had ever seen.

The first Outer Gate trial had barely begun.

After the Orc Warrior fell, Raziel paused midair, the cavern echoing with the distant wails of defeated creatures. Crystalline shards from the walls reflected his silver-white hair and black-red eyes, creating infinite patterns of light across the Abyssal Hall.

Raziel smirked, feeling the power surge within him. Every attack, every dodge, every absorbed skill made him sharper, faster, stronger.

[Second Wave — Abyssal Hall Ambush]

The cavern trembled as a second wave of monsters appeared. Goblins swarmed from above, wolves leapt from jagged cliffs, and two Orcs wielding enormous double-axes charged from either side.

Raziel's Swordsmanship and Lethal Strike flowed together perfectly. He activated elements simultaneously:

Blood: Crimson threads shredded the Orcs' axes before impact.

Time: Localized time bubbles slowed goblins mid-leap.

Void: Opened portals beneath wolves, sending them into harmless dimensional folds.

Space: Multiplying afterimages of Raziel moved ahead of attacks, striking preemptively.

Pressure: Pushed enemies off cliffs, crushing their formations with invisible force.

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION — MONSTERS KILLED: Goblins x15, Dire Wolves x7, Orcs x2]

[STAT INCREASE: Strength +1, Speed +2, Perception +2, Intelligence +2]

With each strike, the [Great True Primordial Eater] activated:

[ABSORB · SYNTHESIZE · ASSIMILATE · EXTRACT ANYTHING YOU KILL, SEE, KNOW, OR DO NOT KNOW]

Raziel absorbed all equipment, stats, memories, and techniques. The Orcs' dual-axe mastery integrated seamlessly into his Infinite Swordsmanship, while the wolves' reflexes enhanced his perception further.

[Boss — Abyssal Orc Warlord]

Suddenly, the cavern's shadows twisted into a massive form. The [Abyssal Orc Warlord, rank B+], stepped forward:

[Height: 4.5 meters]

[Armor: Jagged black iron plates, engraved with runes]

[Weapon: Gargantuan curved axe, pulsing with energy]

[Aura: Radiated raw destructive force, enough to pulverize stone platforms

Rasiel's eyes gleamed]. "Time to test the Divider fully."

He activated [The Divider] and [Fusion of the Infinite Squared Multiplier], combining every element at once. The Warlord swung its massive axe. Raziel's [DEFENSE: ∞] layered across infinite planes of protection. The attack shattered harmlessly into nullified space.

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION — DEFENSE SUCCESSFUL: GREAT INFINITE AEGIS ACTIVE]

Raziel struck with the Divider, cleaving the Warlord's weapon across multiple dimensions simultaneously. Pressure and void combined, crushing armor and splitting attacks pre-emptively. Blood sliced through the Warlord's veins remotely, weakening him internally. Time slowed locally, allowing Raziel to anticipate every move. Space created dozens of afterimages, striking from unpredictable angles. Pressure shattered the platform beneath the Warlord, sending shockwaves.

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION — MONSTER KILLED: Abyssal Orc Warlord]

[NEW SKILL ACQUIRED: ORC WARLORD'S BATTLE INTUITION]

[LEVEL UP: 12 → 13]

Raziel's infinite attack stacked exponentially with every strike, the Fusion of the Infinite Squared Multiplier making damage accumulate faster than the eye could follow. The cavern quaked violently with each blow, crystals shattering and light warping as he moved.

The Headmaster and Supreme Families observed from above, their faces a mixture of awe and disbelief. Even students on the lower platforms froze mid-action, captivated by Raziel's effortless mastery.

[GREAT ONE, YOUR COMBAT HAS BEEN RECORDED IN THE OMNI-ORIGIN CODEX. EVERY TECHNIQUE, EVERY ELEMENT, EVERY STRATEGY IS LOGGED FOR FUTURE USE.]

Raziel's black-red eyes swept across the ruined cavern. Every foe, every environmental hazard, every angle of attack… had been accounted for, tested, and mastered.

He exhaled softly, a small smile curving his lips.

"This… is will be my sandbox."
