Chapter 127 - Chapter 125: Suppressing the Nine-Tails!

As Kushina was gradually eroded by the Nine-Tails' chakra, the red torii gates within her sealing space trembled violently. These gates, which had long served as the primary restraints suppressing the beast's power, began to crack under the immense pressure. Within moments, they shattered completely.

Freed from its restraints, the Nine-Tailed Fox slowly rose to its full height.

For a brief instant, even it seemed surprised.

It had never expected Kushina—who had always feared and resisted its power—to willingly accept its chakra. Because of the seal, influencing her had always been difficult. Only when her emotions spiraled out of control could it exert the faintest influence over her body. Even then, that influence was weak and temporary, quickly suppressed by Konoha's ninja.

But today was different.

"Resent it. Destroy it. Tear Konoha apart!"

Its thunderous voice echoed endlessly through the sealing space.

Kushina, now directly immersed in the Nine-Tails' chakra, had her consciousness swallowed whole. With her resistance gone, the beast's power surged forth unhindered.

In the current era—without Hashirama Senju or Madara Uchiha—the Nine-Tails feared no one.

This time, it would overturn Konoha completely.

Chaos in the Senju Clan Compound

In the real world, the Anbu squad assigned to monitor Kushina had already arrived.

They stared in horror at the sight before them.

Kushina's entire body was cloaked in violent red chakra. Three enormous chakra tails swayed behind her, smashing into the ground and cracking the earth beneath her feet.

"Kushina! Calm down!" the Anbu captain shouted urgently.

There was no response.

Her eyes had lost all clarity. She could no longer hear them.

Suddenly, one of the chakra tails lashed out toward the captain with terrifying speed.

Even a single tail carried devastating force. An ordinary ninja would have been killed instantly.

But the captain was a Jonin. He vanished in a flash, narrowly avoiding the strike with the Body Flicker Technique. Even so, his heart sank.

A fourth tail was beginning to form.

"Barrier team—now!" he ordered.

The Anbu scattered around Kushina, forming hand seals in perfect synchronization. A green barrier rose around her, sealing her within.

This method had worked in the past. Whenever Kushina's emotions destabilized the seal, they would restrain her first and calm her afterward.

"Good… we've contained her," one Anbu murmured.

Then came the sound of shattering glass.

The barrier cracked.

In her Four-Tails state, Kushina unleashed a surge of power that shattered the combined barrier technique in an instant.

The Anbu stared in disbelief.

"With just four tails… she's this strong?"

"If this is only partial transformation, how terrifying is the complete Nine-Tails?"

Fear crept into their hearts.

Yet none of them fled.

They stood within the Senju Clan Compound. If the Nine-Tails escaped, the entire village would be in danger.

"No matter what, we can't let it leave this place!" the captain declared.

They charged.

It was like throwing eggs at a mountain.

In the original history, Naruto in his Four-Tails state had fought Orochimaru—one of Konoha's Legendary Sannin—even with only half of the Nine-Tails sealed within him. Kushina, however, contained the complete Nine-Tails.

Her Four-Tails form was far stronger.

Within seconds, the Anbu were thrown back, gravely injured.

Ignoring them, the Nine-Tails began forming a Tailed Beast Bomb.

Its target: Konoha.

Compared to the few insects before it, the village itself was the object of its hatred.

The compressed sphere of black and red chakra shot forward.

Boom!

The explosion devastated the compound. Buildings collapsed into rubble. A shockwave flattened everything in its path.

And this was merely a casual attack.

If it reached full power, Konoha would not survive.

Despair settled over the battlefield.

Aomizu Arrives

"Leave this to me. Fall back."

A calm voice cut through the smoke.

A tall figure with blue hair and sunglasses stepped forward.

It was Aomizu.

The Anbu nearly collapsed in relief.

"Lord Aomizu!"

He had finished grading exam papers earlier and decided to visit Kushina. That small decision had brought him here at exactly the right moment.

A purple barrier rose around the compound.

"The Four Violet Flames Formation…" the Anbu captain breathed.

Ordinarily, the technique required four Jonin working in unison.

Aomizu had created four Shadow Clones.

Alone, he established the formation.

Outside the barrier, Hiruzen Sarutobi arrived with reinforcements, having sensed the Nine-Tails' chakra even from the Hokage's office.

"Aomizu, what's happening?" Hiruzen called.

"It's under control. My main body is inside. No casualties so far," a Shadow Clone replied calmly.

Hiruzen nodded, trusting him.

After all, Aomizu had once defeated the Seven-Tails alone.

The Battle Within the Barrier

Inside the Four Violet Flames Formation, Aomizu faced the raging Nine-Tails directly.

"I planned to spend a peaceful day with you," he sighed lightly, looking at Kushina's distorted form. "You really chose a dramatic way to greet me."

For a fleeting moment, Kushina's expression wavered.

Then the Nine-Tails roared and launched another Tailed Beast Bomb.

Aomizu formed a single-handed seal.

"Fire Release: Great Flame Bullet!"

A massive fireball collided with the Tailed Beast Bomb midair.

The explosion tore the ground apart.

Without pause, Aomizu formed another seal.

"Water Release: Six Water Dragon Bullets!"

Six colossal water dragons surged forward, crashing into the Nine-Tails.

The watching Anbu were stunned.

Single-handed seals? Ninjutsu of this scale?

Yet the Nine-Tails endured it, its massive body barely shaken.

The two clashed head-on.

Shockwaves rippled across the battlefield. The earth split. The barrier trembled.

Aomizu showed no signs of retreat.

"As expected of the strongest tailed beast," he muttered.

He raised his hand.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu."

Hundreds of clones appeared simultaneously.

Each one formed a Great Ball Rasengan.

They charged.

The Nine-Tails swatted many away, but more followed.

Boom. Boom. Boom.

Explosions echoed continuously as Rasengan after Rasengan struck its body.

The ground shook violently. Dust filled the air, obscuring vision entirely.

The Sealing

Within the smoke, Aomizu acted.

With swift precision, he activated a sealing technique, drawing out the violent Nine-Tails chakra that had overflowed from Kushina's body.

The chakra condensed into a scroll.

Aomizu's mastery of sealing arts—refined through study under Mito Uzumaki—made the process smooth and efficient.

The red chakra cloak dissipated.

The tails vanished.

Kushina collapsed forward.

Aomizu caught her.

Her face was pale. Her breathing weak.

"I'm sorry…" she whispered immediately. "I almost caused a disaster."

He looked at her quietly.

"You're not alone in this," he said gently. "And next time, if you want to challenge a tailed beast, at least invite me first."

A faint smile touched her lips.

Outside, the barrier faded.

The Anbu and Hiruzen entered cautiously.

The devastation within the compound was severe—but contained.

No lives had been lost.

Hiruzen studied Aomizu silently.

Using Shadow Clones to maintain the Four Violet Flames Formation. Clashing head-on with the Nine-Tails. Executing high-level sealing techniques under battlefield pressure.

His strength had already surpassed conventional Jonin standards.

Perhaps even Kage-level.

Konoha had narrowly avoided catastrophe.

And at the center of it stood Aomizu.

Holding Kushina carefully in his arms, he glanced at the ruined compound.

"Well," he said lightly, "looks like I'll be helping with reconstruction too."

But beneath the casual tone, his eyes were serious.

The Nine-Tails had grown restless.

And next time, things might not be resolved so easily.

For now, however, the village was safe.

And the storm had passed.
