Chapter 110: Declaration of War
A cold voice suddenly rang out. It came from all directions. Everyone present was stunned and looked around in shock.
Then, everyone saw a figure suddenly appear in front of Terumi Mei. That figure had blond hair and a Konoha rogue headband on his forehead. He was the subject of their discussion at the Five Kage Summit—the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, Uzumaki Naruto.
After appearing, Naruto protected Terumi Mei behind him and looked coldly at everyone in the room.
Seeing Naruto in front of her, Terumi Mei was both happy and worried. She parted her lips slightly and said softly:
"Naruto..."
Hearing her voice behind him, Naruto turned his head and smiled lightly, signaling Terumi Mei to relax and leave it to him.
Seeing Uzumaki Naruto appear, the Kage of the major villages narrowed their eyes and examined him carefully.
Danzo's gloomy eyes grew even darker. His expression shifted constantly. He clearly hadn't expected Naruto to dare come to Konoha or appear at the Five Kage Summit.
"Uzumaki Naruto." The Third Tsuchikage Onoki frowned, looked at him, and slowly said his name.
Naruto cast his cold gaze on everyone. Hearing Onoki's words, he said lightly:
"That's me."
"I didn't expect you to dare come to the Five Kage Summit. Don't you know what this summit is about?" Onoki shouted threateningly.
Hearing this, Naruto wasn't afraid at all. Instead, he smiled lightly and said slowly:
"Why couldn't I come? The four Kage who were just ganging up on a woman—do you really think you can scare me?"
"What did you say?" Hearing Naruto's mockery, the Fourth Raikage couldn't help standing up angrily. He slammed the table.
The entire conference table shook violently, almost breaking under his fist.
Naruto looked at him without backing down. His eyes were full of coldness as he repeated:
"I said—you're a bunch of people who gang up on women. Don't make me laugh."
"Uzumaki Naruto! You're just a Konoha rogue ninja. What right do you have to speak to us like that?" The Third Tsuchikage also stood up, floating in the air as he looked angrily at Naruto.
Naruto glanced at him lightly and continued:
"What right? Didn't you hear me just now? As an enemy of the ninja world."
Hearing Naruto's words, everyone was stunned. They looked at him in astonishment.
The Tsuchikage Onoki couldn't help shouting in surprise:
"You dare become an enemy of our four great powers?"
Naruto sneered. He looked at Onoki with contempt and said lightly:
"Why wouldn't I dare?"
"So what if I'm an enemy of the ninja world?"
"So what if I'm an enemy of the four great powers?"
"Since you're so determined to make me one, then I, Uzumaki Naruto, don't mind being your enemy right here."
Naruto had already seen everything that had happened. He had seen the greed of the four great villages coveting the Nine-Tails' power. He had seen Terumi Mei stand alone to protect him. He had also seen the hopelessness of this ninja world.
Since the ninja world treated him unfairly and the four great villages saw him as a public enemy, then Naruto didn't mind becoming an enemy of the whole world. He would completely overthrow this ninja world. He would make it start over from now on.
Naruto's words echoed through the conference room. Everyone's eyes went wide in astonishment. They looked at Naruto in disbelief.

"Who!"
Following the Fourth Raikage's roar, everyone saw the space above the conference room suddenly twist. A man wearing a black robe with red clouds and an orange mask slowly appeared in everyone's view.
The man stood on a beam and looked down at everyone with contempt. A pair of red Sharingan slowly opened, looking very strange.
Seeing this masked man—especially his black robe with red clouds—those who had dealt with the Akatsuki recognized him at once.
Onoki even entered a fighting stance. He squinted, stared at the masked man, and slowly revealed his identity:
"The Akatsuki."
Hearing Onoki's words, the masked man laughed a few times and said:
"I didn't expect everyone to remember the Akatsuki's name so quickly. That truly honors me."
The Fourth Raikage snorted coldly, cut off the masked man's speech, and demanded:
"What are the Akatsuki doing here? Don't you know we're holding this Five Kage Summit to deal with your organization?"
The masked man wasn't angered by the Raikage's words at all. Instead, he smiled lightly, narrowed his eyes, and stared at everyone. His red Sharingan spun as he said in a low voice:
"Of course I know. You're all here to discuss getting rid of the Akatsuki together."
"I came here for that very reason."
"First, let me introduce myself. You've all heard my name before."
As he spoke, the masked man stood on the roof, looking down at the Kage below. His red Sharingan spun slowly, shining with a strange, bloody light. Then he took a deep breath and announced indifferently and proudly:
"I, Uchiha Madara, hereby declare that the Akatsuki will launch the Fourth Great Ninja War against the five great villages."
