Chapter 82: Brothers
Uchiha Itachi and Hoshigaki Kisame slowly approached.
The two walked up to Kakashi and the others.
Then, Kisame lowered his thick Samehada sword, looked at Kakashi and the others arrogantly, and said provocatively:
"Hey, isn't this Konoha's Copy Ninja, Hatake Kakashi? What—you're not running away seeing us? You want to fight?"
The provocation in Hoshigaki Kisame's words was clear.
It seemed that Kakashi's famous name wasn't worth mentioning in Kisame's eyes.
Kisame also seemed ready to take down Kakashi at any moment.

"What exactly are you doing here in Konoha?" Kakashi frowned and shouted.
Hoshigaki Kisame glanced at Kakashi provocatively, laughed a few times, then turned his head to look at Naruto, who was watching indifferently. He raised Samehada, pointed it at Naruto, and said:
"What are we doing? We're here to capture your Leaf's Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, of course."
"Your Konoha is this destroyed now. You don't have time to manage the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki anyway. Why don't we take care of him for you?"
Everyone was startled when they heard Kisame's words.
They hadn't expected that Kisame and Uchiha Itachi's target was Naruto.

Seeing Uchiha Itachi's calm reaction—as if he were looking at a stranger—made Sasuke even angrier.
He could barely stop himself from rushing forward to kill Itachi immediately.
It was no wonder Sasuke was so excited and angry.
Because Uchiha Itachi was his older brother.
But he was also the man who had killed their father.
It was Uchiha Itachi who had brutally murdered the entire Uchiha clan many years ago. Including their parents.
It was Uchiha Itachi who had made him bear the weight of a blood feud and set him on the path of revenge.
All this time, he had wanted to see Itachi again.
All this time, he had wanted to kill this man—to complete his revenge.
That, too, was one of Sasuke's greatest desires.
Sasuke glared at Itachi wildly.
On the other hand, after hearing Sasuke's roar, Hoshigaki Kisame was startled when he saw Sasuke's scarlet Sharingan, as if he remembered something.
Immediately, Kisame showed an expression of great interest and said to Uchiha Itachi beside him:
"Itachi, this is your younger brother—Uchiha Sasuke."
Itachi nodded calmly.

Hearing Itachi's contemptuous words, Sasuke felt infinite rage. He gritted his teeth, glared at Itachi, and roared:
"Bastard! Itachi, what nonsense are you talking about?"
"All these years, I've been getting stronger. All this time, I've wanted to kill you! Today, I'll avenge my parents and my clan!"
After speaking, Sasuke tried to rush forward. He wanted to fight Itachi right then and there.
But before he could make a move, Kakashi quickly stopped him.
"Stop it, Sasuke! You're no match for him right now!"
Sasuke couldn't listen to Kakashi's words at all. He still gritted his teeth and roared.
It wasn't until Naruto stepped forward and said something to Sasuke quietly that Sasuke finally calmed down. He clenched his fists and gritted his teeth, stopping himself from acting impulsively.
Seeing that Sasuke could listen to Naruto's words, Uchiha Itachi glanced at Naruto with slight surprise.
But soon, his indifferent eyes were back on Sasuke. He shook his head and said mockingly:
"Sasuke—your teacher Kakashi is right. Right now, you're too weak."
"Your strength is far too weak. Even though you've surpassed the genin of your age, it's nowhere near enough. If you want revenge—if you want to kill me—then keep getting stronger. Don't stop until you can stand before me."
"My foolish little brother... just keep living in the pain of your powerless revenge."
After speaking, Uchiha Itachi's scarlet Sharingan—its three tomoe suddenly spun.
A massive burst of pupil power exploded outward.
It looked like Uchiha Itachi was about to cast a genjutsu on Sasuke.
Kakashi was startled—caught off guard. He had no time to help Sasuke resist.
