"mom is not replying for three days"
"that's true, she is probably busy, right?" I said with a worried tone.
"Probably" he said and for days we waited for a reply back but no answer, that's when we decided to visit mom's place and flew by plane to visit mom.
Arriving at her place was empty and dusty, what was going on? did mom lied to us?
"your mom is faking her address to hide something"
"that is a guess" I said and we proceeded to find out more.
We wen to the pharmacy and they said she was not there, just as we were about to lose some clues, a man approached us and offered to help us find our mom once he find out our connections. I held on brother's sleeve, something wrong is going on.
As jiwoo and I noticed the desserted place full of sands, we both knew, something is definitely wrong.
Suddenly the man attacked us with a syringe and we dodged it. I used my telekinesis and pushed the man out the car. The car stopped and the man faced and finds out that we are awakened ones.
"you are awakened ones aren't you?"
"y/n stay back, I'll handle this"
Jiwoo fought off the rest of the guards until it was the man left as he fought with jiwoo. He then put something on his neck to make him more powerful and fought with jiwoo again with the new power.
I stopped myself from fighting because it was my brother's fight but I felt useless when he suddenly screamed at me.
"Go find mom!"
"right!"
I then flew using my telekinesis and find a a building. Landing there the guards try to stop me but I summoned my staff and knocked them unconscious and left the other one to tell them I am here to find my mom.
Jiwoo arrived and we both sat at the room and purple haired woman came in and brought us to mom. Instead of relief, mom looked us with worried faces.
"I'm sorry I put both of you in this trouble" mom said when the purple haired laugh at us and told us she was gonna us mom and us for experiment.
Which made jiwoo and I furious. I punched the woman and made her fly to the wall. Brother handle the rest and beat up the woman with one punch. I stopped the guards from the bullets using telekinesis and we all left, flying home.
When we arrived home, we found sir kartien but not sir kayden. I asked permission and sir kartien nodded and I proceeded to heal mom with a small amount and sir kartien did the rest, I became somehow of help. Later, sir kayden appeared and asked us about our and mom's condition.
We told everting what had happened and mom suddenly woke up and told us about forced awakening and the reason when was working is secret from us.
And the rest was time with mom as we trust her with the decision of staying to help other kids like us.
