Chapter 37 - Our Forbidden Secret (2)

Kazien's sapphire-blue eyes widened in surprise. His body tensed momentarily. However, he didn't resist. He didn't push his brother away. Instead, he closed his eyes, allowing himself to melt into the warmth and intimacy of the forbidden kiss. It was a kiss of farewell, a kiss of confession, and a kiss of affection that surpassed all definitions of blood relation.

When their lips parted, Davin looked at his brother, whose face was now flushed deep red, even behind his ears. Panic and guilt mixed in Davin's chest. I shouldn't have... I lost control.

"You really are the worst brother! You stole my first kiss!" Kazien exclaimed, his voice a strange mix of frustration, embarrassment, and a hint of relief.

"I... I'm sorry," Davin said, his voice full of genuine remorse, lowering his gaze. "I didn't mean to—please, don't be awkward about this."

Thump!

Kazien lunged forward, hugging Davin's neck tightly, causing the water in the bathtub to surge violently and spill onto the floor. "I love you so much, you fool! How could I be awkward with you just because of one kiss?"

Davin's relief was palpable. He hugged Kazien's slim waist, feeling his immortal brother's tears begin to stream down heavily, mixing with the steam on his shoulder.

"Don't cry, Kazien," he whispered, kissing the top of the wet, silver-haired head repeatedly.

"How can I not cry?" Kazien's sob broke, his defenses completely crumbling. "I... I will outlive everyone I love. Someday you will be gone, leaving me alone with these memories... Sob... Sob..."

Davin tightened his embrace, as if wanting to transfer the rest of his life to the small body. "I believe in you. You will get through this. You are strong, stronger than anyone."

"Why are you so sure?" Kazien sobbed between his tears.

"Because you are my cute little brother, my pride," Davin answered simply but with unwavering certainty.

Those words broke Kazien's final defense. He cried harder, shedding the pain of centuries of loneliness and the burden of immortality he carried alone. Davin remained silent, letting his brother cry, becoming a solid support in the midst of the emotional storm.

Fifteen minutes passed. Kazien's crying subsided, leaving small whimpers. His eyes were swollen and red, but there was a sense of relief there. The burden on his chest was slightly lifted.

"Are you feeling better now?" Davin asked gently, wiping the remaining tears from Kazien's cheek with his wet finger.

"A little... I think," Kazien admitted, forcing a small, sweet smile. "After your engagement... I won't have moments like this anymore. This... this is the last one."

The words "the last one" hung heavy in the humid air. Davin swallowed his own sadness. He was the older brother; he had to be strong. However, he was also a man who had a desire to leave a lasting mark on his brother, and to ensure his brother had a real, physical memory.

"Kazien?" he called softly, his voice slightly hoarse.

Kazien looked at his brother's face, his clear sapphire-blue eyes full of questions.

Under the warm, calm surface of the water, Davin slowly extended his hand. Gently, Davin held Kazien's erect penis. Kazien jumped in surprise, his eyes widening perfectly, his heart pounding erratically as he felt his brother's warm touch there. It was an honest biological reaction, proof of the overflowing physical and emotional closeness between them.

"Don't you want to hold mine too? So you won't be curious forever?" Davin whispered, his eyes staring intently at his brother, his voice low and teasing yet full of tenderness. "After you leave here, after I marry Karen, you won't be able to do this again. Consider this our little secret. A memory that belongs only to the two of us."

With his heart racing wildly against his ribcage, Kazien looked at Davin, feeling his brother's hand still holding his own. The sense of the taboo mixed with deep curiosity and affection. "Can... can I hold it?" he asked nervously, his voice barely audible.

Davin nodded slowly, granting full permission with a genuine smile. "Touch it. Know all of me."

Without hesitation, Kazien's slender fingers circled his brother's manhood underwater. He felt its pulse, its stinging warmth, and its size, which confirmed that his brother was a formidable adult man. There was no dirty lust underlying the touch, only an innocent, intimate exploration between two siblings who loved each other more than anyone else in the world. Holding each other underwater, sealing a silent vow of farewell.

"Brother's... is a little bigger than mine," Kazien murmured in awe, his face blushing even more deeply up to his ears, but he didn't pull his hand away. Instead, he stroked it slowly, feeling Davin's body tighten in pleasurable silence. Kazien looked up, gazing at his brother's face again, recording every detail of the chiseled features framed by wet red hair and beautiful violet eyes. "Your face is handsome too... you are perfect, Brother. I..."

Kazien's words trailed off as emotion welled up in his throat again. He realized how much he loved the man in front of him, the man he would never be able to fully possess.

Mwah!

This time, Kazien initiated it. He kissed Davin's lips once more, pouring out all his affection.

Davin accepted the kiss with his eyes closed, savoring every second as if it were his last oxygen. He felt Kazien's small hand still softly caressing his own underwater, while his own hand remained faithfully holding his brother's. Davin suppressed a moan, restraining his sexual desire as much as possible so as not to defile this sacred moment with lust.

This wasn't about sex. It was about owning each other completely for the very last time. Only the warmth of the water, the friction of skin, and heartbeats racing in a sorrowful harmony.

They kissed amid the hot steam, holding each other beneath the water's surface, as if it were the only real anchor to keep them from drowning in eternal sadness.

Slowly, Kazien released the kiss. Their foreheads met, their breaths ragged and mingling into the same air.

"I love you so much, Brother," Kazien whispered, smiling genuinely amidst the lingering tears in his eyes. His hand was still there, reluctant to let go of the warmth.

Davin opened his beautiful violet eyes, looking at his brother with a gaze he would keep forever in his memory until he died. "I love you too, Kazien. Forever."
