WHP: We have Power:
These people want the world for themselves. They are the biggest bad guys group in all of Nicknie. You can recognize them by their dark blue uniforms with a high collar. Anyone who infects themselves as a girl or a girl are wearing skirts. The same goes for the boys but with pants. Trousers. You have 7 gold stripes on your suit. This is what they mean.
