Silas gazed into Alastair's two brown eyes, looking so eager to find out who the man standing before him really was. Especially when Alastair said he wasn't just a stranger Silas had met in the park, but a member of his family.
"Then who are you in my family?" he asked innocently.
Just as Alastair was about to tell him who he was, he suddenly changed his mind after something popped into his head. With a smile he tried to keep on his face, he then replied.
"I'm your mother's friend. I knew him very well, just like Uncle Dalton and Uncle Yohan. They're your family, aren't they? So am I now," he answered.
The Alpha's answer certainly surprised Noel. Why did he say that to Silas instead of telling him that he was his biological father?
Noticing the Omega's confused gaze, Alastair turned toward him, his expression seeming to say he'd explain it later.
Silas looked so happy to hear this, thinking that this meant he'd be able to see Alastair often from now on.
