Noel, who had just finished talking to Alastair on the phone, accidentally entered the wrong room, simply because the number 6 on the door had come loose and spun around to become a 9.
At first, he didn't realize this, but when he entered the room, he found a group of Alphas having fun with the Omegas.
Their pheromones were so strong in the room, mixed with the heat scent of the Omegas as they made love.
This was certainly a shock to him, as he didn't expect to enter the wrong room.
