Damian wake up from inside the coccon after sometime he has no idea about, the coccon reeks blood. He broke the coccon and came out, looking at the muggle watch, he found 8 hours passed since he started the ritual. He is surprised 8 hours passed just like that.
Damian took a deep breath, the darkness within him, the obscurus gained a will, and it's due to him suppressing his emotions which accumulated and allowed it to have a will. To prevent that thing from feeding on his negative emotions, he is thinking it's time to start venting that anger somewhere, where else is better than this room of requirement.
Damain cleaned up himself, wear his clothed and asked for a room to vent his emotions. A training ground and a junk yard arrived exactly as he imagined. He started breaking things and dueling madly to started venting his emotions. This thing is too cliche for him, yet it happened. He needs to weaken his dark side and kill it in the mana heart ritual.
Before that he also needs to collect information about the obscurus and the dual personalities. More than that, he felt mentally fatigued, after sole venting he got to sleep without even eating anything, the next day, Damain took a look at his gains from the ritual. A new class is available to him.
An occultist, it grants him two abilities: ritual enhancement and psyche cleanse. Occultist is nuetral type class, it involves ritual magic mainly but it doesn't belong to cultist class, it's an independent branch of class related to magic involving only rituals. A wizard who follows cult like rituals yet he won't worship beings like cults. A ritual magic in simple terms.
For Damain the psyche cleanse is a good skill, purification is useful but after meeting his inner demon or something in whatever place that is, he is sure purification is only making it worse, his negative feelings can't just be purified and disappear out of thin air, they're merely suppressed by light ability and grown into accumulation can be dangerous.
Psyche cleanse on other hand allows him to cleanse his mind from these negative emotions. Unlike light purification that suppress them, this outright manipulates his mind to erase that emotion like it isn't there in the first place. Also from the troll slayer mission, he got a new skill.

With the skill upgrade he felt the difference immediately, his Reflexes is on another level compared to before. The Sage Body attunes him to the mana and nature. A very good ability considering his mana circuit, and combined with this skill, it can absorb mana and circulate the ambient mana into his own if he does the ritual again.
Damian felt his body is somewhat different before after merging with this skill, it's a passive one, so the effects of this skill are also passive. Damian started feeling the mana around him more clearly, even more with the super sense skill, he felt the disturbance of mana around, which is caused when someone is using magic. It became even more clear when a magic is fired at his direction.
Like a passive alarm ability for him that detects the shift in air if there is incoming attacks in some movies. Damian returned to the Slytherin table, he thanked Evelyn who looked at him in shock, Damian doesn't know the true change isn't only his Physique being strengthened and his mana being cleansed, but his presence itself changed a little, he gained some kind of aura around him, especially with the merge of the sage body skill.

But after her inquiry he found he is now emitting an aura to declare his presence thanks to the sage body. Though it seems he can restrict this presence for some time.
Damian also warned her," you may not receive the same effect, it might be related to my mother's lineage ", he can't say you don't have the weird system that he got, Evelyn left somewhat dejected but inside she is ecstatic, she sent the ritual to her grandmother who sent the reply, it's safe and better than any ritual she knows for mana reserves and body strengthening.
Damian though, is concerned about his rituals, what if this girl barges in and demands he hands over all rituals, sure he can face them and if not win against all Slytherin he can just escape, but that kind of future isn't something he didn't want to see, he really regretted asking her for a list of items for his ritual, he didn't know this girl is so much obsessed with rituals. Fortunately Damian stored away all items, books and anything important in the inventory, he don't if they will be safe if he hid them around Hogwarts or wizarding world.
