Chapter 39 - "He is incredibly stubborn."

A large group had come to fight and destroy Theeran. Hari continuously fought with them. Some rushed to attack Hari from behind.

Theeran, seeing this, casually shot the attacker with his gun and said, "Uncle, first, take care of yourself. I can't go inside and handle everything. If you want, I'll parcel these guys off to heaven," and then turned and started shooting the many other men who had come to destroy them.

Hari said, "He's just as stubborn as his father," and he too started fighting. As they took down the men, more men kept coming from somewhere, like wasps from a beehive. They too relentlessly beat and destroyed everyone.

With three-quarters of the men dead, only the remaining few were still fighting. Salim, who was watching all this from his car, became filled with murderous rage. Without thinking, he took a tranquilizer dart, and stealthily crept inside, aiming it at Theeran.

Theeran, engrossed in the fight, failed to notice it, and the dart struck his arm. He let out a slight groan, and before he could see what it was, Salim quickly came and placed the gun against Theeran's forehead, shouting, "Hey...!" in a voice that shook the entire place. Everyone stopped fighting and turned to look at him.

Hari, shocked to see someone holding a gun to Theeran's head, tried to go towards him, but Salim shot him in the leg. Hari stumbled and fell, and as Sarath ran towards him shouting "Little Master," Salim kicked him hard in the face. All of Bhadran's guards stood frozen, unsure of what to do.

At that moment, unexpectedly, a bullet struck Salim's hand. Salim, pressing his hand against the bleeding wound, let go of Theeran and looked up to see who it was. There, Bhadran was approaching, his eyes blazing with unadulterated murderous rage, a gun in his hand.

Seeing Bhadran brought a sense of relief to Hari. He slowly got up and helped the fallen Sarath to his feet. Meanwhile, Salim glared at Bhadran and threatened, "Hey, don't come any closer! If you do, he's finished," pointing the gun at Theeran, who lay unconscious on the ground.

But Bhadran didn't seem intimidated by this. He looked back and forth between Salim and the fallen Theeran for a few seconds. Seeing Theeran lying unconscious, Bhadran's anger reached its peak. The heat in his blood surpassed the heat of a volcano.

"Hey!..." Bhadran roared, and kicked Salim hard in the jaw. With his teeth shattered and his mouth full of blood, Salim fell to the ground. Seeing Bhadran, who was erupting with volcanic rage, Salim trembled.

"Who... who are you?... Who?" he stammered, struggling to separate his tongue from the roof of his mouth. Bhadran's bloodshot eyes glared at him with murderous intent. "Do you even have the right to question me? And without knowing who I am, you've come into my fortress and are attacking us? What a mistake! Do you even realize how big a mistake it was for you to think of coming here? If you enter this monster's fortress, you can only leave as a corpse," Bhadran roared, and only then did Salim understand his mistake.

In his anger, he should have inquired where he had come and whose territory it was. If he had inquired, he wouldn't have even looked in this direction. Salim's face crumpled with fear. With panic-stricken eyes, he looked at Bhadran pitifully.

"Look, there's no connection between you and me. What I need is... this man's life. So, you step aside," his voice faltered.

But Bhadran, blinded by rage, glared at him, and seeing that he was asking for his own son, Bhadran transformed into a complete beast. He lifted Salim, who was lying on the ground, and began to beat him ferociously.

With his well-built physique, a body hardened like iron from exercise, and the burning rage in his heart, Bhadran beat Salim until his anger subsided. He then stretched out his hand towards his men, and one of them quickly ran and handed Bhadran an iron rod.

Taking it, Bhadran began to beat Salim mercilessly. Without even time to beg, Salim's skull was shattered by Bhadran's hand, and he died. Salim's blood splattered on Bhadran's face, transforming him into a complete demon. Without even noticing that he was dead, he continued to beat him, mutilating his body. After confirming his death, he threw away the rod he was holding and went to Theeran's side. Only after lifting him up and checking Theeran's heartbeat did his rage subside.

Bhadran looked at Hari and said, "Finish off everyone else who's left, and clear the place quickly."

"Clear the area," he said, and went inside the house. "Okay, Master," said Hari, and after giving a signal to Sarath and his men, they shot and killed all the remaining men of Saleem and removed their bodies from the scene.

Bhadran laid Theeran down on the sofa in the hall and called his family doctor. By the time the doctor arrived, Hari had already removed all the dead bodies from outside using a truck.

A short while later, the doctor arrived, examined Theeran, and then looked up at Bhadran and said, "There's no problem, Master, they've only given him a mild sedative." "He will wake up in a little while," he said.

Bhadran merely nodded in response and, carrying Theeran, entered his room. Just as they had been sleeping when he left, Mullai and Vaishnavi were still sleeping soundly. The room was soundproofed. That was why they were sleeping undisturbed despite the commotion outside.

Bhadran lay down next to Mullai, placing Theeran on his chest, and fell asleep. He had longed to sleep with Theeran like this for a long time, but only today had he gotten the opportunity. He gently kissed Theeran's forehead and closed his eyes, drifting into sleep.

In the early morning, Mullai woke up, looked at Theeran sleeping on Bhadran's chest with surprise, and got up to attend to her morning routine. A little later, Theeran woke up and, realizing he was lying on Bhadran, glared at him before leaving. Bhadran ignored all of this and went to the gym to start his workout.

Just then, Theeran opened the door to the room and came in. He stood in front of Bhadran, looked intently at his father, and asked, "What happened last night, Dad?" Bhadran, who was doing push-ups, stopped, stood up in front of him, and said, "Everyone has gone upstairs, your enemy has also left. I think you won't have any more problems now."

Theeran simply said, "Oh! Is that so?" and turned to leave, opening the door just as Hari entered. Seeing Theeran there, Hari asked affectionately, "Hey, milk carton, how are you feeling now? Are you alright?"

Theeran replied, "What's wrong with me? I'm fine. If you let me, I'll even beat you up; I'm that strong." "Do you want me to demonstrate it by hitting you?" he said mockingly.

Hari replied, "Oh, look at me, asking you! I should hit myself with a slipper for being so foolish," to which Theeran, not letting up, taunted, "Uncle, do you need a slipper? Tell me, I'll go and get one for you."

At this, Hari angrily said, "Hey, you useless fellow," but before he could say anything further, he heard Bhadran's stern voice saying, "What are you still doing there?"

Hari replied, "I'm coming, Master," and glared at Theeran before going inside. Theeran also left after being called by Mullai.

Hari then recounted the previous day's incident to Bhadran, saying, "Bhadra, there are a total of 500 people. Not a single one of them is from our country. They are all foreign terrorists. Their target is only Theeran. So many people have come to kill him."

He continued thoughtfully, "But Bhadra, why so many people? And that too, to kill a young boy? What could be the reason? We couldn't find anything even after tracking the mobile phones of those who were killed. Maybe we'll only find out the reason if Theeran tells us. But will he tell us?" Hari looked at Bhadran questioningly.

Bhadran replied, "He definitely won't tell us. He's incredibly stubborn. Just like me. We have to find out ourselves. He was born and raised abroad. Something must have happened there. What you do is, tell Narasimhan to investigate more deeply. We might find some clue."

Hari then suggested, "Why don't we meet with Mr. Yukesh and ask him what the problem is? Narasimhan said that he's the only one close to Theeran, right? He must definitely know what the problem is." "What are you saying, Bhadra?" Hari asked.

Bhadra replied, "As far as I know, Theeran wouldn't have told him either. Nevertheless, we can meet him and talk to him one day." Hari agreed and left the gym.

Bhadra rubbed his forehead with his thumb, narrowing his eyes in thought. This didn't seem like a small problem to him. Even though he had killed Salim, who had come to kill Theeran, it felt to him as if someone else was behind it, instigating him. His intuition was correct; Theeran had made an enemy of someone Bhadra hadn't even considered.

It wouldn't be easy to find him. Bhadra would only know who he was if Theeran opened his mouth and told him. He took a white towel, wiped his sweaty face, and went from the gym to the bedroom. There, he saw Mullai talking to Theeran and Vaisu. He looked confusedly at her, who was wearing a school uniform.
