[+3] Nova found a kitchen.

*After gym class.*
Nova waited for the girls to finish getting changed and leave the changing room, before she went and got herself changed back to her normal clothes.
"Surprisingly, Morro didn't try anything for the rest of the time we had left, the teacher wasn't even around to stop him if he tried anything." Nova wondered to herself, which only made her think that he might be plotting something later. Probably after school.
Shaking her head, Nova left the gym and took a look at the time. "Hmm, looks like it's around lunchtime. After that, I only have two more classes, I think..."
Nova then headed to the cafeteria and took in the sight when she entered. Most of all the students were already here, much to her dismay, as she didn't like how crowded it was. "I'll take Kryptarium Prison over this."
Trying to act like she wasn't uncomfortable, Nova got in the line to get herself some food. But the more people who showed up, the more she just wanted to get her food and then leave right away.
After getting herself a tray with cafeteria food, she went to find herself a spot to sit. Mostly out of everyone's sight, but the only place that was furthest away from everyone, was the table the ninjas was sitting at.
"By the motherfucking Overlord." Nova turned around to just leave the place, only to then be called out by Harumi of all people. "Why me."
"Nova! Over here, come and sit with us." Harumi waved at her from where she was sitting.
Nova let out a sigh, turning her head to see who was at Harumi's table.
She wasn't surprised to see it was the whole SOG gang, and of course Morro too. Who was eyeing her closely.
"... Nope, not happening." Nova turned around and just tried leaving, until someone placed a hand on her shoulder.
Thinking it was Morro again, Nova turned her head slowly. Only to be surprised that it was Kai of all people. "Kai?"
"Hey Nova, noticed you were having some trouble. Wanna sit with me and my friends' table?" Kai asked as he pointed towards the other ninjas, who all were giving her skeptical looks, while Lloyd was looking uncomfortable.
"Uuuh, are you sure? Not that I mind, but I don't think your friends will be that happy about it." said Nova, not wanting to push her luck.
"Yeah, but you don't seem like a bad person. Lloyd told us what you did, and you didn't seem scared of standing up to Morro." said Kai scratching the back of his head.
Nova took notice of how the other students were looking at them and whispering to each other. Kai was probably doing his very best to not cause any problems, while asking the new girl to join him. Even though it would end with her getting targeted too.
"Lloyd most likely was against this, yet Kai of all people is asking me. Shouldn't he be the most skeptical person of their group, let alone take longer to trust a stranger?" Nova didn't say it out loud, but she had a feeling he was probably still skeptical about her. But was taking a chance. "Well, if you are okay with it. I guess I wouldn't mind taking your offer."
"Great!" Kai smiled and began leading her over to their table where the others were sitting.
Nova started growing a little shy, finding this a bit awkward. "H-hi, I'm Nova. Nice to meet you all."
"Y-y-you sure we can t-t-trust her?" Jay whispered to Kai anxiously.
"What if she is just playing the nice girl, only to get close to Lloyd and ruin his life?" Nya asked.
"I don't trust her one bit, Kai, this is just stupid." said Cole bluntly.
"As far as I've seen, she hasn't done anything wrong. But I have to agree with Cole, this is not your smartest idea." said Zane.
Lloyd didn't say anything but just avoided eye contact.
Nova let out a heavy sigh, knowing this would happen. "I can understand your mistrust of me, I'm new here. Yet, you all probably think I'm trying to hurt Lloyd in some way. While you might not trust my words, I'll let my actions speak for themselves."
The group looked at each other, still having trouble believing her words. So they all looked over at Lloyd, letting him make the decision.
Lloyd looked up at Nova, observing her closely, yet he didn't get any bad feeling from her. So far, she had been nothing but kind to him and even wanted to pair up for their assignment. "Let's give her a chance."
A soft smile grew on Nova's face at this, happy that she was given a chance. "Thanks, that's all I'm asking." She then went to take a seat next to Lloyd, since it was the only spot left.
Lloyd couldn't help but blush slightly from her smile, causing the others to start teasing him a bit.
Nova didn't take any notice of it and just ate. "Reminds me of back at the Chen's place in season four. But still, lunch with the ninja? That was fast." Smiling at that old memory and how fast she ended up at their table.
"S-s-so what happened t-t-to your face?" Jay asked, pointing at her bandaged face.
"Yeah, I have actually been wondering about that. But didn't wanna be rude." said Kai looking at her.
"Got into an accident before I moved here." said Nova as she was eating a carrot.
"What kind of accident?" Nya asked.
"A kitchen accident." said Nova, with a slight shrug. "I have a bit of bad luck whenever I enter a kitchen."
"You mean you get injured everything you enter a kitchen?" Cole asked.
"Nope, nothing like that. But just this once, it didn't end well." said Nova.
The group gave each other a skeptic look when hearing this, wondering how bad her luck really was.
"Where did you live before you moved here?" Lloyd was the one to ask this time.
"Stiix." Nova simply answered, which wasn't a lie, since she did live in stiix for a while with Ronin.
"Why did you decide to move here? The city known for getting destroyed daily?" Zane asked.
"My own hometown was boring with nothing happening, so I moved here. Something crazy always happens, and then there are the ninjas." said Nova, rubbing the back of her neck. "I've heard of them but never seen them in action."
"You're clearly crazy for wanting to move here, anyone else would move somewhere else than here." said Cole.
"So, which of the ninjas is your favorite?" Kai asked with a cocky grin, slightly leaning over the table, only to get elbowed by his sister.
Nova giggled watching those two. "The green ninja, he always seems so cool and confident. He's a great leader."
Lloyd gave an awkward laugh, scratching his head. "Y-yeah, the green ninja is pretty cool, I guess."
Nova smiled a bit as she thought back to her Lloyd, only to then sadden a bit when thinking back to their last moment. "I wanna go back and fix everything. But I need to keep my end of the deal."
The group noticed the change in her expression as she seemed upset about something.
"Something wrong?" Nya asked.
Nova snapped out of her thoughts and shook her head. "It's nothing, just thinking about... home."
"That's understandable, feeling homesick. After making such a big move, coming here." said Nya.
Nova gave a slight nod before turning to Lloyd. "So, Lloyd. Any idea for our assignment?"
"Umm, I don't know. Maybe the Serpentine war?" Lloyd suggested.
"I guess that might be safer if I suggested him and his father. It would probably turn out really bad and make it worse for Lloyd." Nova thought, not wanting to push it. "Sure, we can go with that. Should be pretty easy."
"Already got something in mind?" Lloyd asked.
"Maybe." said Nova with a smirk.
The others gave her a skeptic look once more.
Nova shrugged and ate the rest of her food, enjoying this while she could. Until the sound of two voices shouting could be heard.
"What happened to my money?! I know I had more than this!" shouted Chad.
"Where the fuck is my wallet?!" shouted Morro.
"Oh yeah, I forgot to give Morro back his wallet." Nova thought, but didn't react to it.
"I'm betting Garma-dork stole my money!" Chad accused, causing everyone to turn towards their table.
"You motherfucker, give me back my wallet. I know you stole it!" shouted Morro walking towards them.
"What are you talking about, Lloyd didn't steal anything." said Kai as he and the others got up to defend Lloyd.
"This isn't good, I might have just made it worse. Better draw everyone's attention to me, though I'm not all happy with there being this many people." Nova let out a sigh and glanced over at Lloyd. "Sorry about this."
"What?" Lloyd gave her a confused, but skeptic look.
Nova got up from the table and walked towards Morro. "Oh, I'm sorry, do you mean this wallet? That I stole right under your nose?" A smirk on her face as she was holding up the wallet. "And thank you for the money, Chad. I really needed that."
"What?! It was you!" Morro and Chad exclaimed, while everyone else gasped at this reveal.
"Yup, all me. Lloyd didn't have anything to do with it." Nova slowly started walking around. "I guess I forgot to mention this little thing about myself, I have a really bad habit of stealing." She said with a big grin, looking at everyone. "Though I must say, stealing your wallet, Morro. Was a waste of time, not even worth stealing." She threw the wallet back at him.
"Why, you son of a bitch! I'm gonna get you for this!" shouted Morro, trying to attack her. But Nova just dodged him and misdirected his attacks.
"Oh please, I've been called so much worse, me being called a bitch. Is pretty much a compliment to me." Nova taunted, knowing that would only make him more mad.
Though Nova knew she couldn't show too many moves. Otherwise, it would catch the ninjas' attention even more. But the sound of cracking could be heard, causing everyone to look around confused about where it came from.
Nova tried ignoring the pain, but doing so caused her to get caught by Morro as he grabbed her throat.
"You fucking slut, I'm gonna make you pay." Morro tightened his grip around her throat, while raising a hand to punch her bandaged face.
"Fuck this, I'm not getting myself beaten up by a school kid." Nova growled as she grabbed the wrist that was holding her throat. With her eyes slowly glowing pink. "Shut your mouth!"
Morro's feet were slowly turning to stone, but no one seemed to notice as the sound of screaming was heard.
Then suddenly something crashed into the school building, destroying part of it.
"Garmadon attack!" shouted someone.
"Thanks, Lloyd!" shouted everyone at him.
Nova took the chance to get out of Morro's grip, and quickly disappeared into the crowd. Using the shadows to get out, since she had a feeling the ninja had already left.
"Time to see some real action. School drama is so boring." Nova changed into her ninja outfit in the shadows, and had her mask change to look like spider-man.
*Ninjago City.*
Nova was using her grappling hooks to swing around the buildings, but would at times go and save a few people in need of help. Since it appeared that the ninja hadn't shown up yet.
"Why shark themed, at least make them skeleton or serpentine." Nova let out a sigh until the ninja finally showing up in their mechs. "Took them long enough."
Nova landed on a building and observed the ninja taking on Garmadon's army, and himself, of course. "Wait, since Garmadon and his army are here. Wouldn't that mean his volcano is low on people." A smirk grew behind her mask. "Time for some stealing and chaos."
Nova used the shadows and teleported to the volcano within a few minutes.
*Garmadon's volcano.*
Nova arrived at the volcano and used the shadows to move around, not even getting noticed as she snuck into the big science room. Where they build all of Garmadon's machines and random mechs. "I've hit a gold mine."
Nova didn't waste a second to start robbing this place, making them very low on parts and materials. "I wonder how many are gonna get fired out of the volcano for this. Not that I really care, the more fired, the less people he will have."
At some point, Nova decided to explore the place a little more until she arrived at what she could guess was a living room. "Hmm, this must be his actual home in this whole place."
Nova walked around in the room, observing everything, until she found a photo of Garmadon and his ex-wife Koko, holding a baby. "Huh, well, that's a nice picture."
"Why couldn't Lloyd have gotten Koko as his actual mom, would have made life so much better for him." Nova kept exploring until she saw the kitchen. "Oh, sweet chaos, I wonder what I'll bring this time."
Walking into the kitchen, Nova took off her fake arm and right away there were at least three explosions. The sink was giving out soap instead of water, the fridge had become sentient as it was singing like it was an opera singer, and the oven had turning into a chicken.
"Well, less destructive than what I had hoped. But should still be fun." Nova mumbled until the sound of more people arriving at the volcano could be heard. "Looks like the ninjas already defeated Garmadon and his army today."
Nova had her mask change to look like deadpool, and then used the shadows to get to the meeting room. Observing Garmadon speaking with his generals and firing off a few of them, along with some scientists when they told him that it would take longer until they could fix everything, along with making him a new machine.
