Chapter 5 - Chapter 5 Haruno Sakura

"Ino , what are you doing standing by the window?" A slightly annoying voice sounded from Ino's side and back.

"You guys chat, I'm going to clean over there. Goodbye, Ino." Little Hinata, as if pardoned, grabbed her small bucket and scurried away.

Integrating memories naturally meant inheriting the original Ino's social circle.

Sighing, she and the resentful girl behind her truly had a complicated relationship.

With a Wide Forehead, wearing a pink high-slit cheongsam and green capris, this was Haruno Sakura, the crucial stake in the legendary "Win to be Hokage, Lose to Marry Sakura" gamble, and a student adept at using "Summoning Jutsu: Naruto."

Ino, including her predecessor, had an extremely complex attitude towards Haruno Sakura. Recently, she had been so busy she hadn't figured out how to handle this friendship that had turned sour.

At this moment, she could only respond with her usual attitude.

She "hmphed," her tone dismissive, and said with a condescending air: "Wide Forehead, you're so annoying! I remember telling you not to appear near me. Go find your Sasuke-Gēgē already."

Her tone was full of mockery.

Ino was very depressed. After her transmigration, she had no interest whatsoever in the stoic Uchiha Sasuke, yet this fake sister behind her was still full of hostility, even thinking she was playing hard to get to attract Sasuke's attention.

For the love-struck girl Haruno Sakura's wild imaginings, she could only write "impressed." She truly didn't know how to explain, nor was there any way to explain.

Previously, Ino had been very caring towards Haruno Sakura, offering encouragement, inviting her to play, and even helping her against bullying. One could say things were going great, but what happened? As soon as a handsome boy appeared, this love-struck girl behind her turned on the previous Ino, and the ship of friendship sank with a decisive splash.

If the two had completely fallen out, that would be one thing, but Ino saw friendship in many of her predecessor's thoughts.

Even after their falling out, that Ino still considered Haruno Sakura her friend.

How Haruno Sakura felt, that was unknown.

"What are you looking at? Are you looking at Sasuke?! How sneaky!"

"You actually scored 95 today? You're infuriating! You must be trying to attract Sasuke's attention, I've completely seen through you!"

Ino tilted her head to look the other way, not wanting to bother with her.

Whether you call the girl in front of her insecure or willing to do anything for love, Ino didn't want to have too much interaction with Haruno Sakura. She was still pondering about the next scapegoat; how could she have time to play love games with a 12-year-old girl? She was very busy.

"Go, go, Wide Forehead, don't bother me."

"Ino , you must be trying to sneak away!"

Ino was utterly annoyed. Seeing Haruno Sakura's relentless pestering, demanding she swear on heaven that she would forever give up pursuing Sasuke before she would stop, Ino had no feelings for Sasuke, but she couldn't make such an oath that completely went against her predecessor's wishes. To outsiders, such a personality change would be too abrupt and problematic no matter how you looked at it.

"You must swear! Hurry!"

"Say it, forever give up Sasuke, say it, say it now!"

A "well" character appeared on Ino's forehead. The reason she was standing there wiping windows was to wait for a "fated person." Now, with Haruno Sakura constantly bothering her, she was fed up.

If you're unkind, don't blame me for being unjust. Since you're so proactive, this next blame will be on you.

She suddenly pointed out the window, her face full of panic: "Oh, look, Sasuke is injured!"

"Where? Where?" Haruno Sakura leaned against the window, anxiously looking around. Suddenly, Ino behind her kicked her in the butt.

"Hmph, a little kid with no chest or butt." Leaving that dismissive comment, Ino strutted out of the classroom, went to the rooftop, called Shikamaru and Choji who hadn't gone to the playground to exercise, and the trio skipped class to eat barbecue.

"Barbecue? Now?! Great! Let's go, let's go!" Choji jumped eight meters high. If Ino hadn't grabbed his collar, the guy would have jumped directly from the rooftop.

He certainly wouldn't die from the fall, but such an enthusiastic display was a bit exaggerated. Even skipping class required proper methods; don't be too high-profile.

"Shikamaru, come on, let's go together." In Ino's memory, Asuma Sarutobi, the Jonin who wrote "My Village Chief Father," was so thoroughly eaten out by Choji that he knelt and apologized to the barbecue restaurant owner. She figured the money she had on her probably wasn't enough, so she absolutely had to bring Shikamaru along.

"Ah, what a bother." Shikamaru guessed her intention. At this moment, looking at the white clouds in the sky, he sighed slowly like a retired veteran cadre.

Not all teachers were as diligent and responsible as Iruka. Ms. Suzume, who was in charge of teaching female students housework, and Teacher Mizuki in the distance, seemed not to notice, letting the three of them swagger away.

Barring any accidents, these three would be the 16th generation of Ino–Shika–Chō, family heirs. The alliance of the three clans had lasted over two hundred years, extending from the Warring States Period to the present, even longer than the history of Konoha Village. The Yamanaka Clan, called "Ino," managed intelligence; "Shika" was responsible for medicinal materials; and "Chō" was in charge of logistical supplies. Together, the three clans had over a dozen Jonin and mastered a large number of Ninjutsu and Secret Techniques. This strength was no weaker than that of an average small Ninja Village.

With the Senju Clan no longer existing, the Uchiha only having the Four Laughing Madmen left, and the Hyuga Clan facing a generational gap, Ino–Shika–Chō was already a top-tier Ninja family in the Ninja World.

Unless it was a matter of principle, the Village wouldn't do anything to them. Skipping class? Is that even an issue?

"I'm so mad! Ino actually got first place! I must work hard, ah! As long as I get first place back, Sasuke will roar, roar, roar! Oh, how embarrassing, I'm furious, Ino actually dared to kick me!"

Haruno Sakura climbed out of the bushes. Ino's comment about "no chest or butt" infuriated her. What do you mean no? She felt she had a little! Thinking of Sasuke, she immediately reverted to her infatuated expression.

Exams, Sasuke, Ino—her thoughts kept jumping between these three words.

"Huh? What's this?" Haruno Sakura's observational skills were strong. Before long, she discovered a somewhat tattered scroll beneath a patch of dirt in the bushes.

She opened the scroll.

"Ah!" she exclaimed, then quickly covered her mouth, looking left and right. Finding no one noticed her, she then carefully read the text on the scroll.

"Do you want my treasure? If you want it, you can have it all. Go find it, I've put all my treasure there!" The handwriting on the scroll was powerful and vigorous, accompanied by a map, signed by a person named Senju Hashirama.
