Zayne leaned back theatrically and flopped onto the sofa, signaling the technician to keep washing his feet. After that, no matter what Howard asked, he refused to say another word.
Howard's face turned livid.
At this point, he was already certain that Zayne had something to do with Astrachior's death and the disappearance of Captain K and John.
But Zayne was right. Just like the Dano case before, there was still no evidence.
What made it even worse this time was that Zayne was no longer just the champion of Old Shipyard Port, but the national champion.
With that status, without solid proof, Howard could not touch him at all.
