I got inside the car and he closed it like ths gentleman he was,he got in and started scanning me from head to toe "Let's get that seatbelt on okay?"His tone was softer which was weird,he started driving very––very..slowly,I was sure that even a turtle did not drive this slowly.At first I was just quite and just said to myself maybe he's just Kickstarting the car but after 15 minutes I couldn't take it anymore"Mario??"His eyes shot up to me "What??was I too fast??I'll slow down––does it hurt anywhere??Do yo–."I quickly put my finger on his lips and shut him up "You're really acting weird today.Are you okay??Why are driving so slowly just drive.."He starting smiling nervously and nodded but when I was expecting a fast speed car but nope he went from 30km/hr to 40km/hr which is kind of no different.I was about to protest again but I noticed that his eyes were focused on the road,I could tell he was avoiding me so I just let him be "so where are we going??."His eyes started darting around as if he was confused"Uhh—well we're—uhh—"He started coughing dramatically and sneezing like he was having a cold"Hospital..ACHUU!!!"He turned his eyes to me and gave me puppy eyes"I think I have a fever!!ACHUU!!I wanted you to accompany me."I almost wanted to expose him but I just let him be because what kind of person would be having a fever while only wearing a T shirt,so I only nodded and said nothing..We got to the hospital faster than I had anticipated,I was about to get out of the car when I started feeling dizzy again.
Mario must have noticed because he held me and had this look of worry in his eyes "Are you okay,do you need something??"I was about to say no but I could tell I was about to faint "in my bag there's a white bottle please give it to me."He started searching for it ,when he found it..He started reading the content outside and when I tried to reach dor it,he looked hesitant to give it to me but in the end he did.I took two pills and in about 2 minutes time I felt better.As soon as Mario saw I was getting better he got out of the car and was on the phone for atleast 5 minutes before he got back and we got inside the hospital.
I guess he must have forgotten about his 'sick act' because when we got inside the hospital,he seemed perfectly fine no sneezing or shivering like in the car.The hospital was colder but he wasn't the least fazed,I looked at these walls that sheltered me for 2 years and couldn't believe I was back here again.Mario must have suddenly remembered that he had to act because he started coughing as soon as we got close to a doctors office"I don't think I can walk any longer!!ACHUU!!ACHUU!!"He looked at me sympathetically "Can you get me a wheelchair."I almost burst out laughing at his weak act but I stiffled the laugh and went on to get it "You can leave your bag.there's no need for you to carry something so heavy and besides we're already outside the doctor's office."I looked up at where he was pointing and in the middle of the hallway was a door written 'Doctor Aeko'i guess that must be his doctor.I nodded and went down to check the wheelchair area,I was too familiar with this hospital so I knew my way around.i had already got the wheelchair when I met Doctor Orion on my way back.He was standing on the corner of a hallway looking around then looking back in the direction I was coming from,he seemed panicked "Doc ,what's up are you okay??"He smiled nervously and patted my shoulder"Ofcourse I'm okay ,what brings you here??"."Ooh I'm just accompanying a friend of mine he's got a fever."his nervousness seemed to calm down when I said that."Ooh good,good.How are the pills.do you feel any better."I had to say they were working wonders on me that I could not deny"Yes ,I feel better each day and I have less headaches then most days ,you really helped me doc.i'm grateful to you."for a second I thought I saw guilt in his eyes but it quickly dissapeared and all I saw was the same old pity he always gave me.

"So what did you find out??"As soon as I got in the hospital I got straight into business.i could tell Aeko knew that I wasn't sick,he was just playing along but I really needed a reason to get him to the hospital, I need someone i trust to diagnose him.the moment we got inside the Hospital I noticed a doctor kept following us around so I sent him to get a wheelchair just to see if he'd follow him and just as predicted he didand besides i needed time with Aeko"Well you already know his name ,he's been in this profession for atleast 4 years ,has a 20 year old daughter but not everyone knows about her and well as you know he's been Kao's Doctor ever since he got into this hospital and it seems as though his wife and Kao's mom were acquainted which is why they trust him so much."I scanned through his files and nothing seemed strange,I quickly took the pills from Kao's bag and gave them to him"What about these pills ,know anything about them.. I know almost every legal and illegal drug but not this one ,I don't trust them"Aeko scanned them and I could tell that even he had no idea what these pills were,I grew up in a household where people were always bleeding and couldn't go to the hospital and needed treatment so I was taught all kinds of medicine so I could help sometimes or use them on myself"No ,I've never seen this type of drug before, if I wasn't a doctor I would have that these pills were pentoxifylline,because they have an oval shape and although there are 2 types of colors but these their shape is slightly rounder than oval and the white colour looks more cream white than white which makes it hard for a normal person to know the difference."I had suspected that something was wrong ,the moment he took them in it took less than 5 minutes for them to work .."I know some pills work wonders but I have never seen a pill that can bring someone back to life so fast.Change them into vitamins that will really help him ,make sure he doesn't see the difference,hurry before he comes back."Aeko nodded and quickly exchanged them before Kao got back ,he suddenly remembered something and quickly scanned Mario "Wait ,how are you going to get his blood??."d
