Finally, after about fifteen minutes, Rick stumbled upon a hospital.
He carried Mrs. Rick into the hospital and was soon assisted by some nurses.
Finally he arrived at a doctor's office.
He was told to wait in the waiting room but Rick insisted on coming.
After about two hours of Rick not able to hold himself, the doctor came out of the operating room with some results.
"She is still alive and strong", the doctor first said trying to calm down Rick who seemed over stressed.
"Unfortunately, the baby in her stomach has been doing some wrong movements in there causing the frequent shouts and tummy issues", the doctor then explained in as soft a tone as he could.
Rick was then told that his wife would have to be in the hospital until she gives birth so as to check the where abouts of the baby with time.
Rick was devastated at the news and begged for another.
The doctor declined that any other way could prove costly for his wife.
As the doctors struggled to deal with Mrs. Rick, she had a few problems of her own.
As she collapsed to the floor, she soon found herself waking up abruptly to the sound of trumpets and holding her stomack as if still in pain.
"My God. Where is this place", Mrs. Rick sfammered to herself.
It was lonely. No husband, loved one or anybody. Just her and darkness with some glimpses of light.
Mrs. Rick then did what every normal person would do at that moment, she began running looking for a way out.
After miles of running, each time it always felt like she was back where she began.
She soon began shouting for Rick or anyone at all that could hear her she got no response.
She soon plummeted to the floor bit began to have this feeling that someone was watching her. She turned back, but saw no one.
She ran a couple of miles again and still had this feeling that she was been watched. She felt unsettled and so began to walk around and soon began crying.
A day where she was felt like a month in Rick's world and yes, Mrs. Rick had been unconscious for a month; Rick each time being reminded that she was still alive.
The doctor, now doctors that treated Mrs. Rick gave her pills and all sorts of medications to get her back to her feet.
It seemed to work for the stomach waves but not in the case of waking Mrs. Rick up and slowly but surely, Rick began getting worried.
Mrs. Rick was also worried about where she had found herself.
A few times she looked left to see a black man dressed in a black robe a few other times she looked right to see a white figure figure staring at her in the face.
It felt unsettling g anywhere you look.
It was not until one day when Mrs. Rick finally saw that black man not disappear but move closer while she was laid in the sand of the dark void.
She jumped to her feet, and began scoping through the area to see the black man better.
The black man got even closer and Mrs. Rick then realized that he help a cutlass in one hand and nothing in the other.
She soon found herself with an electric device used by most police men.
She had not realized it yet but she was in an alternative world.
The man slowly began to get closer to her and without any fighting experience she ran.
The place felt like it had no direction.
Mrs. Rick ran with the electric device and spotted the man at different points of her run.
Finally, she saw the man stood about a feet before her.
He ran toward her while she pulled out the electric device to shock him.
The black man then collapsed to the floor as Mrs. Rick took the opportunity to run.
The sudden collapse of the black man was caused by the progress of the surgery in the hospital.
The baby was found to come out prematurely and due to that, the baby was also estimated to not complete it's rotation in the stomach.
Mrs. Rick who had been in the hospital alongside Rick began to gain back consciousness.
With that, the dark void slowly began to become white.
Mrs. Rick felt a sign of relief as finally white had began to fill the dark void.
That same black man came holding a cutlass while she now suddenly had a shield and a cutlass as well but still no fighting experience.
She got tired of the black man and charged at him with no plan or idea of what she was doing.
She suddenly stopped when she looked into the eyes of the black man and saw the crash and destruction plus the suicide committed by her husband.
She was so caught up in the sight and shock, that she was caught unaware when the black man struck her on the leg and blood gushed out.
She began to feel uncomfortable staying in the same lane as this man who she thought was crazy.
She used the shield to push the man off as she cut the man arm with the cutlass and black dust rushed out.
She then shoved the man to the ground as she then sliced the cutlass through the man heart and he disappeared into dust.
At that moment, a fight and running experience that she felt had lasted for a week, for Rick had lasted for three months.
It was very early in the morning, when one of the doctors was checking on her that she just suddenly woke up.
The doctor jumped backwards at the sight but began calming himself down likely to not get a heart attack.
He called Rick I to the room and Rick soon ran to hold onto Mrs. Rick.
The thought of almost losing her was traumatising.
He hugged her tightly before he was then pulled away by the doctor in order to not lead into suffocation.
Mrs. Rick was having trouble processing this as well.
"Am I here. Is the black man gone", Mrs. Rick then stummered.
Rick neither could the two doctors who stood there with him could understand what she meant.
They concluded that she must have still being unconscious and needed more time to recover.
Mrs. Rick was then left alone but she could not get the thought of that black man with red eyes out of her mind.
She was finally out of the dark void but she felt like the black man had followed her as she kept getting this feeling that she was being watched.
She could not understand what it all meant, and why she saw the exact death of her husband laid out in the eyed of that beast.
She never felt settled after that experience.
