An ogre appears with bloodshot eyes and enhanced muscles. Enraged as it releases an ecstatic roar.
The Rift Boss has Appeared!
"WHAT IS AN OGRE DOING IN AN E RANK RIFT??" says one of the hounds. The Ogre comes towards the captain and the magicians put up a barrier and he puts up his own and starts to struggle. "Captain we are not strong enough to fight an F rank beast" says Richardson. "OFFERING" shouts the captain. The porters are looked at. Some try to scramble but it's too late. A magical barrier is put up over of them.
"Now Now" as a hound as he walks towards them and he dashes and appears behind them with a devilish smile asking "Where are you rats heading!" as he peers his head in-between them. In a single motion he swings his blade and turns around heading towards the other porters. He cuts them at the ankle making them fall to the ground.
One of the porters, while on the ground punches and hits the barrier then just stops. "We're going to die" he says as the will to live leaves his face. The captain and the rest of the hounds run except one. An up and coming rookie named Lighting blade. He walks towards the beast as the others run past him saying to him "What are you doing you idiot." He enhances his blade with lighting and runs towards. He jumps into the air and as he prepares a strike, out of nowhere the ogre strikes him down with force making his body bounce a little in the air.
He drops his sword but a magic chain is wrap around his body and he gets pulled towards the running the hounds. "You idiot". Before they put the barrier up around the porters, they steal all the loot that the porters collected and keep running. The goblins surround the barrier and "Night night scavs" says one of the Hounds as he turns his head and raises the middle finger. Some get enraged and others lose the will to live. Arthur stands there and he feels it again.
It's happening again. The noises around him sound muffled and he can't move. He tilts his head down and looks up Infront of him like he could see his fathers body. He stands there in the middle of the hallway of the emergency department corridor with a doctor Infront of him speaking but he cannot hear. The last bit of life and anguish has left his face. The only bit he hears is "You can see her if you'd like." He walks to the room, each footstep louder then last and as he gets there with a nurse behind him. He stands over of her dead body with her whole body covered in a white sheet.
Ba-dum Ba-dum Ba-dum Ba-dum.
His heart rate increases faster and faster. He starts to shake because he doesn't want to see. "M.." he starts to say Mom but faints. Time has passed and now Arthur is lying in the hospital bed and he slowly opens his eyes and lays there lifeless.
Knowing who did it meant nothing to him. Revenge lost all it's meaning. He went into a coma for a month. When he woke back up and the nurses tried to speak to him, it finally hit him. He lost the last bit of meaning he had in his life. Tears come rushing down his face and the pain makes his heart rate increase to the point where he is about to go into arrest. The doctors rush over and quickly treat him. He hears somebody shouting "IT WAS THE RAIDERS GUILD. THEY DID IT." he keeps shouting from the doorway but Arthur goes back to sleep.
Arthur opens his eyes and he is standing in darkness. He looks around but it's just endless. "Woah" a voice says and he hears that and sees a tiny light. Arthur starts to move and before he reaches the light, he trips over. He looks up and sees a lost memory. "Did you see that Dad? He just did SLASH" as he stands up and copies his action move but nearly knocks over other things around him. "Careful Arthur" nags his mother but they both just laugh as he falls over. Grown Arthur just stands there and smiles. "Dad dad" "Let me show you again" he says. He gets into the pose and as he is in that motion, the spider leg comes through the roof of the house and Grown Arthur shouts "NOOOOOO". He tries to reach his arm out but gets kicked in his stomach and gets knocked against the wall.
Arthur gets sent into another scene. "Stinky Scav. Did you think you could seriously steal from us?". As he looks battered and bruised. The ring leader brings his face closer to his and says "Just die like the worthless trash you are". Arthur gets fearful as his face starts to melt away and he gets shaken by the porter team leader. "WAKE UP ART". Arthur comes back to reality. "GRAB A WEAPON" the team leader shouts. "I am not ready to die today".
