Honestly, Rinnegan is just too versatile. And the Sasuke of that fanfiction Burrito used it as Uber, and that too not really at its full potential.

I don't know how will it be translated in Tensura. Afterall, since there are no tailed beasts, wouldn't it be more or less useless? Maybe, it will be something that can be used to absorb True Dragons?
