Jimmy did not know what to expect when he put the ring on. It could be anything and nothing at the same time, he wouldn't know, but he had high hopes!
"Come on…" He clenched his fist, "Am I wearing some fuckass alien's wedding ring?"
For a moment, the ring's properties were anti-climactic. He expected the world from it, and got nothing in return, not in the first minute, at least.
He had been so eager, so insistent to get something good out of the ring that he didn't take it off for a whole minute, and once the abilities, or effects that the ring caused made themselves present, he felt stupid that he didn't take the ring off earlier on!
The effect was horrifying.
At first it was subtle. It was subtle because he only felt a tiny little headache that lasted only for a few seconds, it was light, and it hit him seconds after he put the ring on, so when he was a minute into the ordeal, he had forgotten about that tiny headache all together.
