Hearing Hu Tao's panicked shout, Xue Yue instinctively turned her head.
What met her eyes were countless glowing projectiles.

The aftershocks of the explosions spread around the barrier, forming a massive shockwave that kicked up dust and debris. The ground around them was torn apart by the force, forming deep fissures.
Suddenly, a brilliant light streaked across the sky, and a beautiful figure, like a celestial maiden descending to earth, slowly floated down from the light, appearing before Xue Yue.
"Shizun!" Upon seeing who it was, Xue Yue cried out in surprise, tears instantly welling up in her eyes.
She rushed forward, embracing the person before her tightly, her face radiating the joy of surviving a near-death experience.
Just as Xue Yue and Hu Tao encountered the Rock-Armored Hilichurl King, Yun Yan suddenly felt uneasy. She instantly thought of Xue Yue, who had gone out.
After some calculations, she realized that Xue Yue had forgotten to bring her life-saving Jade Talisman and was in danger.
Without further ado, Yun Yan immediately flew out of Liyue Harbor in the direction of Hu Tao and Xue Yue.

Then Yun Yan turned to Hu Tao. "Hu Tao, are you alright?"

Xue Yue looked at the Jade Talisman in her hand, asking with some worry, "Master, you gave it to me, what about you?"
Yun Yan smiled and patted her head, saying, "Don't worry, I am, after all, an adeptus. I'll be fine. You go back first, and remember to close the shop. We won't be open today."
"Okay, Master. You must be careful." Xue Yue didn't doubt her, took the Jade Talisman, then glanced at Yun Yan again and walked towards Hu Tao.

Seeing them gone, Yun Yan took a deep breath, turned around, and looked at the Ruin Guards slowly surrounding her, a serious look in her eyes.
"The aura on these Ruin Guards is not right." Yun Yan frowned, observing the black energy emanating from them.
"Gu--" The Ruin Guards arrived in front of the barrier and suddenly stopped. Then, their two huge claws began to spin, forming several mechanical tornadoes that slammed into the barrier.
"Creak~"
The barrier, which had previously withstood the cannon fire, was merely a wisp of Yun Yan's spiritual power. Now, its time had come, and it emitted a cracking sound.
In just a few seconds, the barrier shattered, turning into specks of light that dissipated in the air.

With a shout, Yun Yan formed a hand seal, and a surge of powerful ice energy erupted from her hand.
Instantly, the Ruin Guards below were enveloped by this chilling aura, their bodies covered in a thick layer of ice.
These Ruin Guards had been preparing to launch missiles and continue their attack, but after being frozen, their movements ceased abruptly, as if time itself had been frozen.
Next, cracks began to appear in the ice, rapidly spreading outwards.
Following a series of crisp cracking sounds, the ice shattered, turning into countless tiny ice fragments that scattered in all directions.
These ice fragments, like crystal-clear gems, sparkled with cold light in the air, finally falling to the ground with a crisp sound.
The Ruin Guards, under the force of the ice breaking, completely lost their ability to move, scattering on the ground, becoming a pile of harmless scrap metal.
Before she could breathe a sigh of relief, Yun Yan heard a huge commotion coming from the corner ahead. Then, several massive Rock-Armored Hilichurl Kings appeared again. They were also enveloped in black mist, with blood-red eyes, and their combat strength had been greatly enhanced.

"Leave this to me. You go find the source," Xiao said, glancing at her. He then brandished his spear and charged forward.
"Alright," Yun Yan nodded and flew towards the corner.
