"What are you looking at?" Adonis told Clad.
"Doesn't she look unusually similar to me?"
"Who?" He said, wondering who he was referring to.
"The woman talking to the white-haired man over there." He said as he tilted his head towards her.
Adonis took a few seconds to look at her and came up with an honest answer.
"Yeah, she does, but what does that gotta do with anything?" Adonis asks.
"I feel connected to her somehow, I don't know how to explain it, but.."
Adonis smirked at Clad. He felt like he knew what he meant and could relate to him in a way only men could, and put his hand over his shoulder.
"I think you fell in love, Clad, and shit, I don't blame you," Adonis said as he winked at him.
"..."
"Adonis, forget I even asked you this," Clad said in a serious tone before a man in a black suit entered the room by the immense wooden doors and shouted.
"The meeting will start shortly. Please go to your assigned seats in the meeting room!"
The two followed Jill as she went to her seat, and both stood next to her on each side.
Clad looked around, and the massive room with what seemed to be art pieces made of colorful glass on the wall, with light reflecting on them. Multiple people of all races sat around an immense circular table. Elves, Dark elves, Orcs, Humans, Dragons, Demons, and even vampires were present.
"So many people."
"I wonder what they are going to talk about, especially the man with white hair and silver armour and the woman who looked like me..."
"They seemed pretty important since they also had quite the crowd on them as well." Clad thought as an old man wearing a white and gold cloak walked in with a scroll in hand. He could feel a present aura even though he was an old man.
Upon seeing him join the room, the faction leaders and representatives prepared themselves as he walked to a higher seat that was further away in the room.
"My name is Nathaniel, and I am Ajahan's recorder. I'll be the one in charge of recording this year's meeting on paper."
"Raise your hand if you are ready for the meeting to commence." He said as everyone raised their hands.
"Then let the meeting begin."
