Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: I said I would kill you, so I must kill you

Humans can be deceived.

Even two identical line segments can appear to be of different lengths within a carefully designed frame of reference.

"Seeing is believing" is merely a lie that has yet to be exposed.

So, based on this—

The destiny of certain death also gains a starting point for reversal.

The death of Olga Marie Animusphere is a result "observed" by Lev based on his time and space.

In other words, as long as Lev, the "Observer," is firmly convinced that "Olga Marie Animusphere has died."

The resulting changes lead to two completely different future trajectories.

One: Olga Marie is indeed dead.

Two: Lev thinks Olga Marie is dead.

The repeated failures before were because I never stepped out of the first scenario "observed" by Lev.

Against a confirmed ending of death, any struggle is futile.

But now it is different—

"Imprisoning" Olga Marie in the stall using the methods of Slaanesh, and then using the clothes she was forced to remove to create a false impression of death amidst the explosion.

Thus, we can arrive at the second scenario.

And now, my own "revenge" has thoroughly solidified this woven "truth."

As long as I kill Lev, everything will become the established future!

The world will be deceived!

"You really are a madman—"

Amidst the fading light, Lev looked at the man lunging at him with fury.

He was completely unaware of what thoughts the other harbored.

He only felt that he was foolish.

Even Master candidates with high Spiritron compatibility need the "Coffin" as a vessel to reach the perilous Singularity F.

But now, there are no intact "Coffins" left.

Relying only on his own frail flesh...

Heh.

Wait to be torn into dust invisible to the naked eye.

"If you want to die, I'll send you on your way!"

"The funeral offerings for the end of human history aren't lacking one like you!"

Lev grabbed Ian, and the two were swept together into the final blue light of the Central Control Room.

Bzzzt—

The blue light vanished.

Only unscrupulous tongues of fire remained, devouring everything.

Meanwhile, on the other side of Chaldea.

"If I hide here, it should be fine..."

Hiding inside a cabinet in an office, Olga Marie, curled up in a ball, was cautiously hugging her legs.

Her large chest was also significantly compressed by this movement, resembling slime being struck.

"I shouldn't... be discovered."

Although her body had recovered to the point of being able to move, the girl's mind returned to the "cage" of worry.

She rested against her arm, her eyes filled with confusion.

"What... is he actually doing?"

He assaulted her in the stall without any warning, yet because of that, she escaped the catastrophe of the explosion.

Is this "protection," or "harm"?

I can't tell...

I really can't tell at all...

But—

Olga Marie reached down with one hand.

The running during this time hadn't stopped what should flow out.

Touching that sensation which could still be called fresh, strange thoughts involuntarily arose in the girl's heart.

If only we did that sort of thing at a different time and place...

It would surely be very happy...

Eh?

The moment she realized this thought, Olga Marie froze right there.

Because this was tantamount to admitting one thing:

That she had fallen in love with the violation itself.

No.

That's absolutely impossible.

How could I possibly approve of that cramped environment and him being so fierce within it?

Olga Marie shook her head, denying the matter that was horrifying to her, yet her hand did not move an inch from its original position.

Viscous.

Pleasure.

Blurred.

She wandered within past memories, with no possibility of escaping at all.

The young girl did not realize that a certain power she had never encountered before was taking effect at this moment due to her depravity.

Singularity F.

Lev stood alone on the shattered city streets.

Beside him were collapsed house beams.

Crimson flames burned upon them, occasionally emitting sizzling sounds.

"Truly utter stupidity."

Lev shook his head helplessly.

"Even though after escaping the 'Coffin,' he could have lingered on for a little while to witness the final destruction of humanity."

"Now..."

Lev held his top hat.

"There is nothing left."

"Humans are probably all foolish existences like this—ignorant and arrogant, lacking awe, yet self-righteous."

"However, for the sake of you having struggled for this, tentatively you are worth a compliment of being 'stubborn.'"

"Now, everything should end."

Lev said this, then extended his hand forward.

Although he failed to bring those "Coffins" here to witness the finale of destruction.

Such a solo performance is not without its own charm.

Blue light flickered in his hand, and the complex patterns formed began to rotate at angles incomprehensible to conventional geometry.

Starting from Singularity F, sequentially destroying human history.

Burning, and then burning out.

Only—

Just as the ritual of incineration had merely begun, Lev's expression became serious.

Something is wrong.

There is a problem!

With a whoosh.

A black arrow grazed past Lev's ear, nearly shooting off his hat as well.

"Who is it!"

Lev stopped the incineration ritual in his hand.

"It's me—"

The familiar voice rang out once again.

Gurgle—

Gurgle—

Black substances resembling mud began to flow from all directions, converging into a human shape in front of Lev.

"It's you...?"

Lev's eyes widened.

It was Ian—a fool who should have died from the forced Spiritron Transfer after breaking away from the "Coffin" just moments ago.

"Impossible, how could..."

"How could anyone complete this kind of cross-era Spiritron Transfer relying solely on their own flesh, right?"

Within the black shadow, the man's appearance gradually emerged.

"Logically speaking, it is indeed impossible."

"After all, the human soul is always unique and fragile; probably before even completing the Spiritron Transfer, it would be directly torn to a level that simply cannot be restored."

"But—"

"What if the thickness of my soul is above such destruction?"

"What?!"

Lev looked at Ian walking out of the darkness in disbelief.

He survived.

And his body had a few more traces of unknown aura than before.

This guy is a monster!

"A person should keep their word."

Red light flickered in Ian's eyes.

"So—"

"I said I would kill you."

"I will definitely kill you!"
