If it is said that among the classes of Zoan-type Devil Fruits, normal animal species are the most common, Ancient Zoans are rare, then Mythical Zoans are even rarer than Logia types.
Similarly, Paramecia-type Devil Fruits also possess abilities rarer than Logia types—rule-type abilities.
Every rule-type ability ignores conventional limits. Unless one's Haki reaches a level that can override such rules, even an Emperor of the Sea, if struck by a rule-type ability, would find it extremely troublesome.
For example, Boa Hancock's Love-Love Fruit grants her the ability to turn anything she strikes into stone regardless of the opponent's strength. Once petrified, if their body is shattered, it means instant death.
Other examples include Foxy's Slow-Slow Fruit, Sugar's Hobby-Hobby Fruit, and Tsuru's Wash-Wash Fruit—all are Devil Fruits that utilize rule-type abilities.
Rule-type abilities are straightforward but represent the ultimate expression in one specific aspect. El's Float-Float Fruit is also a rule-type ability—and the number one control-type ability.
Any object he touches can be controlled, unless his stamina is insufficient for targets like the main body of the Sabaody Archipelago or a massive sandy island. For all other objects, he only needs to consume corresponding stamina to seize control. Once controlled, he needs only a minimal amount of stamina to liquefy it and reshape it as he desires.
Just like Sugar—after turning countless people into toys, she suffers no aftereffects like additional stamina drain.
It is this kind of unreasonable ability that allowed Shiki to use floating islands to battle his enemies.
However, Shiki's usage of the Float-Float Fruit was truly wasteful. He consumed unnecessary stamina to manipulate the ground against enemies of his own caliber.
Compared to controlling the earth to create tsunamis, El preferred to combine his swordsmanship, all three types of Haki, and his Devil Fruit ability to fight enemies simultaneously, making his endurance far greater.
In his eyes, Shiki's imagination was too barren; he couldn't maximize the Float-Float Fruit's potential at all. Otherwise, the title of the "Strongest Paramecia-type Devil Fruit" would belong to him.
Now, El would use his near-endless stamina and a traverser's imagination to correct who that title truly belonged to.
After El changed the subject, and under the watchful eyes of the five girls, his figure flew away from the ship.
Before El were several large and small meteorites drifting slowly.
El had brought the five girls to outer space precisely for these meteorites.
These solid pieces of debris, having strayed from their original orbits, existed in countless numbers in the space surrounding the planet.
Some meteorites were stone, some iron, some a mixture of both, and their sizes varied—some as small as a fist or even a pebble, while others were as large as a ship or even several times larger than the Pegasus.
These meteorites all floated within the planet's orbital plane. Without external disturbance, they would continue circling until breaking into a certain trajectory, accelerating into cosmic meteors, and burning away until vanishing completely into the boundless universe.
The number of meteorites in El's sight was immense. If fused together, they might form a medium-sized or even large-sized island.
To test his theory, El acted. He took a Bubbly Coral, created a bubble headgear, put it on, and flew toward the nearest meteorite.
Reaching out to touch the meteorite, El instantly seized control. He then guided it to follow him as he flew toward another.
As his stamina began depleting at a visible rate, the number of meteorites under his control continued to increase. By the time he exhausted his stamina, the meteorites under his command had reached four figures.
Flying back to the deck of the Pegasus, El waved casually under the stunned gazes of the five girls.
Instantly, the four-figure meteorites—large and small alike—seemed magnetically attracted. They liquefied as they slowly drew together, merging. Moments later, an incomparably huge meteorite appeared before El and the five girls.
Compared to the meteorite of stone and earth El had created shortly after gaining the Float-Float Fruit, this new one was 2.4 times larger. And yet, countless uncontrolled meteorites still drifted slowly around the planet's orbit.
The five girls were left completely speechless. This scene made them feel their own rare and powerful abilities were like child's play.
