1. The ability to mark someone as your kin. Like family. I already marked my parents with this mark. It will make creatures lower than me feel fear if they try to harm the marked person.
2. The ability to mark someone as your mate/servant. It will make them more obedient and feel happy by serving me.
That's all I understand at least. Though I am sure there are other types of marks too.
Anyway, we are going off topic. The main thing is that I have Lili as my underling/slave/lover and she loves serving me.

" Already ma! Let's go! " I said excitedly as I truly am excited. Finally getting out of our house after two years. How can I not be excited?
Mom smiled seeing me excited, " Alright, alright. " She turned towards Lili and said, " We are going, Lili. Please lunch for Rudy before he comes back and if it rains suddenly make sure to take the clothes inside. Oh and don't forget to give water to my tree. "
Lili bowed and replied, " Of course mistress. Have a safe travel. You too master Rudeus. "
Mom smiled and started away. " We are off. " I smiled at Lili and waved my right hand. " See you later, Lili! "
Lili watched them as they walked away. Only after seeing that they were no longer in her sight did he collapse on the floor. Her legs were trembling as her breathing became quick and loud. She rubbed her thighs and bit her lips.

As mom walks while carrying me I look at everything that is around me. Everywhere I look I can see many types of crops planted around me. Some villagers are working some are not. But whenever they see us, Mom, they never forget to greet us.

Though as we pass through the corps field, I can see some houses. They are quite close to one another and quite small, hinting that we are rich among the poor.
As I still don't know what my mom does I decided that now would be a great time to ask. I know she said she works in a clinic but I don't know what she does. " Ma, what do you do in the clinic? "
Mom kept walking as she replied, " I heal the village guards and the ones who are ill, as I am the only one who can cast Advance Healing magic. "
My eyes widen a bit at that but that's it. I already expected there to be magic here. But it's still surprising to hear it in person. " Magic? Ma can you do magic?! " I added a bit more excitement in my voice to make my mom happy and it seems to have worked, if the proud smile is anything to go by.
"Of course! You Mom can do magic. I will have you know, your mom and dad used to be adventurers. We were quite famous back in the day. Want me to show you a cool magic? " She said with her head held high.

As she cast the spell I began to feel the mana around me. Well, more like I tried to sense them. I tried as hard as I could but unfortunately no results. ' Guess I am not like those protagonists who can perform magic only by seeing it once. On well. '

After some time we can hear footsteps. " Coming! " After some seconds the door opened and a woman with a child on her hips came out.
The woman is pretty beautiful with brown hair and light red eyes. The child on her is also pretty cute with green hair and red eyes though the thing that attracts me most is her ears. They are pointy! Like the elves in anime and cosplay events. ' This reminds me of one of my girlfriends. She used to cosplay when we exercised together. I got most excited just by the ears! '
" Oh, Zenith! How are you? Have you finally come to visit? And who is this little guy? Your son? He is so cute! " The woman ( Rose ) talks excitedly to mum and lets us in. She let us sit on chairs as Mum let me down.
" It's nice to finally visit your home, Rose. I wanted to come sooner but you know I had work and Rudy to take care of. " Seems like mum is also excited to visit her friend but I wasn't focusing on their conversation as I was looking at the little girl on Rose's lap. She would occasionally peek from her mother's embrace to look at us and whenever she looked at me I would flash a smile and wave at her.
' She seems pretty shy. ' I thought to myself. I looked at Rose's figure and thought, ' And juggling with h er mother, will have a decent size in the future. ' I then started to imagine a not-so-innocent future.
"-d, Rudy! " Only after hearing my mum calling me did I focus on them. " What is it ma? "
" Introduce yourself, dear. " I nodded. " Hello, Auntie. My name is Redeus Greyrat. " I bowed my head a little to show respect.
" Wow! He can already talk so clearly. He really is a genius huh? " Rose said with a lot of admiration in her tone. My mum rubbed under her nose with a proud expiration.

The girl in question burned her head deeper into her mother's embrace and the tip of her ear turned red.

Rose smiled a little and patted the girl on her back. " Go on sweety. Introduce yourself. "
After some time the girl turned towards us and said slowly, " H-hello. My name i-is Sylphiette! "
