Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 — — The Blade That Crossed Worlds

The rain hammered the old ship like a warning. Thunder crawled across the sky, and lightning flashed the surface of the Grand Line into a sheet of silver.

A boy stood alone at the bow—barefoot, soaked, and gripping a rusted iron sword.

His name was Rai.

To anyone watching, he looked ordinary. A quiet child from a forgotten fishing village. Just another background character in a world full of monsters, pirates, and legends.

But on this night, fate had other plans.

The Shipwreck That Changed Everything

The storm struck without mercy. Mast snapped. Hull cracked. The ship flipped like a toy in the waves. Rai was thrown into the sea, swallowed by darkness, his weak hands clenched around his useless sword.

Just as the water crushed his lungs—

—a blinding silver slit opened beneath him.

A doorway.

A cut.

A wound in reality.

The sea vanished.

Rai fell onto cold stone.

A New World of Blades

He gasped awake under a violet sky, surrounded by mountains shaped like sword points. The air tasted of steel and killing intent. Men with robes, scars, and murderous eyes surrounded him.

This was Murim—a world ruled by martial artists, sects, and killers who could split mountains.

Rai didn't understand their language.

They didn't understand his.

But they understood weakness.

He was beaten, starved, hunted, and forced to survive in a world where children learned to kill before they learned to read.

Yet Rai never broke.

Every time he swung his rusted sword…

Every time he dodged a blade by instinct…

Every time he refused to die…

Something in him sharpened.

The Awakening of Absolute Sword Sense

One night, after narrowly surviving an ambush, Rai sat alone in an abandoned temple, bleeding and freezing. He closed his eyes.

Then—

clang.

Not from outside.

From inside his mind.

A metal chime, pure and perfect.

Every breath…

Every distant footstep…

Every intent around him…

became clear.

A sword slash miles away sounded like a whisper next to his ear. The edge of every blade carried a tiny echo that only he could hear.

This was the birth of his first power:

Absolute Sword Sense

The ability to perceive every blade, every strike, every killing intent in all directions.

And alongside it…

A screen flickered into existence before him.

> SYSTEM ONLINE

Host: Rai

Core Ability: Absolute Sword Sense

Modules Unlocked:

– Power Library

– Murim Transit

– Sect Creation

Starting Points: 0

Rai froze.

This wasn't Murim.

This wasn't the One Piece world.

This was something beyond both.

A system that could record, copy, and unlock every power in existence—Murim techniques, Devil Fruits, Haki, even supernatural abilities he had never heard of.

But it gave him nothing for free.

To gain power, he had to fight.

To build a sect, he had to earn disciples.

To travel worlds, he had to grow stronger.

So Rai fought.

Days became months.

Months felt like years.

He learned sword arts from assassins.

Internal energy from wandering monks.

Footwork from bandits.

Survival from everyone.

For every victory, the System rewarded him.

He unlocked Observation abilities.

Strength techniques.

Speed arts.

He fought until even the elders of small sects feared his eyes.

And then—

The Return

One night, deep in an ancient ruin, the System chimed:

> Dimension Lock: Disrupted

Return to Origin World? Y/N

Rai thought of the sea.

The world he lost.

The pirates who preyed on the innocent.

The weakness he used to hate.

He chose YES.

Light swallowed him—

—and he appeared on the deck of an abandoned ship adrift near a small island in the East Blue.

Rai had returned to the world of pirates.

But he was no longer weak.

His First Act of Power

The island was under attack—a petty pirate crew tormenting villagers. Rai watched silently from the treeline.

The villagers screamed.

Pirates laughed.

No Marines would come.

Rai stepped out.

And drew his sword.

The air trembled.

What happened next became a rumor:

A lone stranger moving faster than bullets.

Blades bending around him.

Pirates collapsing before they understood they were dead.

A boy with eyes colder than steel and footsteps that didn't make sound.

When it ended, not a pirate was left standing.

And three villagers—

a young woman with a sling,

a hulking dockworker,

and a knife-fighter boy—

knelt before him.

"You saved us," the woman whispered.

"Who are you?"

Rai looked at her—

—and the System opened.

> Sect Creation Module Activated

Founders Detected: 3 Disciples

Create a Sect Across Worlds?

Y/N

He did not hesitate.

"From this day, I will build a sect that stands above both worlds."

The wind stopped.

The villagers stared.

Thunder rolled in the distance.

Rai lifted his sword and made his declaration:

**"I will build a sword sect so powerful…

the seas and the heavens will bow."**

The System responded:

> Twin-World Sect: INITIALIZED

Primary Headquarters: Murim World

Secondary Branch: One Piece World

Goal Set: Ascend to Sword Emperor

Rai smiled for the first time.

His empire had begun.
