Lance gasped. "Where did you even learn to talk like that?"
He reached back and pinched her cheeks lightly. "You little brat. Is this how you speak to your older brother now?"
She swatted his hand away, grinning as the car rolled onto the road.
Twenty minutes later, back at the school.
A tall blonde woman stepped into the disciplinary office, heels clicking softly against the floor.
She closed the door behind her and walked straight toward Ms. Carmichael's desk.
Without a word, she planted her hands on either side of the chair, leaning in close.
"Hey, babe," she murmured. "You done with those kids?"
Ms. Carmichael looked up, then smirked.
She reached up, fingers curling around the woman's neck, pulling her down just enough to brush a kiss against her lips.
"Yeah," she said lazily. "And now that you're here… can we do a quick one? You left me hanging all morning."
The blonde woman grinned, tracing a finger beneath Ms. Carmichael's chin.
