Chapter 19 - Chapter-17

Chunk smiled.

Not calmly.

Not coldly.

But wildly.

"Interesting… you're so interesting, human."

Purple light distorted the sky.

White–black energy split the earth.

"Let's kill each other."

Chunk's body flickered between ghost and solid at impossible speeds — not to avoid damage anymore…

…but to maximize it.

"I will break your will…"

His fist clashed with Tanvir's mid-air.

BOOOOOOM—

The shockwave flattened what remained of the battlefield.

"…then your brother."

Tanvir's cracked skin split further.

Purple light burst from his shoulder as he threw a savage right hook.

Chunk blocked with two arms—

The other two punched straight through Tanvir's abdomen while half-phased.

Tanvir didn't even flinch.

He grabbed Chunk's arm—

Crushing it telekinetically while still attached.

Bone snapped.

Energy burst.

Chunk roared—

And headbutted Tanvir.

CRACK.

Tanvir's skull fractured.

Purple light spilled instead of blood.

They separated—

Then collided again.

Mid-air.

Punch.

Elbow.

Knee.

Palm.

Every impact created shockwaves that tore clouds apart above them.

The ground below shattered deeper and deeper.

Chunk's voice echoed in dual tones:

"My brother was everything to me!"

He phased—

Appeared behind—

Solidified—

And drove four fists into Tanvir's back simultaneously.

Tanvir coughed purple light—

Then twisted unnaturally in mid-air, joints bending past limits.

Telekinesis forced his broken spine to rotate.

He grabbed Chunk's face—

And slammed him downward like a meteor.

The earth exploded on impact.

Chunk rose from the crater instantly—

Now fully solid.

"No more tricks!"

He launched upward again.

They met in the sky—

Forehead to forehead—

Punches colliding again and again like thunder.

Neither defending.

Neither retreating.

Just destruction.

Tanvir's body cracked further.

Pieces of him falling away like glass shards.

Chunk's merged chest core glowed violently unstable from repeated hits.

Both were reaching critical.

The air screamed.

Reality trembled.

Chunk grinned through blood.

"YES! THIS IS IT!"

The sky darkened with dust and debris.

Tanvir and Chunk slammed into each other repeatedly, each blow tearing through stone, air, and their own bodies.

Shards of Tanvir's cracked skin fell like violet rain.

Chunk's four arms moved with relentless fury, smashing, slashing, phasing,

solidifying—but with each strike, one after another broke, shattered from the sheer force of Tanvir's attacks.

Finally—the inevitable came.

Tanvir's body trembled violently. Purple light flared from every fracture.

One final barrage of blows collided midair.

Shockwave roared.

Chunk's upper left, lower left, and upper right arms shattered under the impact.

Tanvir's own body could take no more.

He froze in midair, shards of skin and light spiraling around him like a storm of dying stars.

The last punch—chunk's remaining right arm—connected perfectly with Tanvir's chest.

The force was enough to throw Tanvir to the ground.

He hit the cracked battlefield with a deafening explosion.

Dust and light swirled.

Tanvir's body lay broken. Purple aura flickering weakly.

Chunk hung in the air, trembling from his injuries, three arms destroyed, one remaining.

His layered voice echoed, strained:

"…You… human… almost… broke me."

He looked down at Tanvir's broken, flickering form.

"…And yet… you lost."

Chunk's one remaining arm hung limply. Blood and energy mixed in the air.

The battlefield fell silent, shaking with the aftershock of their clash.

Even in defeat, Tanvir's eyes glimmered faintly with purple light—a silent warning that this battle, though lost, was far from over.

Chunk slowly floated down, exhausted but victorious, his body battered, his mind racing.

The war between them had left scars… both on the earth, and on their souls.

Chunk moved without hesitation.

Step.

Step.

Toward the building.

Toward Tanvir's brother.

Behind him—

Tanvir lay motionless.

Breathing barely there.

Body destroyed.

Purple light fading.

Chunk didn't look back.

"There is nothing left of you, human."

On the ground, Tanvir's lips moved faintly.

"After all that… I still lose…"

His vision blurred.

Memories flashed.

Pain.

Effort.

Every hardship.

"Was there a lack in my resentment…?"

Silence.

"Am I destined to lose?"

His fingers twitched.

Not from strength.

From will.

"I refuse…"

[WORNING]

Telekinesis is trembling.

Player is unstable. Advising the player to stop .

[]

A faint pulse.

"I refuse this destiny."

[WORNING]

Telekinesis is trembling.

Will power is refusing to accept defeat.

[]

The ground beneath him trembled.

"I will create my own fate… with my own hands."

[WORNING]

Telekinesis is trembling.

Player have to stop.

[]

Purple light flickered once more.

"I refuse."

[WORNING]

Stronger.

"I refuse."

[WORNING]

The air distorted.

"IIIIIII REFUSE!"

A massive purple sphere exploded outward from his shattered body—

Instant.

Silent.

It swallowed Chunk whole.

Chunk froze mid-step.

"What—"

He tried to phase.

Tried to run.

But the sphere wasn't physical.

It wasn't spiritual.

It was absolute.

"This damn human—!"

Too late.

Tanvir's body shattered completely.

Not bleeding.

Not exploding.

Disintegrating into pure violet fragments.

The sphere contracted—

As if confirming something.

Measuring.

Locking.

Then—

Everything was pulled back inward.

Into the center.

Into nothing.

And then—

A colossal beam of purple light erupted straight into the sky.

The clouds split.

The atmosphere screamed.

Moon's face twisted in shock.

"…Impossible."

The beam pierced the heavens.

For a moment—

Nothing could be seen.

No Chunk.

No battlefield.

No Tanvir.

Only endless violet light reaching beyond the sky.

Silence followed.

Heavy.

Unknown.

When the light fades—

What remains?

[CONGRATULATIONS]

In a single blink—

The beam collapsed.

The sky folded inward.

Everything that had exploded outward—

Returned.

Into him.

Black clouds swallowed the heavens.

Dark purple lightning tore across the sky like veins of rage.

Tanvir floated midair.

No cracks.

No broken bones.

No leaking light.

His body was whole—

But not human.

[DING]

Congratulation, player.

You are the first to achieve the unachievable.

[]

A dark purple aura wrapped around him like a living storm.

Three giant spheres revolved around his body—

Slow.

Perfect orbit.

Like an atom.

[DING]

Player's inner ruin has reawakened.

Telekinesis ->QUANTUM TELEKINESIS

[]

Like the core of a new law being written.

The battlefield trembled beneath his presence.

Chunk hovered weakly in the distance—

One arm remaining.

Energy unstable.

He looked up—

And for the first time since merging—

He felt something beyond fear.

Finality.

Tanvir raised one hand.

No strain.

No madness.

Just absolute control.

He pointed one finger at Chunk.

His voice echoed not through air—

But through existence itself.

"[ERASE]."

No explosion.

No impact.

Chunk's body froze midair.

His remaining arm reached forward—

As if trying to grab something that was already gone.

His merged chest core flickered violently.

White.

Black.

White—

Then nothing.

His body began dissolving.

Not burning.

Not breaking.

Unwriting.

From the fingertips first.

Then the arm.

Then the torso.

His layered voice tried to speak—

"…Ch…uk…"

But even the sound disintegrated.

Within seconds—

Chunk was gone.

No ash.

No light.

No energy sphere.

Nothing remained.

The sky roared once—

Then fell silent.

Lightning faded.

The three purple spheres continued orbiting Tanvir slowly.

His eyes glowed faintly.

Emotion unreadable.

Moron's twisted smile now gone.

"…What did you become?"

Tanvir lowered his hand.

The clouds above churned violently.

Power radiated from him like a new law of the world.

Not a player.

Not a monster.

Something beyond the system's balance.

The battlefield was empty.

Chunk— erased.

Tanvir hovered alone in the darkened sky.

And the system—

Was silent.

For the first time.

From the shattered ground below, a voice echoed through the ruined battlefield.

"Sohag."

He ran forward, stumbling over broken stone and burned earth.

"Tanvir! Tanvir!"

Again.

"Tanvir!"

His voice cracked.

The sky was still covered with black clouds, purple lightning fading slowly like dying veins of power.

High above—

Tanvir floated.

Silent.

Unmoving.

The three giant purple spheres continued orbiting him like a cosmic structure.

Sohag shielded his eyes and looked up.

"TANVIR!"

For a brief moment—

Tanvir's head moved slightly.

As if he heard it.

But then—

Something terrible began to happen.

The giant purple spheres started fading.

Not breaking.

Not exploding.

Disappearing.

Like erased drawings.

One sphere vanished.

Then another.

Then the last one.

Sohag's heart sank.

"No… no… what's happening…"

The dark purple aura around Tanvir weakened.

His body flickered.

First the arm.

Then the shoulder.

Pieces of him vanished like particles blown away by invisible wind.

Sohag screamed from below.

"TANVIR!"

But there was no answer.

Tanvir's body continued disappearing.

Chest.

Legs.

Face.

The purple glow in his eyes dimmed.

For a split second—

His lips moved.

Maybe saying something.

Maybe not.

Then—

Nothing remained.

The sky cleared slowly.

The black clouds dissolved.

The lightning died.

And the place where Tanvir once floated—

Was empty.

Only silence remained.

On the ground, Sohag collapsed to his knees.

"…Tanvir?"

No answer.

The battlefield that once shook the world was now still.

As if the one who caused it had never existed at all.

[DING]

Player Tanvir is eliminated.

Player's legacy will be remembered.

[]

[DING]

Quest time has ended.

Quest result: Failure.

No penalty will be applied due to a malfunction in the penalty system.

[]

The battlefield had become quiet.

Too quiet.

Smoke drifted through the shattered land where mountains of stone had once stood.

The sky, which moments ago was raging with purple lightning, slowly cleared as if the world itself was calming down after a storm.

On the broken ground—

Sohag fell to his knees.

His hands trembled as they pressed against the dirt where Tanvir had fallen earlier.

"T… Tanvir…"

His voice cracked.

But there was no answer.

No purple light.

No aura.

Nothing.

Only silence.

The realization slowly crushed his chest.

Tears poured down his face as his body shook uncontrollably.

"He… he kept his promise…"

Sohag's voice broke between sobs.

His fists tightened against the soil.

"But he couldn't keep his life."

His shoulders collapsed forward as the grief finally overwhelmed him.

"He is dead…"

The wind moved softly across the ruined battlefield, carrying away the last traces of the fight.

The place where Tanvir once stood in defiance of fate was now empty.

Only Sohag's cries echoed in the vast silence.

And somewhere in that quiet—

It felt as if the world itself mourned the man who refused destiny… even if it cost him everything.
