Anyone capable of creating one probably wouldn't lack it, because if they didn't even understand the basic principles of the Meditation Method, how could they possibly develop it? Is there a person who understands the basic principles of the Meditation Method but doesn't know any Meditation Method at all?
Seeking education in the Spirit Realm means trying your luck in finding a world where the Magic System is highly developed, and then finding a native who knows the Meditation Method to learn from—this is still quite difficult.
