By mid-November, the weather was already cold, and the feeling of late autumn was very strong; Holly Sawyer had also put on a thick coat.
Holly was extremely afraid of the cold; in winter, she would bundle up so tightly that only her eyes were visible. But autumn hadn't reached that level yet.
Holly and Diana Curtis were sitting on a bench by the street, each with half a roasted sweet potato, digging in with a spoon. It felt quite pleasant.
"The weather is so cold."
Diana tucked her neck in a bit and muttered.
She feared the cold, so she felt chilly.
While everyone else was wearing thin jackets, Diana and Holly were already wearing three layers, which made them stand out on the street.
"Arkenfall is even colder."
Holly rolled her eyes and said slowly.
Having lived in Arkenfall for so long, she already had the hang of its weather. At this point, she could almost wear cotton-padded clothes.
In comparison, Bexley's weather seemed much warmer.
