Nancy Miller has disappeared.
She called Holly Sawyer before the incident, but the call was cut off after only a few words, and when Holly called back, it went unanswered.
Holly quickly panicked, hurried upstairs to grab her computer, trying to find traces of Nancy Miller.

She called Wendy Wright, subtly asking if Wendy was home alone and what she was doing.
From Wendy's words, Holly learned that Nancy originally said she was going to Wendy's home, but now she hasn't been seen, and her phone can't be reached.
Nancy Miller is in trouble.
This was Holly's first reaction.
"Auntie, Nancy is with me. We have some academic issues to discuss, so she won't be coming over. Her phone's out of battery, and our chargers aren't compatible."
Holly spoke casually, her tone sweet.

After hanging up on Wendy, Holly's face turned serious. What on earth has happened to Nancy?
