Bella was working on a high school English review question when she suddenly became distracted.
The phone on the table started vibrating wildly, startling Bella back to reality. The caller ID showed an unfamiliar number.
She glanced at the clock on the table; it was already past two in the morning. Who would call her so late?
Bella frowned and pressed the answer button, "Hello?"
"Bella, it's all you, you've ruined me," a voice on the other end growled through gritted teeth.
"Vivian Norris?" Bella's face darkened. She hadn't saved Vivian Norris's number after getting a new phone, so the call appeared as an unrecognized string of numbers.
